Very clean. Not customer user friendly. The owner/customer service was not helpful or paying attention to customer needing assistance. Wont go back again.

Best laundry service ive used for years

We’ve been dropping off laundry here for 10 years through various owners and always had great service and they have the best prices.

Half of the washing machines are out of order and it closes too early. The staff stand beside watching you the whole time, it’s very uncomfortable. I recommend that you don’t go there.

Horrible place. Dropped my clothes off on Sunday at 2pm said they couldn’t do them that day because they were busy. There was absolutely no one in the place. Told me to come tomorrow. I get off of work at 5:30 swing by at 6 and they closed an hour early. So I couldn’t get my only clothes for work. Wouldn’t give me any compensation. Also didn’t want me to see the scale. So I grabbed my clothes and walked out. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE OWNER HE DOESNT GIVE AF

The place is always clean and its affordable. Owners are polite, good place to do laundry.😁

They have to turn on machines for you. Each quarter gets you 4 mins if drying time. Weird

Terrible place. Half of the equipment is out of order, the place is a mess. Staff is very unhelpful, rude and won’t give you a refund if their equipment breaks while you are using it. Also it looks as if someone is using it as personal storage in the main washing area. Hot as hell and no air conditioning. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Ive washed my clothes here from time to time, its very quiet in the building nice people work here to so that makes more better.

Closes so early, whats the point?

I have been using this laundry facility off and on for almost 10 years. I have always brought my service animal with me and have never had a problem until today. When I walked in I was told that she could was not welcome there after today and she could not accompany me. We were walking in the door when he said this and she had done nothing to misbehave. I asked him if he realized he was being discriminatory and she was legally allowed to be there and he once again said that she was not allowed in and she could wait in the front of the business outside the door. I told him he was legally violating my rights and she was clearly identified as a service animal in he was violating the American with Disabilities Act. I then asked to speak to the manager or owner and he stated it was his business and he did not want her there. There is no excuse that any public business is allowed to discriminate against people with disabilities

I have read each of the 19 reviews posted varying from 7 years back to as recent as 2 months ago. I am speaking as someone who started as a customer just as those of you who have posted were/are and I am now happily employed by them. As a customer I hear and understand the frustrations of those of you that may have had a negative experience with us be it past or present. 2 posts really stuck out as needing positive reply:#1. To the customer with the service animal, I would like to say that where it might have seemed as though you were being discriminated against and disrespected by the gentleman whom approached you only to find out later that the same gentleman is also the owner that it was not at a matter of discrimination at all and no disrespect was meant. Mr. & Mrs. Lee are very kind and respectable people, but please understand that there is a language barrier that makes communication harder. Most of Whatcom Countys population English is their first language and probably doesnt speak Korean and Mr & Mrs. Lee English is their second language and only know so much. Mrs. Lee has a severe allergy to dogs, unfortunately that is not clearly conveyed because the customer now responding with their rights as the owner of a service animal. Brights Laundry and all those working there know both ours & the customers rights/responsibilities for service animals. We would never discriminate anyone for having or needing the use of a service animal, however due to the severity of Mrs.Lees allergy we kindly ask that your dogs please be left outside in front of the building. Our door is always propped open so you can easily gain quick access, see and talk too always. Many customers that use service animals are able to have their pet with them, upon learning why we ask that they be outside they understood completely an were able to find a time that works where they are able to have their service dog and not posing any risk to Mrs.Lee. On behalf of Brights Laundry I apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and for your decision to not return. Its my hope that after reading this you might come back. The best time to come is to ensure that you can have your service pet is from 2p to 7p, every day except Wednesday and Thursdays. #2 I want to reach out to the customer who posted about the onsite attendant closing the store at 7:40p before youd returned to get your clothes from the dryer. Last was is at 7p, if a customer comes in at 6:45 we must allow them to wash/dry, however with that being said the store is closed at 7p to anyone else who may come in seeing that it would appear we are still open due to the last customer whose load started before 7pm. The attendant will generally make the customer aware that you need to remain on the premises ensure that your clothes get washed and dried in a time frame so that they can complete their end of shift tasks and close the store by 8p, If however the customer leaves, the choice then becomes the employees as to whether to wait until 8p for the customer or to go ahead and continue with the closing of the store. I have personally been in both positions and I can assure you neither are fun, I am sorry that your experience ended in you having to wait until the next for your clothes as well as us loosing you as a customer. We appreciate ALL of our customers, whether its your first time or you are returning and we greatly appreciate any and all feed back. Thank you to all of you for your business and your feed back. Owners are nice couple, clean, and reasonable prices, figure 4$ wash, dryer, and soap, thats reasonable.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I took my laundry in on my lunch cause my regular laundry mat was remodeling. After i got my 2 loads in and informed them that id be back after work at 5 to dry them, they said i had to stay to get my clothes out asap cause other customers needed the machines.This made me late back to wrk. There was no one else in there and 25 empty machines. Poor business owners!

You can pay cash at counter, dont need to buy a card. Close to where I live. Clean and very friendly!

My clothes was in the dryers and done at 740 the girl left early and locked my clothes in the building still in dryers

They make you use a payment card system. Why is it so hard to just pay cash??
