My friend and I had spa pedicure $55 and gave $25 tip...all for the polish to chip within 3 days. Ive had the same service done at other salons and polish lasts at least 2 weeks. When I called to let them know, the woman laughed at me...not funny, I paid for a service and she didnt care if I was not satisfied...thanks for nothing and taking our money

No time sense, took an appointment for 2.00 pm and they made me to wait till 2.15 when checked how long it’s going to take? Owner responded some more time 😒. This happened every time I took an appointment and was there 5 minutes before.

All the employees are so nice. I have been a client for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. This is a great place for all ages.

First time getting a pedicure- my wifes suggestion- great experience. Would love to get one every week but I cant 😀Schedule another appointment for next month.The girls did a great job. I highly recommend Pro nails in Bedford

Took me as a walk-in, without a wait as a punishment. I was impressed with how quiet and relaxing it was. So much so that I decided to get a pedicure as well. I cant wait to go back!

I have been going here since they have opened! Love it and Chris in my opinion does the best acrylic sets and fill!

I got a full set this morning, done by Chris. The service was amazing, he offered me a drink and was very polite. He spent a lot of time making sure every nail was perfect. I’m very satisfied with my experience and I can not wait to go back.

I’m so disappointed! I work hard for my money and this is how I treat myself. I had a tough week last week and went to get my nails done. While very nice (the only reason for the star) the stylist did a horrible job. My nails are bumpy and chipping st the edges. I’d recommend not going and wasting your money.

Every time I come here I feel comfortable. Everyone is good and I am always satisfied with their work.I tried going somewhere else a couple times but it never compared to Pro Nails in Bedford. I won’t go anywhere else to get a mani or pedi.

Did a terrible job and charged me 10$ extra for no reason. The guy was also rude and made my nails a lot shorter then i asked and i even showed them a reference photo. Do not recommend. The acrylic was also extremely bumpy and he cut my skin with the file. The nail polish was also very streaky.

The women who did my nails was nice but she did and awful job on my nails. It was my first time getting my nails done ever and it was a bad experience. She pricked me at least 5 times while sanding the acrylic. It was crooked and the acrylic was very thick and there was a lot of it under my nails. I had asked for almond shaped and it wasn’t any where close. Maybe it was just the person I got who was careless but I think you can find better and for cheaper

I LOVE this place! I go every 2 weeks for a pedi, sometimes a mani too. Theyre very talented and take great care of you. I always leave feeling so relaxed and all spiffy!

First time here and had a pedi and dried for 2 rounds if the dryer. That was fine but about 3 1/2 hrs after I left I changed my pants and the polish literally wiped off where it came in contact. Went back and after I explained what happened he asked if I put shoes on! NO I DIDNT PUT SHOES ON! He repolished but then mentions the shoes again on the way to the dryer. I’ve been getting pedis for many years, never had this happen and you only make the shoe mistake as a rookie. Won’t be back, plenty of other choices in Bedford.
