Good service and I love my nails. I got my toes done a month ago and theyre still the same. The polish hasnt worn off.

Theyve kicked me out for not having enough money. She also took my phone away and completely humiliated me in front of everyone. I told her I was gonna get the money but she took my phone and put it in the drawer. She also was very disrespectful towards me. She cut the nails and I had to improvise. But Im never going there again.

Not very talkative employees. Not exactly always a comfortable setting. Depending on the tech you get, the services you get vary as well. Nails seem to chip, crack, break or fall off quicker than they should. Not a bad place to go but not my number 1 pick either. Prices are high for services received sometimes.

Kind polite went above and beyond while a woman yelled at them because she had to wear a mask and they were still so nice to her they deserve so much better

Im fuming mad.the main lady is so unprofessional.i wanted neon nails, never had dip kind and she suggested that.immediately i said how thick they were. she said she would fix them and thinner than polish and patronized me about it. asked me what work I do, is it 24 hrs a day, 6 day a week as if her job is harder than anything anyone else would do. i was baffled and ultimately my mistake for not speaking up more and shouldnt of paid. they are chunky and horrible.they just want your money and dont give a ish if you truly like it. she also disappeared for 13 min to care for her child that literally lives there. im mad at myself more than anything. She snatched another girls phone too, boyyyy shes lucky that didnt happen to me!

The first set of nails I got looked awful, like they were in a rush. But they did my 7 year olds nails and they did wonderful. So when it was time for a fill in I went back. Im very happy this go around. If I would have gotten these results the first time Id give 5 stars.

If you want Instagram nails come here! We have been going there for over 10 years and have never had one complaint!

Not really sure why the guy acted like he couldn’t paint my toes all over white, instead he acted like it has to be white tips, which is not what I wanted. Just wanted my nails done for vacation, but I guess I will be going somewhere else to get them fixed before I leave. Don’t recommend.

I have got my nails done three times the first one was good but the color faded fast the second time I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they just did whatever they wanted to do and the third time they over charged me and kept asking if I wanted to do more to my nails so they could charge me more I will never go back to this one absolutely worst place

There was no wait time. And the young lady did a beautiful design on my acrilics and was very quick. For a full set and a fill we were only there for about 45 minutes and they both turned out amazing! I will definitely be back!

The last two times I went I had the same lady and I won’t go back. Very poor job, color didn’t last like it always did when others there did my nails. The price is different each time I go. I didn’t get any massage or lotion of any kind with my pedicure. Way overpriced for what I received.

By far the worst place to get waxing done . I went twice to see if maybe the first time was just a bad day but nope the second time was worst then the first . They dont care ! They dont clean there materials!!!! She was fast and careless with my wax she didnt pluck and stray hairs or trimmed them I had to do that when I got home and she left wax all over my eyebrows and laughed at me about it like it was funny I had to go pick my son up from school looking like this I would never go there again !!!

The first couple of visits were great. I had another mani/pedi today and was a little concerned since the last visit wasnt that great. I just got home and realized my nails on both hands and feet are uneven and I need to do my own pedicure again as he didnt trim cuticles etc. Very disappointed....$100 later and I have to fix everything. I dont wear fake nails, just basic mani/pedi with gel polish.

The best place to get your nails done and a pedicure. I have been going to Red nails for many years and I’ve always received top notch service at a reasonable price. I leave with a set of beautiful nails every time.

When I walked in to red nails with my mom when we up to the desk and they got people that were beside us first. So as soon as we sat down to get ate feet done my water was to hot burning hot and my moms water was freezing cold. I ask the lady if she could cool my water down she cooled it down a little but it was still burning hot. And my moms water she ask the same lady if she could make her water hotter she barley turned the water up at all it was still freezing cold and she ask the lady again to turn her water up she didn’t she ignored her and began to do my feet. The lady didn’t give me anytime to relax she was going to fast and she was to quiet couldn’t her anything she was saying. Then she did cut my nails on my feet then got the dead skin off which hurt bad. After that she did hot rocks the was nice. Then she put a hot towel on my legs and did my feet after a bit the towel was freezing cold and my legs had goose bumps. After that I told her I wanted a flower on my big toe so she got a different lady to do that bc she couldn’t do a design. The flower look good but other that there is bumps and didn’t even cover my hole toes. It looks good for away but close up looks awful the only thing good close up it’s the flower that’s it. So what in my opinion you should go here this will be my last time going here.

I absolutely love this nail salon. They are very friendly. They always make my nail design and style exactly as I wanted. They nail it everytime and I do not make it easy. I always go in there with some unique design and style.

Amazing experience! Walked in at 12:15 and out by 1:30 ( would have been done at 1:15 but I was picky about my nail design). They seem to be more staffed here than at the other nail salon that I’ve been to. Also, they cover the whole nail opposed to leaving a gap and are gentle with your nails. The nail techs know what they’re doing and they did an AMAZING job on my nails. For $60 (not including tip) these ombré coffin Disney nails were well worth it! Looking forward to coming back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Me and my Daughter went in there and had our nails filled it cost 75$ the same price for a New Set. I wasnt pleased how I was treated in there the guy acted like it was a big deal to paint my nails cuz I no longer wanted white tips. I get home and check my bank account and they charged my card 82.50$ after I clearly told them I didnt want to tip because of how I was treated. So for anyone that goes in there check your bank account. I will be going elsewhere and no longer getting mine or my daughters nails done there. Some where our business will be appreciated!!

Came here for the first time and was very disappointed. We got pedicures and the water we soak our feet in was cool not warm at all. The lady was super fast about everything and just sprayed oil on my feet or something and painted my toes. Kept tickling my feet on purpose thinking she was being funny I guess. I couldnt relax and my daughters nails look horrible. For what I ended up paying for all of us (which they over charged me and acted like they didnt understand what I was saying) im super disappointed and will not come back and wont recommend them to anyone!

Came in for a regular mani/pedi with a friend. Her service was wonderful but the lady I was with was rough, and rushed through everything. My nails look awful, cuticles are terrible still, and she tried to force me into either color or fake nails which is not me. Not a good experience.

I just showed them a picture and they did it perfectly. I know where I am going for prom.

I told them 4 times the color I wanted my nails done, and they refused to do it.The girl even heaved a huge sigh and looked over to the... Manager, I suppose.I finally just gave up and let her finish, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service from this establishment.In addition, the polish started flaking off the same day!
