I came in with a friend today for a French Gel manicure and a pedicure and in 30 years of having my nails done regularly, my experience with Bella Nails was, hands down, the WORST Ive ever experienced.They soaked my fingernails in foil for a long time during my pedicure but then when they removed the foil they said I must have had acrylic on my nails. I was surprised by that as I had asked for and thought I received gel at the last place but I guess I didnt. So, ok, what now? The woman didnt seem sure how to get them off so she called the guy at the front desk over and he said they would have to pry them off or soak them off with acetone. I didnt want them pried off so I said well, soak them off with acetone then. I dont know what they had on my fingers before but they just put them directly into the acetone, not washing off whatever they were using before. After a few minutes, my fingernails started to sting and then started really burning. (I wore acrylic nails for 20 years and never had that happen when soaking nails off.) I asked if they could just sand them down and the front desk guy said they didnt have time. He seemed really annoyed and put out and told me that Id just have to go back to the other place to get them fixed. I had to just sit there and wait for a half an hour with my messed up nails and no one doing anything to try to fix them while they finished my friends nails. His attitude was pretty shocking frankly. I wasnt rude or pushy, he just clearly didnt care. If this was my business, I would be mortified to have a customer leave with nails looking like how they left mine. Check out the picture and see for yourself.As if that wasnt enough, my pedicure was sloppy with the paint uneven and paint on my skin. I asked for callous treatment and she barely did anything. My feet still are super calloused, she did a lame, ugly flower on my toes. For that, I was charged $42 and then the front desk guy actually demanded I leave a tip. W.O.W.

Ive never had a bad experience here. They always do a great job. Good ambience and friendly service, but call ahead for availability because they get busy.

Very low quality products and experience, unfriendly and unprofessional workers. Even though it’s location is convenient I would rather go out of my way to a place that has better quality products and service. 👎

I just visited Bella Nails in Belmont for the first time and it was great! Ill be coming back for sure. I called ahead and was able to get a same day appointment, but I think they accepted walk ins while I was there too. The massaging chairs were nice and the two technicians working on my mani pedi were wonderful. The leg massage was a nice touch.

I have been coming to Bella Nails for a number of years. All of the people are very good. I usually use Amanda for my gel nails and Tony or Peter for pedis. I really like the owner Vivienne.I rarely have to wait very long and parking is easy.

Worst full set expierence I have ever received at a nail salon! I felt very ripped off. It was my first time going this place and I will never go back. My Gel Polish is already chipping off when it never has done this at any other nail salon I have been too. They couldnt even file and shape my nails correctly and they made me do it myself! They literally just gave up and handed me the nail file. This place is way overpriced for the horrible quality and service. I usually dont leave reviews for places but my experience was so bad, I felt like I had to leave one. They must use poor quality gel Polish because it has never chipped or flaked off like this before and Ive been getting gel Polish at other nails Salons for over a year. Not just bad quality polishes, but also really bad customer service. I would highly advise not going here. I hope this review helps prevent another customer for being ripped off.
