Ive heard a lot of people swear by them. gone there forever with no issues kinda people. Never used em for an oil change personally. the actual car wash area out back is usually pretty quiet and chill tho ya know. lol

Ive been coming here for years, the only place I go to get my oil changed. It does get pretty busy so pack your patience when they are busy, they are friendly about it though and do work pretty quick to get you in and out.

I always go here. Went for an oil change one time and my a/c compressor died, which broke my belt just as they started my truck. I was going to be stuck there but an awesome guy came out of nowhere jumped right into my problem diagnosed my truck. Then Jimmy rigged one of his own belts and patched my truck just enough to get me home so he thought. Turns out he was that good the truck made it the other 23 miles to where it was eventually fix. After that kind of service I wont go anywhere else.

If you come here make sure you understand that their base price is about $40 plus any oil or parts. If you go to the Ford House its around $10 base price plus your parts. I went here, and they did a good job, but Im giving it the low score because they really rip you off on cost.

Stopped in to get inspection and the guy told me we don’t do inspections in the rain. I told him it was barley sprinkling. He had a smart comment about big bird overhead and said have a nice day. 10 minutes later I’m sitting in Ford house getting my inspection. Felt the guy was quite rude and a smarta$$.

Oasis Oil Change is a great, convenient location to get an oil change or inspection on your vehicle. Ive been taking mine and my wifes Vehicles here for years. They do a great job, and they do it in a timely manner. If you need an oil change or inspection done, over lunch like most people who dont have a lot of time! This is a great location to get the work done

I have been using their service for the past 4 years. This time I had very bad experience. Theyre not following first come first serve policy. When I asked about it, staff answer was very rude and all staff started having funny conversation about that!! They dont know how to talk to a customer with some dignity. I am not surprised to see other reviewers saying they are rude. Never going back!! If I had the option to choose zero star, I might have selected it.

Inspection/Oil Change.This was my 3rd time visiting with one of my vehicles in the last 3 months. Each time I encountered friendly and courteous people doing extremely professional work. The rates are very reasonable and, since I dont have an indoor work area, saved me the time and effort of performing the work myself in inclimate weather. I highly recommend and will return the next time one of my vehicles needs service.

5 Stars for Oil Change... 3 for the Car Wash. Oil changes/Inspections are always super quick and they take care not to dirty your vehicle. Never had a problem, and they make sure to list every single thing they did to your car when you pay. The car wash needs a little help and honestly costs way too much. $.25 a minute is fair. Any more than that is ridiculous. If it were newer and kept cleaner, I maybe could see paying what they charge. I dont have a problem with the vacuums, though. They work great!

My previous experience here wasnt bad at all, though today I feel a little differently. Upon arriving I noticed it was busy, which i dont mind a wait, but the guy thats covered in tattoos told me that next year they will no longer be accepting proof of insurance on a phone. Since he was busy or just in a bad mood he did not let me explain that it was a new car bought last week and the insurance policy was bought 2 days prior to today. I have the paper ones mailing in, and the only reason it wasnt done sooner is because it was raining and they told me texas law says they cant do inspections in the rain.I feel like he shouldnt be qouting the law he clearly didnt read like I did. Because to my understanding they have the right to refuse if they feel it is unsafe on the wet roads. But the law specifically says inspections CAN be done in the rain or snow. And Im a little embarassed he didnt let me explain about the insurance, because he said it infront of 4-5 customers out front. Like I was being scolded for not bringing a physical insurance card.After my inspection today I will not be coming back to a place who treats women like they are children who dont know anything.I would like to add that the guy in the office who talks fast is really nice and polite. Also the new young guy was very polite, and he was hopping to and fro getting everything done. It only takes 1 bad attitude to spoil it for everyone tho.

They lied to me this morning about issuing State inspections. Told me to my face that the state had suspended issuing them. Siting at Kwick Kar getting my truck inspected. If they don’t want my business they will never get it again.

I had an absolute horrible experience at this place. They claimed I asked for an oil change when I didn’t and tried to charge me for extra things I didn’t ask for. All I wanted was a state inspection. And they didn’t check where my vehicle was registered so they did the wrong inspection. The blonde girl went through my glove box without asking to get my insurance card. She should not be working there. She was very rude to me and had no idea what she was talking about. I will never come back to this place. And i would give negative stars if I could.

Service in the lube center is great an they take care of you. However, Car wash is a rip off. 1.50 to start it and you get very little time (opposed to other comparable self-wash stations). I have a small ford sedan and I was barely able to get soap on the thing before the timer shut off.

Fantastic service, great friendly employees, and really fair prices. The wait times usually aren’t bad at all depending on when you go, and the staff are always super helpful and friendly and never ever try to upsell you on anything you don’t need. I even took in a used car we just bought expecting to go ahead and get an oil change done along with the inspection, and one of the mechanics came out and told me she really saw no use in replacing perfectly good oil but they still went ahead and checked all my fluid levels and topped off what needed to be topped off without a single charge. I used to get my oil changes done at Walmart because I thought it was more convenient but it’s honestly much less of a hassle to stop on by Oasis and let them take care of you.

Every time anyone I know goes here, the guy at the front must be having a bad day. Ive figured out all the people that work here are just plain rude. In person, over the phone, they act like you are bothering them so they are going to charge you whatever they want and you are going to wait. Thats the attitude. The price is different every time, they just act like you are making them have a bad day no matter how polite you are. Will NOT be returning here, neither will my wife, and so far 3 of my friends. Its amazing how fast you can lose customers strictly on bad customer service. Trans Texas Tire does the same stuff they do for cheaper and they are WAY friendlier.
