I had a wonderful experience getting acrylics here, the ladies were so nice and fun and they did a wonderful job that has truly lasted!!

The 1st few times I went they seemed good..but I like fancy nails so it seemed 2 go down hill (guess it takes 2 long 2 do) so this last time I went I noticed a fungus under my nails & Ive been getting nails done a long time & thats never happened so Im kinda not sure if Ill go back - plus Im in a wheelchair & I kept asking about getting my feet done & did not sound like they wanted 2 figure out how to do them (since I cant get in those big foot spa chairs)

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!I went here for the first time, and I had an absolutely amazing experience. Tee is a great nail artist, and she’s so sweet. She took her time and made my nails look exactly the way I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with their service! Would 100% recommend.

I have come here four times and every time I come I leave as an extremely satisfied customer. Kathy is great!!! The women that work here are super friendly and welcoming. I have gone to so many salons in the Belmont area and this salon has exceeded my expectations. I was able to grow my natural nails out strong and long which I havent been able to do in years. These women give me exactly what I want every time I come in and they make me feel like Im their favorite customer every time. This is what I wanted from the nail salon and its taken me two years to find it and Im so happy. Thank you Rose nail spa!

When here on a random Friday night just HAD to get my nails done. Did a quick search and figured why not try it out. Im new to the area.Walked in and they had no current clients so they were able to take me on right away. I went in for a Gel manicure and regular pedicure. They tended to me left and right, supplying me with tea and a snack. They were super communicative of what was happening and broke down the prices since I was super new.As anyone knows, the color on the nails they give you is kind of deceiving until you get the color on your actual nails. The first color I picked, I wasnt super in love with and they gave me a chance to change my mind. IDK, but to me I loved that small gesture. Ive been to so many places where I didnt even get a second chance to look at my nails and they just went ahead and painted a color I didnt like.They were all super nice and I stayed way past the closing time but they didnt mind. Everyone seemed happy to stick around.As for the work itself? So good. Im on to my I think 3rd week of wearing my manicure/pedicure and its holding up SO WELL. Ill give it about a week and Ill be heading back there again.

I had a nail emergency and was able to walk in for an appointment at the end of the day. The environment was welcoming and comfortable, and my manicurist did thorough, careful and gentle work on my nails. I will be back 😊

The worst experience in a nail salon ever. My technician was so rough removing my old acrylics that she pulled a portion of one nail off its bed, and then tried to dip it in alcohol. The technicians were sullen from the beginning, but after the injury they were unsympathetic, ganging up denying any liability and even claimed not to speak English. In agony I opted to leave half way through but I still offered to pay whatever they wanted for the work done since there were two of us. When I refused to leave a tip due to the injury they threatened to call the police so I gave them that too. None of this happened because they were rushed as the place was empty when we walked in. My companions nails peeled off the next day so we paid again elsewhere a couple days later.

I just moved to the area and found this hidden gem! love rose nails! This was my second time here! I had different ladies each time and they both did a great job! Love my holiday shellac nails!

Even though she was 6 months pregnant, she took amazing care of me. Served me some hot tea and and free glitter. Made the time away from my kiddos worth it. The prices were reasonable and the facilities were clean. Go check it out.

They took walk-ins, which is convenient. Got a mani/pedi with scrub and gel. Quality of the polish was average, price was higher than I would have paid for what I got. Worse yet, the gel began to peel back from the part nearest my cuticle within 3 days. My regular salons gel lasts so long I need a trim before it chips or peels.

Really nice, clean salon with friendly staff. Reasonable prices and great service. Able to make reservations online too!

The team members at Rosehip Spa go the extra mile for their clients. Tammy loaned me her flip flops after an impromptu toe nail polish change. Today the nail specialist refused to accept payment for a broken nail repair. The salon has a check in system whereby one can accrue points toward a discount for a future service.

Ive been here at least 5x since February and sadly, every time Im disappointed more and more. My go to is a single-color gel mani and a pedicure, nothing out of the ordinary or complicated. The ladies are welcoming, but not too friendly and sometimes a bit abrasive. Sadly, theyre often distracted or pay little attention to detail which results in a rushed service and sloppy job. The last 3 times Ive had a gel mani, the gel begins to lift after a week because they leave it too thick near the cuticle/edges, not sealed correctly, or has bubbles. Ive been serviced by at least 3 different estheticians, so Ive given this place more than a good try. I love supporting local businesses and really really wanted to like this salon, but I cant get myself to continue paying for less than mediocre service. Unfortunately, my search for a nail salon continues.

Great spot for a mani and pedi! I got a same day appt (weekday) for a pedicure and gel manicure. Great service and very sweet ladies work here- they offer a hot tea/coffee/water as well. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the peninsula area! Im glad this is in my neighborhood.

Really great staff! This is my second visit & this is my new place from now on.

This place sucks I was there got a pedi cure right when I walked out the door my toe started dripping they were rushing me my toes were not dry waited 10 minutes for them to fix it and the same thing happen after I walked out what a waist of time and money I still have to redo my toes on my own because they suck.
