They are very clean. They are taking sanitation seriously during the pandemic. They wore gloves and have the pvc pipe dividers to protect you and them. They also have their face mask on. It was an excellent pedicure, by far the best one I’ve had in Bham. I will definitely be back.

I’ve had a great experience at this place!! They are always professional and super sweet as well as accommodating. You should make an appt if you’re coming in with a big party to get fast service. Other reviews about the service being slow is probably because they didn’t make an appointment prior. Overall, they did a great job and everyone is super sweet! Would recommend to everyone

I love this place! They have a big flat-screen TV and always have awesome stuff playing on it. They give the BEST pedicures. So reasonably priced and they massage your feet for quite a while. Their massage chairs are great and everyone who works there is so sweet. Highly recommended.

This place is so bad, nails were uneven and their selections for nail designs look like a 4 year old drew them. We waited for 1 hr and got no service very unprofessional staff. Designs you see online do not be fooled most of the designs are fake acrylic nails that are pre-made not professionally done like most places. I have been to so many nail salons and this is the worst I have ever been. Do not go to this one you will waste your money and your time, your pretty much better off doing your own design at home yourself that is how bad theirs are.

I went in for a full set, they could not do a simple nude color. They don’t have a very weird selection of options. They were very fast and did not pay attention to detail. My nails are crooked and misshaped, all I asked for was a simple square shape. They were rude and slow, five of us went into do our nails and only two of us got them done.

If you are ever in town or decide to try this place out make sure to ask for Mai or the lady next to her they are so amazing! they do amazing job Im always satisfied every visit even when they are super pack!!! I really recommend this place

Im giving 5 STARS. Freindly, professional, clean, thorough and relaaaaaxing. I had THE BEST foot and calf massage, which is hard to find with pedicures. Great pressure without slapping and tapping. Both my manicurist and pedicurists were male and very personable without being over chatty. Well be back.

My friend and I went in a couple weeks ago for the first time. First I was a little disappointed because they couldn’t do ombré nails, but I know some places can’t do that so that was fine. A man was working on my nails and I noticed that a woman employee kept walking by and seemed to be checking his work. I asked for coffin shaped nails, which he did pretty well. Overall, I thought my nails were looking pretty nice. Well then came time for the gel polish. He quickly painted them and put the matte top coat on that I wanted. The top coat was very sloppy. Then he quickly sprayed them with the alcohol, grabbed his car keys and quickly walked/jogged out of the salon.Well, the reasoning he ran out so quickly was that the health/licensing inspector woman had come in while he was working on my nails. My friend and I overheard the inspector talking to an employee/manager and asking where the man was and if the man that had done my acrylic nails was working on clients. The manager lied to the inspector and said that the man was only there to fix the UV gel machine. The inspector then says “I saw him working on a client, he cannot be working on clients”. So I’m sitting there confused as to why this guy was working on my nails. I ended up just paying and leaving.My friend and I were outside when the inspector walked out. I asked her if the man was licensed to do nails, and she said no. She told me to report my story to the health department. My nails ended up actually being lumpy and not well done at all. My friend’s nails broke within a few days.So please, do not go here. Who knows what else they could be hiding or lying about. I’d rather go somewhere that does things the legal way.

If I could give this place no stars I would, upon entering no one greeted me & they kept speaking there language and looking at me funny I felt extremely uncomfortable. I don’t care if they speak there language, but evidently it was obvious they were talking about me. To top it all off this place is a dump if you want good service steer clear of this place the shop looks like its still in the 1990’s, unkept, unsanitary. The reviews seemed ok that’s why I decided to try them out the reviews aren’t made out to what this place actually is. I got a simple manicure pedicure and it was horrific. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I mean LOOK at the reviews half them look like they are faked and it’s all Asian last names, how many Asian people do you know go get manicure pedicures and leave reviews?

My kids wanted to get their nails done on fathers day so Ive decided to make a small party at M & t nails with about 6 people they were great! the massage was really awesome and I really like the fact that they have 8 chairs to make sure we are all accommodated

This place was awful. I came in to get an acrylic set, nails came out subpar. My nails last 2 days before the top half snapped off, I went in to get it fixed. Not even a week later 4 nails have already came off completely. Save your time and money & go somewhere else. Waste of $40

Absolutely terrible. Went in for coffin shaped matte nails. None of my nails are the same shape. You can still see parts of my real nails where she missed putting the acrylic on. The nail polish is bubbled on a few nails and parts of nails are not even matte because she didnt get the top coat on all the way! Im so disappointed that my first time getting my nails done in years turned out like this.

I have been a customer at M&T nails for about 7 years I love the atmosphere its clean great prices family-operated almost everyone in my family goes including my dad and son for their pedicures 👍

The massage was mindless, untrained, awful. She spent most of that time going over the same spot while watching TV. The nail length on my big toes didnt match, one over the edge of my toe, the other way under. Both visibly crooked. I wont be back.

This place is straight trash I got my nails done there and it hardly felt like they were actually putting effort into my naild in one day or two days after I got my nails and my nail broke and I even specifically asked them to put more acrylic on to make sure they don’t break because I lift heavy things and I’m a woman and I went back to get my nail fixed and they acted like they didn’t even want to fix my nail now this place doesnt care about customers all they care about is making money and I do not recommend this places at all And by the way I broke my nail by opening a car door ..
