They do a good job. No frills and priced a little lower than other nail salons

Ive moved a couple times since leaving the area, tried other places etc to find my own location nearby; I always end up returning here. I dont generally do nail polish, so I am judging based on general nail care and the excellent massage on your calves.

It is always a delight to go to Regal Nails and have my hands done with gel nails and to relax and get a pedicure. Everyone there is very nice.

I came in for a basic spa pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. The gentleman who did it took his time (the entire pedicure lasted 30+ minutes). There wasnt a wait, so I can see why he took his time, but in any case he did a quality job. He paid attention to detail, gave an incredible massage, and was very professional throughout. Great value and amazing service! I will definitely be back!

My original Nail Tech didnt put my appointment on the books even though I called two days in advance so I went here and Lucy was great will be going back to her instead.

NAIL FUNGUS!! Never in my life have I had so many issues with a nail salon! Not only did it take them almost 2 HOURS to do a full set (not including waiting time), but the lady kept checking her phone and texting the whole time! She was so unfocused that she glued my mail to my finger, then made another BLEED. I asked her to stop and focus on my nails because it had taken so long already, and she just said OK and then checked her phone again!! 3 more times she did this, I spoke to the manager and he said its fine. NO IT IS NOT FINE. IT DOES NOT TAKE 2 HOURS TO GET A SET OF ACRYLIC NAILS. After all was said and done, I ended up with a horrible nail fungus that turned my nails GREEN. Disgusting!!! They were uneven, poorly painted, and horrible! DO NOT GO HERE.

Every time I go here I get setted very quickly. I live going here very nice people. Great service. Great price every time.

I came to this shop today and The nail tech cut off more than half of my toe nails!! Which left me with majority “meat” showing, and cuts all over my toes. I didn’t put up a fuss despite me being very disappointed. Instead I asked for them to add tips onto the nails that were extremely short, due to them cutting my nails down instead of filing my nails as I asked. They quoted me an additional $30 to add tips on top of the $30 I already was paying for a pedicure that I didn’t like. So I respectfully declined and waiting for my nails to dry, as I was checking out I asked for a discount for the horrible job. The nail tech instead LAUGHED at my request as if it was a stupid thing to ask and said no they don’t give discounts for that because she claimed my nails were too long when I came in. That’s my choice as a customer to decide how I WANT MY NAILS, not the nail techs. No apology or concern at all that I was unhappy with the service. This is even more disappointing as I AM NOT A NEW CUSTOMER, they know me and my mom by name, and I’ve never voice my dissatisfaction with a service and this is how they respond when I have to speak up this time. I will never return and I encourage everyone to stick to a nail shop that knows how to service customers, how to deliver on customers nail request and how to fix a problem should one arise!!

I came in for a fill and they did a horrible job matching the color my nails looked two different shades and the matte finish peeled off on the second day. I went back to get it fixed was told to sit and wait, waited 20mins just for the lady to tell me she didnt do nails!! Lol what?!? Is that a joke, needless to say I stormed out of there never ever going back, very unprofessional and their work is the worse I have experienced when it comes to nails. I didnt get my nails fixed nor did I get my money back nor did they care to fix the issue.

Linda is the bomb. See her and you wont regret it. Ben going to her for 3 years since I moved here.

This is a horrible nail salon. I asked the nail stylist for pointed nail... he gave me a totally different shape of nail. I asked him for a thicker nail as he made them thin as possible. . I dont like them and theyre looking horrible. As I told him that I dont like my nails.. he said that I was the difficult and angry person. . I said Im not angry. I just wanted to pay and leave. I dont want them polished. I dont like my nails and as a customer I should get what I am paying for. Youre not doing them free .. to do them your way.. Beware.....

Get Linda to do your nails. Shes AWESOME and fast but not sloppy.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Save your money and go someplace else! They do a bad job and have the audacity to offer to fix their mistake for an additional $10!!!!!Theyre worthless, rude and TOTALLY LACKING IN ANY SKILLS!!!! Im currently redoing my own nails!!!!!Incompetent idiots!

The ownership of this salon has changed. It was excellent before but the new manager is absolutely incompetent and greedy. I asked for gel manicure, he suggested dip powder technique. I said I did not want acrylic powder and he assured me that this was a new technique and it was not the acrylic powder. He lied. So after saying no 8 times I agreed. It was a disaster. He is obviously not experienced but I am not sure if he even has the right training. He has a license on his table but it does not have a picture, just a name. He has bruised the cuticles of all my fingers. I have so many cuts on my fingers, two days later they are still hurting. On top of that he charged me $10.00 more than normal rate for gel manicure. My advice is - do not go there and if you do, avoid the male technician. I cannot comment on the two female technicians, since they did not do my nails.

Not enough nails techs.30 minute wait turned into hour wait.

One of the employees started filing and clipping her toenails while we were there. It was pretty nasty.
