I came in from Louisiana to spend Mothers Day with my daughter for the weekend and she brought me here as she said she really loved this shop to do her nails and pedicures and I must say she is right! These ladies do a great job at this nail shop. My pedicure was awesome and the nail lady introduced me to dip nails and they are beautiful. You get your moneys worth here at this nail shop and they do not rush over you. I will be moving here to Texas in a few months and this will be where I will get my nails done all the time. Thank you ladies at The Best Nail Spa and Salon. I will be back soon!

I would give them five stars but theyre closed on Sundays. I only get to see my daughter on Sundays and we would love to be able to get our nails done together here. I went across the street instead and it was not a great experience.

Went in on a whim with friends today. And it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

Doctor said needed to take good care of feet so I pampered me, my wife, and mom. The hot stones were great.

I had a pedicure and powder dip nails. Both were great! Tina was quick and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure all was perfect.

Tina got me in last minute. Did a very nice job on my nails. However she was dividing her time with other clients. Had a pedicure that was nice. However my polish was immediately messed up, because of having to put on my shoes too soon, as her shop was closing. So much for the toenails.

This place is AMAZING!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The relaxation area is like nothing Ive seen at any other spa. I have Tina for my massages and professional nail technician and she is truly incredible.

Staff was super friendly but my manicure was just awful. I can tolerate a not so good manicure but when its so bad you have to ask them to remove the gel, its unacceptable. I left with my nails filed so thin, I cant go anywhere else for a bit. The nail polish was not able to be completely removed so my nails look dirty now (because the polish was black) AND I have a bleeding finger. They tried to charge me for this but it wasnt going to happen. Sorry to say I wont be back.

The owner of the place and staff are very friendly. The salon itself is very spacious and clean. They have good quality service and variety of nail colors to choose from. They also have a lot of chairs so you know you will be taken care of right away and you can even bring your husband or boyfriend with you and they can also enjoy what the salon has to offer. A very friendly and efficient staff. A must visit!

Sent my wife in for a quick pedicure. Worst mistake this year. Staff agreed to perform services within 30 minutes, and the two staff members involved in the consultation agreed to the time. Pedicurist was informed MULTIPLE times by my wife that is diabetic and that gentle care should be taken. Salon pedicurist was rude and inconsiderate. Service was poor on all levels including the pedicurist cutting my wifes foot requiring a bandage. The slow and rude pedicurist failed to perform the agreed services on time and still charged full price for service that was incomplete. To top it off, the nail polish flaked off a day later. Avoid this business like the plague.

Absolutely love this place. Customer service is always outstanding. The staff welcomes you as soon as you go in. Ive been coming here for the past 6 months and i will never go anywhere else.

I finally found the perfect location for me! The manager is such a sweetheart who cares about her customers relations. Personally, I have never found a place that has met my standards and with great customer service!

Tina was phenomenal, I went in to get my gel swapped out and she recommended the Dip-its gotta be the best nail job Ive ever had(I dont want to try acrylics)...these feel so strong and theyre supposed to be better for your nails than gel is, so far its absolutely perfect for my new job. -Vicki

While she was doing my nail, she was video chatting in viber which is very unprofessional and kept saying me to relax all the time and almost burnt my skin with the wiring thing. She was stressing me the whole time.

My friend & I went there yesterday. To say it was horrible would be upgrading the experience! I got the dipped nails. The lady that started them didn’t even know how to Change out the bits in the nail filer. My nails are squared & that’s how I want them! She started filing them into a point. After I got upset & made her stop they brought another lady to finish. Not only did they put the wrong color in but the nails are thick, the sides have dip & clumps & it looks like they are about 2 weeks grown out.My friend got the gel nails, hers were soooo bad too. They too, look grown out on on the top of each one there’s huge lumps.it only took about an hour for them to do my friend but over 2 hours to do mine!And to add insult to injury I called from the parking lot to ask the prices I was told $35 for mine, $25 for hers go to pay and they charged us $45 & & $35. I argued it with them and theyjust kept saying it wasn’t me they told that too!Needless to say neither of us will go back!

Maybe Im used to nail salons in LA but this salon is nowhere near worthy of 4 stars. The only reason I gave it 2 rather than one is because the location is beautiful and the salon is clean.I made an appointment for 3:15; the technician didnt begin until 3:50. No apology or acknowledgment of my wait. She did spend a few minutes making fun of my nails with the other technicians, however. I had just removed my previous set so my nails were a little uneven, but the fact that she needed to point it out was extremely rude.The technician was rough, unfriendly, and didnt ask/listen to my preferences on my nail shape. She questioned my choice of nail polish. She asked me how long I wanted my nails and then cut them 3 milimeters shorter (now they look stubby and gross). She turned the file on so high that it burned all my nails. She filed so aggressively with the filing stick that the corners of my fingers are raw. And several of the nails were crooked so I had to file them myself when I got home.I had called in and asked for the price of a full set with gel. The technician told me $25. Really? I asked. That seems cheap. No thats how much it costs, she reassured me. Nope. $40. Ridiculous. Thank you for the stamp card-definitely wont be returning.

They were quick to get me in. But after 2 days the gel polish chipped and peeled off. I went back to get it redone and just had too many problems. Staff is nice, the skill levels are verydifferent.Couple hours later my nails did the same thing gel chipped and peeled off. I recommend not getting gel if you have to go to this place.

It was really bad yall. Me and my friend went here for the classic medi and pedi. My friend got acrylic powder nails and they were bad ! The shape was extremely flared out like a ducks foot. The nail tech only took 15 minutes to complete that set. My friend later decided to get them removed after realizing they appeared to look weeks grown out. I opted for the pedicure. I got gel and the price was outrages! Over 50$! The color wasnt completely covering the toenails. Please dont waste your time.

If only i could show you the disastrous nails and sliced cuticles that some rude lady gave me here 😐😣My husband treated me to a relaxing manicure ...but when i got home he noticed how TERRIBLE they were and offered to take me somewhere else another day to fix that hack job..Im pretty depressed already,this didnt Relax me and made life even more stressful.Bottom line-Going here is like rolling dice... it could be good or f- cking BAD!

I always love going here. The staff is so nice and genuine. There is never a line and they do a wonderful job. My only problem (and its my problem, not theirs) is that they are great sales people. I always leave spending more than I anticipated.

I ended up with pain in my hads and fingers she twisted my fingers and I dont know but my nails stil hurting after 10 hours, the color came nothing of what I was looking for, I want a natural look but she ended up making something I was not expecting no sire if she does not understand English enough to follow what I need .Hope the best for the busness but I will come back to my last manicurist in Grapevine mall.

First let me start by saying DONT GO HERE!!A lady named KIM did my nails & I literally had to ask her for the price over & over again for her to finally tell me, to add on to that she kept trying to get me to get other stuff throughout my whole time there. Shes very rough & cut me twice w/o even apologizing. As I was getting a pedicure(which I didnt want her to do) she rushed through it & was still being rough. I wouldnt recommend nobody go here PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I literally showed them a Picture of what I wanted and they totally got it wrong completely and when I try to let them know they just told me all they can do is file them down I paid $50 to get my nails done and they couldn’t even do it right not only that one of the staff members were very rude to my sister

Worst nail experience ever. Took forever, there an hour and left after only getting my dip nails taken off. Another lady there, it took her 45 minutes just to get nails taken off. They couldnt understand what the customers were saving nor could they explain what they were wanting to do. It was only the 2 of us and the 2 workers.

NEVER have the lady thats usually in the front desk do your nails. Unbeknownst to me, apparently she has no experience. While doing a nail fill she cut me 4 times with the electrical nail file, to the point she had to apply a product to stop the bleeding. See middle finger and pinky in the picture. Two more cuts on the pinky of other hand and thumb. To top it all off she was going to charge me $25 for a (poor job) pink only fill. She ended up giving me a small discount but it SHOULDVE BEEN FREE. NEVER GOING BACK. SHE DESTROYED MY HANDS.
