I went to get my nails done at this place on my birthday & was pleased with the job they did before. so i went a second time. after 2 days, they looked like this. the gel polish was applied 4-5 times on top of a another top coat. i went to get my $$$ back & i was told no. i asked for them to fix them & they said no. the lady that did my nails was the same lady i talked to. she was absolutely rude, unprofessional, & told me that “you shouldn’t get long nails if you can’t take care of them.” which, the only type of acrylics i get are the long ones— i am very aware they can break easily. point being, i was completely dissatisfied with my service & they did nothing to help or fix this. i will never come back to this place. $50 for this mess. if i could, i would rate it 0/5 stars.

Crystal did an amazing job on a full set of coffin nails.the last set I got at a different place was entirely the wrong shape so I was really happy that she knew what it was I was asking for and did a beautiful job without me having to ask her to fix or change anything. They are really professional and accommodating and are taking healthy steps during the pandemic to keep their customers safe period I would definitely recommend them especially Crystal.

So .. I loved this salon for a long time and only got very simple designs. I always have had issues with getting my nails straight so I would have to speak up about the shape but it would be fixed with no problems. Everyone is kind and has a great attitude. My last experience has made me never want to go back. I asked for the nail design posted below and after a couple minutes of hesitant back and forth they agreed they could do the design for me. The issue came down to when the nails were painted. I got gel nail polish and they layered the gel so thick it went from a coffin to an almond shape with undefined edges. The nails looked nothing like the picture and the design looked awful. I could tell the technician painting my nails was frustrated and displeased. At the end everyone got very quite and I decided to pay and leave. I was so displeased with the service I just wanted to leave and go elsewhere to get my nails fixed. So for simple designs this place is good but anything more complex... go somewhere else.

Terrible Job. Acrylic was very runny when applied so my nails dried bumpy. After one week a nail had already popped off. Worker was literally falling asleep while doing my nails ..

My go to place for pedicures!!!! They are always so nice -and I don’t mind waiting or coming back another day if they are busy, I get it it happens. I get gel pedicures every few weeks here and they always turn out perfectly and last forever! 100000000/10

My acrylics had a moderate amount of extra material around and under the nail, and one appeared crooked. Overall they did an okay job but I would rather spend my money elsewhere, I do have to say the acrylic material has not lifted easily and are pretty hardy which gives them a bonus.They give nice pedicures but a few of my nails needed better cleanup from polish

This place had no patience and didn’t even try to understand what I wanted done! The pedicure was fine BUT a gel nail polish for my fingers was a nightmare! They were bubbled and she didn’t wipe off a color she put on that I didn’t want and ended up getting mixed in the polish that I wanted. Not even 30 min later, the gel nail polish PEELED OFF! There is no point in trying to ask them for a refund. This place used to be my go to place but has been going down hill this last year or so.

I went there to have my nails done/ fake nails with manicure...but because to the guy I was supposed to get my nails done by thought I was going to slow picking out colors for my nails ...he had someone come sit in my seat which was totally rude! ....I politely grabbed my belongings next to the women who sat in my seat..which was also beyond rude.! I will not be recommending this business to anyone!!! Totally not professional not at all...I was kicked out ..horrible service!

Always does a great wax on my eyebrows I’ll only go here for it.Update a day before my graduation someone else did my eyebrows and they look terrible. The lady was also unwilling to fix it! Not coming here again now I look crazy for my graduation.

Wrong place to get our nails done! we planned a girls day, having our nails done, and have some fun! Not Christmas party this year, one of my helpers where there to get her first manicure ever;( and this lady just ignored her all the time, i comment the guy, who was doing mine, if the girl really was happy to do my friends nails, and i tried to explain him, she was feeling a bit uncomfortable, and he just looked at me and and asked me!!!!!!!!!!!!You go! i was like what! and he looked at me and said you go now! OMG ! i wanted to cry 😭So sad, what a bad service, they don’t really care about customers! my little christmas party where over ! Never coming again! Nail Tech ! Good Luck for you ! hope your business don’t go down! think about your customers before you and you will have results, think you don’t need no body, i will see you under a bridge;( but the way i’m a business owner!😉

Ive always had good experiences here. Took my mom there for pedicures and she while there she broke a nail. They started to fix it for her right there in the chair! The reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5, is some of the technicians are not as talented as the others. Still overall a great place in my experience!

This place is okay however you need to know which nail tech’s are good. The young lady that works there is fantastic! She shapes nails flawlessly and her nail designs are amazing! I have had great designs by her!However, when I get nails done by nail techs other than her I have been unhappy multiple times. Last time I went my nails were shaped so badly they looked chunky. Also the simple nail design I asked for was botched. The lady let me walk away with a horrible nail design and still charged me for it. I never complain but I had to come back and have them redo everything because I hated my nails so much.I think the 3 star review is generous and only based on how great that one lady is!

I’ve been going to nail tech for about 5 years now, I’m usually very happy with their work and they’re all very nice! The reason I’m giving four stars is because i went in yesterday to get my gel polish changed and it wasn’t done very well. I was surprised because I haven’t ever been unhappy with gel nails when I get them here, it was a woman that I’ve never gotten before so I thought maybe she’s new! I went back in today with my boyfriend to get them fixed, they were very understanding and got me in right away but I got the same girl who did them the day before and they were done the same way :( I explained that they usually do them a certain way and she told me no, I wasn’t very happy with it.. we called them to let them know and the woman that usually does my nails called back and was very sweet and apologized and asked me to come back to get them fixed by her or her husband, it was late so I didn’t go back in today but This is the only bad experience I have ever had with them and I always always recommend them to anyone looking for a new nail place., I just think that from now on I will ask for the woman who called us back or the older man who does my nails often when I go in. All in all, I’ve always had great customer service and they’re usually very good at what they do! I just think the new girl might need a little bit more training :)

If I could’ve given them no stars I would’ve.They skipped almost all the steps after laying down the acrylic. She only shaped one nail. Didn’t let the gel dry, it bubbled peeled off the same day. She didn’t clean up any edges, nail polish and acrylic all over my fingers. I always tip, but this time I couldn’t bring myself to do it.I will never go back.

Very disappointed by nail tech today. An untrained lady provided service to me she wasted 45 minutes she doesn’t know how to do pedicure when I tried to talk to the main lady who speaks English a man worker and that untrained lady jumped on me very disrespectful and even the men worker told me go to your country.seriously thats how you talk to your customers very sad.

Im from out of town. My sisters took me to Nail Tech to have my nails done. The nail tech started polishing my nails and failed to polish the sides of my nails. When I pointed it out to her she said she couldnt polish the sides because it would polish my skin. I didnt know what to make of this and politely asked her to do it. I sensed her become upset or agitated. She purposely polished my skin got up left me and started working in my sisters nails. Another Male nail tech came by to look at my nails. I pointed out the mess and politely asked him to take the polish off my skin. He spoke with the lady who worked on me they spoke in their language. She blamed me for the mess. When she put the cat eye design on my nail she placed the tool on the opposite side of two of my nails. So I have the design going the opposite direction. You know the nail tech should have apologized politely to me and just say, Ill fix it. But no made it my fault. Im the customer and Im paying for the service. I will not return. I would post a pic but, this site would not allow.

Was not Impressed with the whole experience

Ive been to this place on multiple occasions but today was by far the worst. I went in for an acrylic fill which went great and I love the shape and when it was done the color turned out beautifully. After about 15 minutes of walking around the mall I noticed the gel polish on both thumbs were peeling off. When I went to get it fixed right away they told me to sit and it would be a 30 minute wait even though they had open chairs. Instead I stood there until someone would help me. They eventually got it repainted and I went home. Then that night I looked down and notice that all of the tips were peeling off after not even 4 hours of wearing the nails! Very disappointed in this place and would definitely not recommend, they have bad quality and customer service and is a waste of money for sure.

WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.THe man here seems like manager is very rude. I made an appointment two days earlier when I went there he said I have to wait 20 mins because they all are busy. I told him I made an appointment and I’m on time. I can’t wait because I have to leave for work. He pointed finger towards door and said, “ You can leave. We are not gonna do your nails. Done your nails from elsewhere”. This is very unprofessional. He don’t know how to talk with clients.

Ive been going here for the past 5 years whenever I want my nails done. Ive been to a couple other places around town and a few in Hawaii and the experiences have been very similar.The staff talk amongst themselves mostly, but will engage with customers. Im a little awkward and shy about salons so this is just fine for me. Its been great place for me to learn what I do and do not wnt out of a salon experience. Ive even brought my mother and sister in law with me.Theyve been so kind to me whenever I visit, even applying some polish for free so i could compare some products (it was 1 nail). I still dont dont talk much but they are really nice to me.My one bad experience was a misunderstanding on a busy day for them. We finished our pedicures, got our hands cleaned but no polish. They misunderstood that we wanted clear polish. But it was a simple enough mistake to make and not that big of a deal.

The pedicure wasn’t good. She’s good at messaging but cleaning the heels wasn’t her forte. She roughed my heels for a long time with the extreme rough emeril board but she didn’t actually clean it. By the time she was done my heels were still rough to the touch. And that’s for $25. At first I thought she would clean the nails but she barely touched them. When I mentioned this to the manager, he said they don’t focus on cleaning the heels and I’m like well what do you focus on when you take $25 for a pedicure? I payed but I vowed never to return again.

My mother walked in and asked to sit in a different seat (the one they wanted her to sit in had a hole in it) and some guy who im guessing was the manager stopped working on someone else to tell my mother to leave.. I was confused so I asked what happened and why she needs to leave and he just told me to go. .. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Yeah, sometimes they get distracted talking to eachothers and worse when the drill is out but overall, theyre alright. Theyre okay with nail art. My nail lines arent as symmetrical as they should be (keep in mind I showed a picture for reference and told my nail tech if he needed to see it just in case, he kindly refused.) but they do the job. I hope they last to my trip to Israel. My mom has come here a couple of times but personally, Id rather grow my nails out and get gel/shellac. Im too scared with a drill near my nails and them getting distracted or making you wait for a while to get started. Im better off with a hand file on my nails, thank you very much. Overall rating: its okay.

Filed a written complaint with the mall and plan to contact the BBB about this rotten “salon & spa”. My little sis and I return to Nail Tech the following day of my little sister’s horrific experience. My little sister explains: “I asked the girl at the front for a MANICURE with gel and acrylic, the girl, who displayed understanding of my request, sits me down with no nail tech. She pulls my tech from what clearly looked like a much more important break and relays my request in mandarin to him and I assume she tells him the 3 things I requested upfront. He reaches for my hand with an expectant and an annoyed look, w/o saying a word. First thing he does is jabs into my nails to cut them to the skin, I said “ow” and there was no reaction from my tech. Tech asked, “real or fake nail”, I said “acrylic” and he starts grinding my bare, unpolished, REAL, and healthy nails with the electric grinder damaging what he must have assumed where fake nails in which he needed to remove? Thanks a lot. Now, after my healthy nails are destroyed, the tech proceeds to apply the acrylic nails and cuts them in the worst possible shape and files them in such a way that my skin is being scraped raw, again there is no reaction from the tech from my obvious display if pain. At the end, my nails looked like they’ve grown out a week since my cuticles weren’t cut due to the manicure never being done which I originally asked for.”Now, I am there with my little sister (who btw has little experience with manicures which is why she didn’t know when the manicure was supposed to occur in the process, otherwise she would have made clear again that “yes, I want the manicure!”) and I tell the tech who did her nails I want to speak with your manager since he was LAUGHING in our faces once my sister mentions her skin hurts around her nails. Turns out this prick is the manager. I asked the manager twice why he didn’t ask my little sis if she wanted the manicure included, like my tech clarified with me, and the manager gave two different answers: 1st was “I did ask her” 2nd was “I asked real or fake nail and she said fake, means no manicure”. Although, they charged her for the manicure and acrylic (total of $35 payed + undeserved $5 tip) acrylic with gel costs $24.99 and manicure costs $10 = $35. Manager states, “I don’t want to deal with you anymore” and calls security who turn out to be on our side and gave us the complaint form and recommended we contact BBB. Nail Tech wouldn’t even remove the terrible job they did, told us it would have to “cost us”. Customer satisfactions clearly means nothing to Nail Tech.

My mom in-law was in town so her, my husband, my 3-year old daughter and I were looking to kill some time and get our nails done, we walked in and my mom in-law (very politely) asked if she could sit in a different chair because one was ripped and this guy comes out of nowhere and very rudely points to the door and says, “you leave! You leave now!” We we’re appalled and embarrassed. I do not think that was worth yelling at us for.. never coming back

They seemed like they didnt care about their costumers and there were so many appointments that were late that my wait time was increased from 20 minutes to over an hour. I immediately went to Beauty Nails and they did my nails in a shorter more reasonable amount of time and it was even cheaper than this place.

I went to this salon 5/2/18. I was worked on by an obvious tech that did not want to do my nails. I tried to talk to her to see how her day was going, in more of an attempt to see if she was in a bad mood and in that case, I would not want her to finish. She was rude and short with me, but kept insisting that I would get my nails done the way I wanted. I told her that I wanted SLIGHTLY rounded edges, not square nails and NOT round nails. I showed her a picture of the shape and the design I wanted. she said ok. So after applying my nails, she immediately went to clipping the sides OFF like she was attempting coffin nails. I told her that I did NOT want the sides cut off, simply rounded a bit! She said that she would fix them. So I patiently watched whatever was on the TV in there just so I wouldnt be fixated on my nails.She continued her work and I didnt even want to look at them, she cut the sides of my fingers, the nails are so thick and crooked... they are sore now --even while typing this--and there is paint, glue and acrylic stuck on my fingers. She barely attempted to file my nails down, they are so thick its ridiculous...she didnt run the pointy file under my nails to get the edges off my skin...she didnt buff them out to be smooth...they ARE A MESS! I have attached photos of my nails to this including the picture of what I showed her I wanted.The tech went on working, towards the end...she yelled at me saying that I always get my nails done and then just take them off. I said YES, if they arent what I want I will remove them and have them redone. I didnt ask for anything from her, just to make them how I want them. She said I just need to do my job and NOT look at my nails, but I work with the public and thats one of the first things people see are my nails...which is WHYYY I get them done...Obviously she is in no condition to be working with the public, and should probably just stay home for a while. I REFUSE to explain myself to her, I pay for my nails every time and I should get what I want...its not difficult...but it literally is HER job to make them look right!!! I am adding pictures to this, so if anyone is thinking about going to this shop...they seriously RECONSIDER!!! Unless youre in the mood to be scolded and told what you need done...so please, take your business elsewhere!!!(the one star I gave them, was just so I was able to post this review...I wouldnt give them ANY stars otherwise!!)

I am absolutely APPALLED!!!! I got a shellac manicure done there a week ago and after three days it started peeling off. I called them and said maybe it was a mistake and no shellac was placed but I want it fixed. The man who answered said that I HAD to come in today or tomorrow. I told him I worked and could not come till wednesday. He said I had to schedule either today or tomorrow. Then hung up on me....Now. I am one of those people who give people the benefit of the doubt, so I was thinking maybe he just got disconnected some how. I called again saying I can make tomorrow work. And then he said I had to come in today. Confused I asked, you said I could come in tomorrow, why cant I just do that? *Click* seriously? Did he just hang up on me again....called again. Same guy answers. I ask did you just hang up on me? He stated and I quote, I dont have time for this. *Click*.......ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Called him back and he answered...I yelled and said that I am so offended and they are the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with, then I hung up.... absolutely disgraceful

I got my Eyelashes done here I asked for them to be full and not to long I got just the opposite and the next day around 20 of them fell out without any of my own eyelashes attached....Ive been getting my Eyelashes done now for over a yr in a 1/2...(1st time here never again) and I have never, had this problem...the only reason I gave them 1 star is because the lady that did them was really nice and she did a good job waxing my eyebrows...

Twice I had a really bad experience. The woman who did my toenails cut my big toe-nail so far back that it was painful to walk for over one week afterwards. It actually bled slightly for a few days. When I went back to the store to ask for my money back, the same woman, who apparently is a manager, was quite vociferous in explaining that accidents happen and they cannot be responsible. I would never go back there again.

I walked in the Nail Tech salon located inside the Bellis Fair Mall to receive an acrylic set removal and a basic manicure on 9-02-2018. Before the service started I told them that I did not want the drill to be used on my natural nails. They proceeded to soak my nails in acetone. After a few minutes of soaking in acetone they took my hand out and grabbed the drill. I told them again that I do not want the drill to be used. They said that they do that to remove bulk. I said that was okay, but only to remove the bulk of the artificial nail. They continued to soak my nail then drill, then soak and drill again and again. After soaking in acetone for an hour and my natural nail showing through, they took my hand out and went for the drill for the fifth time. I told them at this point I did not want the drill going on my nails again. They told me that is the way they do it and if I didnt like it I could walk out and leave. At that point I was so frustrated and embarrassed by the way that they were talking to me I got up and walked out. This was my worst experience at a nail salon EVER. I posted a picture of what my nails looked like immediately after I walked out of the nail salon.

This is the only place I ever get my nails done. I’ve been going to Nail Tech for about a year and I’ve never been disappointed by their work.

When she didnt like the services,she just asked them that if anyone else available to do her nails, the Male person jumped at her and pass racist comments on my friend which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

I walk into nail tech, I ask the man working there if hes got time to give me a fill, he said yes. He tells me to pick a color and I tell him that I brought my own. I take a seat where he says to, and I just BARELY BEGIN to explain him that I had some minor problems with some lifting and he cuts me off, stands up and says in his broken english, You go somewhere else! I no work on nails I not put on! You go down that way! (Motioning to go down towards Victoria Secret and Ulta). What the heck is wrong with people? He had NOBODY in his salon! It seems these people have ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND NO SOCIAL SKILLS!!

I went to this salon today and had a horrible time. The staff didnt greet me or talk to me the whole time. She just threw the color wheels at me and began roughly filing my nails and clearly distracted while drilling..it chunked a piece of my skin off too?? Also since I was a new customer she told me all nails are $25 for acrylics. I picked out a color and didnt tell me it was gel + more $$$. My nails ended up being $45 for plain gel acrylics...like what?? At least inform me before putting it on my nails. Theyre all super rushed all the time too which i don’t get since theyre there to do nails not screw around. Don’t go to this place or else they’ll mess everything up...the only reason i went here was because of my sister’s friend. Such a waste of money and poor customer service...beware!!!!
