I got a dip manicure. By far the best dip nails I’ve ever had. They were also very quick, and professional. Great place !Update: it’s only been a week and three of my nails have broken. Dip normally lasts a while longer, so not sure what went wrong.

Since I relocated from Boston to Manchester a year ago, Ive been looking for a good nail salon. Im happy to say I finally found it this morning. McKaylie Nail Salon is my new go-to. The pedicure was wonderful - salt scrub, warm towels, lotion leg massage...Theyre reasonably priced, as well. My last pedicure at a pricey salon spa down the street was ridiculously overpriced for the service they performed. (Removed the polish, clipped my nails and applied new polish. Period.)McKaylie is also convenient to the retailers on S River Road. One stop shopping. Love it!

Probably my favorite nail salons so far, the girl I got shaped my nails beautifully and did a great job. The place is very clean and everyone has masks on. Also the color choices are nice. If I lived close to here I would go here often. I definitely recommend :)

Very thorough, friendly and clean. Great service and accepted me as a walk-in. The pedi seats are also EXTREMELY comfortable!! I highly recommend to all and will definitely be going back soon!!

Loved it here! I got a full set and hubby got a pedi and mani. They give an amazing rewards card when you pay full cash. Very kind and clean.

I’m giving a one star simply because my pedicure was great, however if I could choose zero stars I would. The whole time My tech was speaking loudly to the other employees, then slapped a steaming hot towel on my legs not even asking if it was okay and then rushed through just to leave before I had even paid. The employees became rowdy and very loud at one point making what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon incredibly uncomfortable. I’ll never return to this salon.

Love this place they do a good job, listen to you and get you out of there quickly!

Probably one of the worst manicures Ive gotten. All of my nails are uneven shapes and sizes. A huge clump of broken down acrylic was clumped under my nail, and my hands are covered in a glue residue. While the gentleman was filing my nails a piece of nail covered in acetone landed in my eye. I should have walked out right then. Never going back.

I went here to get a pedicure acrylic removal, and dipping powder. The ladies were wonderful and three weeks later every thing still looks great! The prices are very reasonable. This will be my go to place as long as I am still in town.

Dip nails came out great. Quick and efficient.

Nice people, nice place but not a good place to get dip done. Second time I went to get dip it cracked the same day, went back the next day and the fixed it for free, but it cracked again within the next day. I went again just recently to try it again and the second day with new dip it cracked and only two weeks in 3 nails are cracked.

Great place, my daughter and I get our nails done together and have never been disappointed. Friendly service and very clean!

My shellac manicure lasts a month... and Im a mom of a toddler! I usually go for places with coupons or special deals. But this is truly worth full price... which is really reasonable!

I got my nails done at this place and was not impressed. I went to go get my nails done at 11 years old and though it did only cost $5. It looked very bad. The lady who did my nails was not careful and did not care what she was doing. All she did was file them then apply the nail polish very sloppy. I am not impressed and do not recommend going to this nail spa.

The first two times I came here service was great I dont know what happened but I decided that the last two times I went was going to be the last. My 5 star review from the first time I went is now a 3 star. The first time my nail experience was bad I just chucked it up to a off day the second time I just decided to not waste my time. I asked for a medi and a pedi and only received a pedi. The guy who I thought was just giving me a min for my toes to dry and set everything up ended up moving to the next customer without word so never got my nails done. My friend who came with me her skin on ever finger were all cut up. One was even bleeding because she said the guy was so busy answering phone calls, talking to the customers coming in, customers sitting next to him that he wasnt paying attention and got her fingers. She left in pain. Her nails looked horrible and she even stated she wouldnt be back. Very disappointed since I picked this place for location and reviews.

Got a dip yesterday and the lady who usually does it was busy with another lady so I got someone who had no clue what the hell she was doing, i picked the color, she had the girl grab the wrong colors and when i asked about it she assured me that this dark maroon was in fact black not maroon, however when she went to dip it was infact maroon! I asked for short and she did short on my 4 fingers and then rediculously below skin line short on both thumbs (it looks awful) when she finally got the right color because i went over to show her (it was black... not hard to see) she started to dip. She only did 2 coats and they look so flimsy and thin! Im so disappointed and will never allow her to do my nails there again!Edit to add:Had them re-done by new owner, they looked great and lasted like they should.

There is residue all over my skin and two of my left fingers are bleeding but besides all of that everyone was really nice and I’m happy with my nails(four days later) all my nails have broke and I am very disappointed now

If I could give 0 stars I would I went there and there were termites falling out of the vents next to us crawling all around our feet as we were wearing sandals in there about to get our feet done and as we saw them we left I wouldnt reccomend they need yo ger it taken care of it!!
