Second time I ever visited this nail salon. 1st time made appointment at lunch time and had to wait 45 mins. 2nd time made an appointment at 3:15, at 4:00 still sitting there with feet in cold water. Nothing offered to drink nor were we informed they are running behind.Appointments are made for a reason. If you dont care to have respect for your time then good place to go; however, dont make plans after because you will be over an hour late.

Made an appointment ahead of time and asked if an hour was long enough for a mani/pedi since I had an appointment right after. When I went in they asked me to wait 5 minutes. I sat for over 20 with no one even talking to me and then finally just got up and left. I would rather they didn’t take appointments when they don’t have time than waste customers time.

In Times of COVID-19 spread to find a place that makes you feel this safe?! YES! Took temperature when i walked in the door, masked up, disinfectant everywhere, liners in the foot baths.. Nina Was EXCELLENT.. toes look amazing.. My new Go To Place..

Absolutely fantastic Natalie is great the girls are wonderful my nails are always beautiful I can go in with a Trainwreck and she always manages to make them beautiful nails and my nails are very thin but weve been met managed to grow them all out and she just puts acrylic over them an overlay of acrylic so that theyre strong shes fantastic

If youre by yourself the wait time isnt too long for walk-ins, but if youre wanting a pedicure with a friend or relative, even if you make an appointment you can wait up to 40 mins before someone is available to start. The nail techs are very good, just wish they could be more upfront with your time. But I guess thats the nature of the business?

Wonderful massages and beautiful art with the nail polish!

I’ve had very good experiences and some bad which is why I gave 3 stars. Eye brow wax’s here are always great. Gel nails are where the experiences get dicey because some girls are great some just rush and the gel peels off after a few days. If you ask them to put a second coat of paint so the polish is opaque they won’t this seriously upsets me. I am paying for a service I want it to look nice.

Have been coming here for years. Best place to get quality work done. Might be a wait at times but they can usually work you in. Staff very friendly and have been with Nancy for many years.

I was really pleased with this service. I was a walk-in for a pedicure and found Tei to be a great. technician. The leg and foot massage for the finish was also very nice, and the massage chair for my back perfectly with just the right amount of pressure. Good price, good service, and good location; what else could you want?

Natalie and Nina are amazing! They always get it perfect and if something is off or not to my liking they correct it for me love them.

I love Le Nails. I have been getting pedicures and nail services here for the last 15+ years. The are detail oriented, friendly and hard working. I also appreciate the high sanitation marks they continually receive from the state.

Ive been there at least four times for a pedicure, color change or manicure, and each time the attendants were courteous and friendly, and worked meticulously. My nail color always lasts so long I dont need to do anything in between visits. I come back a couple of months later after my nails have grown too long and there isnt a single chip!

While their prices were good, I was really unhappy with the service I got. The nail technician was very rough, twisting my fingers in odd ways, and I had several fingers bleeding when I left. The edges of my nails hurt for a couple of days after I left, which has never happened to me before - and Ive had acrylic nails for about 4 years. The work was sloppy, too - a few nails werent even and the polish had a couple of what appeared to be bubbles or something tiny rising above the surface on a couple of nails. Not happy, wont return. Found another salon thats much cheaper AND they are very gentle and thorough.

I like the ladies who work there. My nails always look great. The new massage chairs are wonderful, as is the leg and foot massage you get with your pedi. You also get a great hand and arm massage with your mani. Just do not let the cranky male owner work on your nails. He only fills in if they are busy and he is terrible. Take a pass on that. Get any of the 3 sisters if you can. They do really nice work.the male is the only reason for a star deduction. They should ban him from the salon.

Always a great pedicure. Go early to avoid a wait.

I made an appt in hopes of being able to get right in, but that didnt happen. I waited 30 mins before they put me in a chair & another 10-15mins before a nail tech came over. My toes look nice, but after all that freaking waiting they better!!!!

Me and my mom have been getting our nails done at Le Nails for years now. I have went to other nail places and none have compared to the treatment we receive here. This will always be my go to place, especially for pedicures.

Ive been in there a couple of times and was overall dissatisfied with the service. Theyre not horrible but Ive seen better. Dude in charge is not very friendly and some of the women are disrespectful. The one time I had my acrylics filled was a disappointment, as was a regular polish manicure where the woman clearly saw it needed fixing, she did not. Sloppy work two of three times Ive been there. Done going there but try it out for yourself.

I’ve been here a few times, but none nearly as bad as the last time. the lady doing my nails was horrible. i went there for a full set on friday night, and the following monday morning, two of my nails had already broken off. she didn’t give me the shape i wanted, cut my cuticles so badly some of them bled, and my gel polish started peeling the day after. the acrylics were chunky, thick, and because she didn’t cut my natural nails before she put on acrylics, they looked dirty. horrible service - i reccomend you spend your money and time elsewhere

My daughter and I went there for a full set and a fill. The lady was rude and could not understand what it was that I wanted. When she finally figured it out, she started talking in her language in a complaining manner to the other workers. I know when Im being talked about. It was rude and unprofessional. They had started my daughters nails first, so I let them finish. I left. I do not deserve to be treated in an unprofessional manner. It has happened before at other salons and Im fed up with all this behavior. Will not return, do not recommend.

Very very rude, turned me away, because they were too busy I said I called just a few minutes ago, just to get a color change & the lady said that I did not call. That she didnt hear the phone ring. Never going back too that place again!

This place is very clearly unsanitary. I watched an employee take the same grinder tool he just used on me and stretched it to the next station without even wiping it off. Besides the very obvious gross factor, the acrylics are done waaayyyy too thick and turn yellow almost immediately (very cheap product). Their prices arent even cheaper than normal - go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years!!! I feel like there rushing !! And I end up using a pedi file when I get home because my feet are still rough !!😔They need to focus on the client whos there !!! Not going to come back unless it changes I will pay more to get the full service !!
