Great prices is why I keep going back. Theres one nail tech that I have to correct every time on the thickness of her dip otherwise my nails lift 2 days later. She uses a brush to apply dip, which is not dip technique but it comes out fine if ai ask her to file the thickness to a natural look. Everyones very nice and theres a discount as well as a loyalty card.Place is a little dated and I wish they offered wine but Ill keep going back. Overall happy.

Super clean, tidy and the staff was amazing. I just loved the atmosphere their work is good :)They have a variety of colors and their massages are awesome. You will not feel pressured into a conversation.If you like warm, cozy and pleasant salon Id say give them a try. Covid is closing small businesses and I feel its the best time to pamper yourself and support small businesses!

I found a really good deal on Groupon for this nail salon and it exceeded my expectations. First of all, the women working there are the absolute sweetest, most precious, professional, and kind women ever. They make me laugh the entire time and I truly have a great experience there every time. I have come back multiple times since the first time I purchased the Groupon, and I plan on using that as my regular nail salon from here on out. Super good price and I love how the nails come out. My sister and I both come here and love it.

My wife and I got the full service pedicure, we were treated so wonderfully! The lotion and the massages were spectacular and left my skin feeling as smooth as a baby’s bottom. Great value and will definitely be heading back.

They deleted my original review. The owner purposely did my nails wrong so theyd break bc i used a groupon.the method she used to do my nails was a beginner YouTube tutorial. An older lady came in for a pedicure, she told her it would be $20 just to change to gel polish.. She is money hungry and dishonest! Its now day 8 and 5 of my nails have broken. I am not rough either. My last nail broke while changing my sons diaper. I want a refund for my manicure. They also took over 2 hours. Also there are no UV lights to dry your nails so you have to just sit there and hope they dry.

Thank you Christine and the team for my manicure and pedicure yesterday. You guys did an amazing job. The store was cleaned and I appreciated you guys take the extra time to sanitize the equipment and wash your hand between customer. I definitely come back again. I feel safe at your salon.

I was sad to see Tracy and LA Top Nails go, but Christine is great! She is so professional and sweet. I am going to start coming here all the time, she did awesome on my eyebrows. NOTE: The bad reviews you see from a long time ago are from the previous nail salons that were in this location. Pamper Nails with Christine just opened in February 2020!!!!!

I never write reviews but I got to say this was one of my best experiences at a nail salon. The owner greeted me in and still accommodated me while being late to my appointment. I did have to wait a little longer because she was short staffed which was totally understandable because she checked up on me and explained and apologized for the inconvenience on her end didn’t just keep me waiting without saying anything I appreciate that very much with customer service. As other reviewers said it honestly did feel like home it was comforting. Everything was clean and they practiced social distancing so that’s good as well. I only got a pedi that time as a surprise from my hubby. He even got a groupon and I didn’t feel like they treated me differently so definitely coming back and don’t mind paying full price. This will now be my new spot come here You won’t regret it:)

Went to Pamper Nails for the first time. Owner was super nice. Great service even during the current restrictions. Prices are fantastic. She is my new go to person. She gained 3 new customers with me, my sister, and my daughter today. Give them a try. Totally worth it.

Loved my pedicure! Such nice nail technicians and wonderful work.

The staff were very nice but the lady who did my nails took forever. When I arrived I had to wait an extra 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then she took 2 hours to actually get my nails done. She did apologize, but just give yourself a little extra time when you go. The nail job was was just ok. They have room for improvement

Such a great experience! My husband and I had side by side Aroma Pedicures (with the Gel Baths) and we had such a great time! It was my husbands first pedicure and he said he could see himself getting one all the time now. They set a high bar, that’s for sure.

Dip was very horrible, my nails chipped after two days. My shape I was confused on what it is since it does not look coffin, her ombré work was pretty low standards. I had the worst experience in my life and would not recommend anybody here. Jobs seems unprofessional and so does the place, does not seem sanitary. I recommended somewhere else cleaner, and most likely nicer. Idk how people can go here and come out satisfied but, it’s a no go for me I’m never coming back to “ pamper” nails.

Jimmy gave me a good pedicure. He even upsold me. It was a great value. He did talk me into a color that I would have never picked and it turned out I was not happy with the sparkly clear paint. Also my feet were not as smooth as he promised, matter of fact they felt more rough. Ill be more prepared not to be upsold next time.

Jimmy Le was awesome. Great communication, kept me laughing and did his thing on my pedi. Will totally be coming back. Great atmosphere also, friendly people, shop felt like home!

I think the manager did my nails. The nails took forever, the outcome was horrible my nails were chipped, the design was bad. the people there was nice however the nails were bad, Look like a newbie just started. I am embarrassed to see my friends today.

Horrible ! I used to go here all of the time and they were amazing a year ago but recently I have gone and my nails have turned out horrible! I got French tips a month ago and they were separating from the cuticle a few days later.i went to get them removed 2 weeks later and get a new set of dip . They ripped the acrylic off my nails to the point that I was in so much pain that I jumped out of the chair . I repeatedly told her to soak them instead and she kept ripping them off with another nail. My pinky nail was so damaged that it was bleeding ! She insisted I get anew set that it was okay. Well $65 later my nails look horrible and I will never be back . I figured since I tip them very generous every time that they wouldn’t rush my nails! STAY FAR AWAY !!!

Sandy (owner & nail tech) has done a wonderful job on my nails for 2 years now. I have tried everything here & shes great from Regular white tips, pink and white acrylic plus different powder acrylic & lots of different tips to choose from! I always feel comfortable here plus the other staff is extremely nice as well. Kelly does pedicures & waxes and is very good at it plus her designs on toes are beautiful! I highly recommend this salon to veryone because of work, & price!!

Im new to TX and this has been the only salon I been going too. The lady do a great job on toes, my eyebrow wax been great but the nail service has noot been so great for me. Idk if she just got comfortable with me and just dont care but I do. The prices are great but eventually Ill branch out and find a new salon.

Not the best never notice hand washing... not good

Do not go here. They rush when it gets slightly busy and it shows. My nails were done sloppy, and the person doing my nails kept knicking me with the electric file. I had the nex-gen (dip powder), and they were filed unevenly. The lady rolled her eyes at me when I told her I wasnt satisfied with the service. This is by far the worst place Ive ever been to.

Nails are rough and messy looking and we had to tell them multiple times that we wanted Gel nails for hands and feet and they still had to undo and restart mine 2 times.
