WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. All my nails are different lengths, sizes, And crooked, and you can see the brush strokes from the nail polish. Honestly looks like a little kid did my nails. Such a rip off I paid $45 for acrylic gel nails when I usually get them done very nicely at a European nail salon for $25. The lady makes sure every nail is perfect and that they are all the same shape and size. She also communicates very well with you, and makes sure that you like your nails.I will not be coming back to this place and do not recommend anyone going here.

Cindy was very pleasant to talk to and was attentive about if i was unhappy with anything. She made sure that I was happy with her work which is important to me. She got me in on a same day appointment and it had been years since I had time to get my nails done / I love how they look and feel now. Thank you and see you soon!

Great atmosphere and friendly service! These women are skilled in their craft. We received a full set w/dip powder, cateye w/3-D flower print, hand massage, and deluxe pedicures. Nail slayers are what these ladies are! With these nails I slay all day everyday! 💋💅🤳😎

Cindy did my nails and did an amazing job. Went in for a fill and she made my nails look amazing! Perfect! She asked me if I liked the way they were going frequently. All together it was a pleasant experience, will be returning again!:)

Loved loved LOVED my experience here. A friend and I went for pedicures, and we decided to get designs on our toes. We both got a different design from Cindy, and the entire experience was relaxing. They give you free water or Coke, and we got the spa pedicure. They have a dozen different choices for scent and oils, both of which smelled amazing. They use liners on the foot basins and clean them as well, so theyre very clean too. We were here for almost 2 hours, with only about 20 minutes waiting when we got there and they were very busy.

I have been going to Kim for over 5 years now. I am super picky when it comes to my nails but I have never left unsatisfied!

I’ve never had an experience as bad as i had here. Every nail was a different shape and size. The man who did my nails also was on the phone half the time so he wasn’t even fully paying attention to what he was doing. No sanitation either. Don’t bother paying to get your nails done unless you want to waste your money. Hope this helps someone!

Ive been a patron of Silver Nails for more than six years. This business houses tremendous talent and expertise. Kim and all of her employees are extremely courteous and accommodating. I have never been disappointed.

Love it here! All the ladies here are great! Kim and Bella are my fav. You just have to tell them how you like your nails the first time, then they will remember and do them perfect every time! I went to Happy Nails before, but Silver Nails is way better. Super nice & great prices! They actually appreciate your business, and don’t treat you like you are just a number. Seriously, come see these ladies, you won’t be disappointed! I recommend making an appointment because they get pretty busy, but I always call same day (Saturday’s) & they always get me in.

Ive been here twice and had great experiences both times with Lee. The first time I got a pedicure and gel manicure, both of which came out nicely for about $45. The second time was just for a pedicure and she spent a good 40-45 pampering me, all for $22. No problems with water temperature or the massage chair. The ambiance isnt the most relaxing since the news plays in the background and the lights are bright, but Silver Nails makes up for it with their professional and affordable service. Of note, both times I came in midday on weekdays with an appointment and they saw me early both times. I imagine they get busy in the weekends so I recommend making an appointment!

Called and set an appointment told him that I have PTSD and anxiety with wearing a masks they offered me a shield. They then called me back and said they cant do a shield told him I was getting married next Saturday and I will just wear a mask. They then called me back to ask me to reschedule again I told him no Im getting married next Saturday Ill just wear a mask I just have anxiety and struggle with wearing it, but Ill do it. They then had an interpreter call me and tell me theyre not comfortable and canceled my appointment 20 minutes before the scheduled time while I was driving there.

I went to celebrate my sisters birthday and I asked for number 18 and on the rack to view the colors was a nice lavender purple.But the color she gave me was clear with red and yellow glitter and my nails are super bumpy and she added flowers in my thumbs and gems when I never asked for any of thatNever spoke a word to me about what I wanted she did what she wanted until she was done putting the polish on and before the flowers realized she messed up by giving me 87 so did flowers and gems and charged my mom for ALL the things she did without asking it’s thhe girl 3 nail spots down I don’t recommend her

Honestly worst nails I’ve ever had. All my nails are different lengths, and I asked for a skinny or a thinner square and the looked super bulky and wide, three of my nails are crooked and had acrylic and gel polish all around my nails. I’m a cosmetologist and wanted to get my nails done while I’m out of town, but honestly this is the worst set I’ve ever had.

Wouldnt recommend this salon. I took my little sister to get her nails done for the first time and wish I would have chosen a different shop for her first experience. We had a fairly simple nail design with gel polish in mind and it took the staff a while to understand what we wanted. We did choose different colors than the nails in the photo but they still dont look much like what we had hoped. One of my thumbs was messed up before the technician even finished my nails. I pointed it out and she quickly removed the color and replaced it, yet it is still messed up along with my other thumb. It is cracking and crumbling off already. There will not be a second visit for us in the future.

It was a bit if a wait because it was almost closing and I was a walk in but they were very nice. They checked take sure I was ok multiple times before it was my turn. The wait was well worth it. I have crooked fingers and this was the first time I didnt have to tell a nail tech. She was quick but did an amazing job. I will definitely be a regular there.

Came in for a pedicure and was the only person in. Only one woman working. She took 2 other people and called someone for help. She started working on other women’s feet while leaving salt on my legs. Another guy showed up to help with a gash on his thumb and started bleeding on me and painting my toys. I sat for 20 mins while she helped others until the guy to paint toes showed up. Never again people. Never again. The guy also didn’t put on a bandaid and just held tissue on his hand. I’ve been here before and had fine experiences. I would say 3 out of 5 stars but I will never be coming back after today.

Really displeased with this place. My daughter got a fill and color, within 3 days most of all the paint had chipped off and she lost a nail, it happened pulling paper towls at work.They are charging her $20 to fix their poor quality work. Will not ever come back and would not ever recommend anyone to use this place. The paint job wasnt even good in the first place.

My nails chipped and broke within 3 days. After less than a week it looks like I have not had a fill for at least 2 weeks....never again. When the lady was putting on the gel polish I told her three times the UV light wasnt on....she then went to clear coat and all the polish came off since it was never set.

Came there to do in acrylics paid almost $50 came out with bubbly nails couple cuts on my fingers and they wouldn’t give me a discount I did not recommend anybody to spend that much money for poor qualityCustomer service are rude talking in their own language in front of people, laughing. Will not go here anymore. Since its Valentines I was okay with the lady doing a heart, but then she put a funky line & arrow. I told the lady that I did not like it, she got upset with me because I didnt like it. Went there for a while, but they just lost a customer after that one!

Ive been going here for the last couple of years. Although most of the time theyre good and consistent, sometimes they dont do a good job on my nails or they rush my pedicure. Theyre usually always busy so Id make a reservation.

Get there early! Silver Nails is busy for a reason. The salon professionals are good at what they do and it takes time, especially if the customer wants gel polish.

The accents are difficult to communicate but also it seemed like they were talking about their own employees when talking in their native language. Communicating to each other instead of talking to the customer makes the situation awkward. Ive had this experience with each nail salon Ive visited.I was told it was too expensive to purchase what I wanted and the design I wanted they didnt have any more (simple white backdrop with red hearts) for Valentines Day.Before they asked me if it was okay to switch colors since they ran out of red (they didnt, I saw there was more red hearts), she started applying different colors before confirming with me that it was okay.When I put the flip flop on, she was trying to slide it on and I was trying to help her and she jumped back.They also gave me a french tip on my hands which I didnt want nor ever asked for.All in all, I gave a tip but it wasnt worth it nor deserved.

They were very nice but couldn’t do a correct mat so they’d did a gel without the topcoat. I was disappointed. Love their pedis though

This place used to be my favorite in since moving up here from SoCal. Unfortunately their customer service and quality of service has really declined since some of the key nail technicians have left.

Scammers!! So sad to be leaving a negative review as I have gone here for 3 years now and brought all of my friends to this shop. I always get the same thing and it costs 25$, it was still on the board as 25$ and this woman has done my nails several times. Besides the rushed uncomfortable, unsanitary, painful, and sloppy acrylic set I had done (literally half of my nails are sideways and they are all different lengths + I was cut and burned several times but I kept faith as she has always done a great job) I went to pay and she tells me it is 42$! And that she asked me and I agreed to gel, which I was most definitely never asked and never agreed to. When I questioned the total the woman for extremely defensive so I paid, but I will not be rreturning. I hope the 17$ was worth a lifetime customer.

Its okay, the ladies were nice but rushed on my gel polish Ive never had such an in and out experience before...and it showed. If you have OCD I wouldnt recommend this place. She didnt cover my entire nails on the sides with polish, she accidentally burned me twice by the file grinder in the beginning of the process to remove my old gel nail polish. I wanted so badly to kindly suggest her to slow her roll...I wont go back :(

Dont go to this place if you have ocd issues. They are not sanitary at all. Every customer uses the same grooming utencles and scrubbing brushes. The work on my pedicure was so bad that I told the worker not to even bother with the painting of my toe nails. The service with the other workers seemed nice, but the lady I had was horrible. I truly feel sorry for anyone that gets the old lady that worked the second chair from the entrance. The other workers were so much nicer, but since she had started on my feet...I didnt want to be rude and change workers. Waist of money. I had to go to another shop. Im not the type to leave reviews cause its lame to me, but this was seriously a BAD experience. The woman only smiled once....when it was time to pay! I wish I didnt even have to click the 1 star to leave this review.

Cici always does an amazing job on my nails, unfortunately Cici doesn’t work here anymore and I will be following her to her new salon.This place is not clean, and often has a strong smell, and the staff is not very friendly.I went there one time after Cici left and will never go back. I was a consistent customer (every 2 weeks I was in there) of hers for over a year and when I went back once after Cici left to get a pedi they we not very friendly and when I asked for one more coat on my toes to make the color pop and was told no.Not worth the hassle.

This is a review with both positive and negative. Kim knows her craft. I have acrylic overlays over my own nails. She does a great job of filling and then filing to a very thin edge. No chunky, thick nails. Yay! When she is in charge of all the walk-ins, she does take a little longer to do a fill. But she is usually fast! My only minor gripe with her nails specifically, is the shape and length. Consistently, she will file off more than I ask for and the shape is rarely incorrect. I try to have her get it close and then I have to go home and finish shaping. This leads to earlier chipping that would not usually occur at all. Her sister Cindy, does pretty much the same quality of work, tho she does not get the nails quite as thin.I could usually get in for an appointment on the same day; I lived just around the corner, so I would call in. Usually within 15 mins to maybe 4 hours later. Almost any day of the week.These ladies neither chat nor have the most professional salon manners, but are sweet. All the ladies in the shop chat with each other, but they do not speak English very well and its just good customer service to do so. They all really do need a lesson in smiling. Thats also just good customer service.I was not shown around when I was new. I was just told to go wash, with a gesture towards the sink area.I went back to the sink to find a jar with blue liquid and one empty one, both with nail brushes. I still dont know which brush to use AND everyone uses the same brush. Doesnt feel sanitary to me.And lastly, price. I feel like compared to most salons, they are definitely competitive. They do charge for painted designs (some dont) and acrylic designs are about double the price of a fill.

Ground my nails till they broke. Used the dremmel on my cuticles. Cut me because she was watching others and then put acetone on it. Stabbed me trying to get at some nail polish. I left in the middle because I couldnt handle it.

Cut my toe, said and did nothing about it. As a result it developed an infection and I had to be put on antibiotics for 10 days. I will not ever return to this nail salon for any services to be performed.
