Started going here a few weeks ago. Easy online reservation system. Their technicians are great. They always realize my nail art requests and do a pretty great job.

I have been to many nail salons and this one is by far the best. I have been coming here for awhile and always ask for Tina. She is so sweet and extremely friendly. She always makes me feel good by validating my color choice. The atmosphere is very calming and even the man at the check-in counter ensures that I am getting exactly what I want. I will continue going here for a long time.

Great experience! This day was a special day for my daughter and three of her closest friends. This nails experience was just part of our adventure and the ladies did such a great job and helped my daughter and her friends feel special and cared for. We will definitely be back.

I always have a great time coming here, I work a lot so I only have time to get my nails done once a month and all the staff remembers me like I come often, it’s very welcoming.

I’ve been here twice and had a great experience the first time. The second however wasn’t as pleasant. While the pedicure itself was fine, I noticed the nail technician cut down the sides of my big toenails. I get ingrown toenails very easily and this worried me as soon as I noticed she did this. It’s now been a couple weeks and I’ve got two infected, ingrown big toes. I’m pretty certain that it was because the nail tech cut down the sides of my nail. So fairly great service, but I’m stuck with some ingrown nails I have to deal with now.

I’ve been going to Progress Nails for years. Michael at the front desk takes great care of everyone as they come in, get settled and to get them checked out when they are finished. Ken, Kathy and Young do amazing dip manicures and I’ve never had a bad pedicure there ❤️ The deluxe pedicure is an hour of bliss! I’ll be a customer for life!

This place is excellent! They were able to accommodate 8 of us for mani/pedi’s and even stayed open late to ensure we were all satisfied! I would highly recommend!

I love this place!! The nail technicians are great and the guy at the front desk is always good to me! They do my nails exactly how I want it so this is literally the only place I go to get my nails done :)

My mom and I just had pedicures together here and experienced great service, great massages and are leaving with beautiful toes ready for summer! Michael greeted us and made sure we were taken care of and brought us beverages. We always enjoy our time at Progress Nails!

I just recently got my nails done here and I have to say that the experience I had was phenomenal. They were very helpful kind and did such a great job on my nails, from start to end. I will definitely come back again to get my nails done. Very nice salon

I would never go to this place ever again. I spent close to 120 dollars on services yesterday and one of the technician tried to tell me that I have a bump on my nails, when truly too much gel was applied to one area of the nail. The guy, Im assuming is the owner who sits at the front desk was a complete a-hole that needs a class in professionalism. Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon.

Everyone was kind and attentive, but the nails were sloppily done. The design was messy and two nails broke off after the first day. Im a lifter, but I dont smash my fingers with full force at weights, and when I got my nails done at other places, Ive had no issues and they were resilient and didnt break.

I have been coming to Progress Nails & Spa for many years. I highly recommend them. Great customer service and the technicians are wonderful.

This was my second bad experience here. The ladies were very rude to me and my friend on her birthday. The last time I went they would not give me the color I wanted because she said it didn’t look good. This last time I went the lady told me that she cannot do my nails I wanted when the designs was only straight lines. They were very rough and made me bleed a little. My friend whose birthday it was was very upset by her nails. They make comments to me saying the nails I want are too long and don’t look good. Also they made my nails crooked after I had to pick a different set that I didn’t even like.

Up until today I would’ve given this place five stars. All of the nail techs do an amazing job. However, the gentleman that runs the scheduling turned me and my daughter away due to arriving five minutes late for our pedicure appointment. We showed up and he told us that it was by appointment only and refused to see us. I understand the need for punctuality so they can take full advantage of their time, but I felt this was extremely inflexible and will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Booked an appointment with the salon several days in advance. Came in, they were busy, waited 30 minutes after my set appointment time to get seated. My nail technician, Kim, was nice and listened to my requests but I likely won’t be coming back. They were very busy and I believe they did my nails quickly so they could hurry me out the door. The polish isn’t the neatest near my cuticles, there’s polish residue on my skin near the nail bed, and the design I requested wasn’t followed correctly. I pointed out several mistakes, which Kim fixed, but after a few times, I felt bad asking her to fix more issues that arose. I’m mainly disappointed that the design wasn’t followed. I had my phone next to me so she could see the design the entire time. Look elsewhere for faster and more thorough service. I won’t be returning.

Got my first ombré sets here and it lasted for 3wks! 👏👏👏 I went back for my fill ins. I would choose the color I want and I’d let her do the designing. Since I got my first sets, many people have complimented on it. For my fill ins, I chose the color and she did the designing. It was so pretty ! I loved it.

Ken is the best!! Everyone was really nice and my nails turned out amazing. 😁😁😁

She went above and beyond for my daughter for her 16th birthday and her kindness and understanding will not be forgotten.She does beautiful nails and takes the time needed to make the nails look absolutely perfect! Anna was very nice and did exactly what I asked of her. Minus the few times she filed my skin instead of my toenails, it was awesome. They were extremely busy on mothers day, but they still saw me and my daughter right away and the quality was still good. I would recommend.

I got a LUXURIOUS foot massage during my pedicure and it was just what I needed. Each chair has plexiglass hanging far enough in front of you that you dont feel trapped but that youre still not exchanging germ clouds with your technician. Keep in mind that tips are cash only though! You cant put it on your card even if you pay with one.

Great services, salon is very clean, they just replaced all new pedi-chairs. Will definitely come back

This has become my new favorite place to go for my pedis. As a construction worker, taking care of my feet is a high-priority as it is crucial to my line of work. I love the attention to detail. The little flowers that they paint on your big toes, well worth the +$5. Each nail tech has a different signature. Language barrier with some.

My friend and I had a great experience here. I will definitely be a regular :). Everyone was so nice and friendly, I felt so welcomed. Not to mention the pedicure felt a-m-a-z-i-n-g! They have very good precautions for covid in place too. Like I said, Ill become a regular!

Update:I went to Progress Nails today and tried their dip powder and this time it went a lot better. The lady helping me, Kathy, did not shave down my nails as much as last time after voicing my concern and I really like the way they turned out! I would recommend her when you go there.I have been to Progress Nails many times before and highly recommend their gel/shellac service (5 Stars for gel).Today, I went and got dip (powder) and though they feel lightweight, my nails hurt. I usually prefer to get gel because its fairly easy and they do not use power tools. They did shave down my natural nail which I do not particularly like because I prefer to keep my nails on the longer side. After shaping, the lady helping again shaved down my natural nail underneath the top of the dip. Unfortunately, one of my nails broke underneath the powder covering and I am disappointed about that.Overall I think that dip powder is great for if you like to keep your nails on the shorter side. I personally do not plan on getting dip again and will stick with gel. I gave this rating a 4 because it is the average between the 5 for gel and a 3 for dip powder.

Went for a pedicure and at the end noticed a black/grey line through my white nails. The lady tried to tell me it was a dent in my nail but it’s so clearly not. Her “fix” was clipping the side of my nail off. It just looks silly now. Not to mention paint residue on my leg and around the nails, and the paint not even close to my cuticles. Very disappointed

I think Kathy is the best nail technician ever❣She is sweet, professional & does a fabulous job on my nails that have a natural curl. My nails NEVER break or lift. I have been other places but Progress Nail & Spa is hands down the very best!! Come check them out... you wont be disappointed 😊.

The host Michael is very friendly and professional. Our techs Tracy and Kim did a very good job. My husband and I have visited this place twice. Once before Covid and yesterday. The place now has all the safety features and the atmosphere is good for relaxing. I definitely recommend.

Went for the first time Friday evening with my mother in law who is visiting from out of town. shes never had a mani or pedi, so it was a fun birthday surprise. The staff is nice enough and they have a lot of colors to choose from. But it’s been 3 days and my nails look like this. No I didn’t get the shellac, but regular nail polish last longer then 3 days.

Since re-opening back up it is so clean, they take amazing precautions, and I was beyond impressed with the service. If you need a great place to go out with your mother (or father) this is the place! Kathy and Ivy took good care of my mother and I and we feel comfortable going back.

This place is AMAZING! They took every precaution to make sure we were safe from spreading germs. The front desk manager, Michael, took care of us from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out. There were five of us in the group and each of us left happy and feeling special! HIGHLY recommend!!

Very rude technicians! I’ve had my nail beds cut up by the drills and they barely apologize, the tech just kept right on working, just pushing the blood aside with a finger. Im done with this salon.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I drive thirty minutes out of my way because they are the only place that consistently gets it right. Michael is so attentive and just all-around awesome from the minute you walk in the door. I have never had a technician who didn’t leave my nails looking great, but I have to say Young is my absolute favorite. Anna was absolutely amazing! I got the Hot Stone Pedicure and I felt great afterwards. They were really nice and clean. They offer hand sanitizer, and gloves to check in and free face masks if you need it (masks are required). Overall awesome experience and great prices. Thanks a bunch!!

This place is amazing. They were friendly, quick, and did a really great job. I am definitely going to become a regular customer. The hot stone pedi was so soothing, and the oil smelled delicious. The dip manicure was spot on and came out great. I am very happy.

Love this nail spa! Everyone is so nice and they do take a lot of pride in their work. I’ve always felt like they take enough time to make sure everything comes out great. They are definitely careful with cleanliness and use fresh files and buffers every time. I will keep coming to this cute little place!

First time here for a Pedicure, really enjoyed it. Salon is small, but very clean, following all safety recommendations and very friendly staff. They pushed extra services, and I wouldn’t say their rates were low, but that’s not unusual. Pedi looks beautiful. Yeah, I’ll be back!

Honestly, best place ever. I’ve been getting my nails done at least 20 years. I’m a runner and a ballroom dancer, so I rely on their pedicures. Great job each time! Everyone is great and professional! A must do! Plan on at least an hour for a great pedicure.

This is the best nail establishment in Beaverton area. I love that they sterile their nail kits and never reuse files. Very clean. The staff are very friendly and kind. Kim is my favorite tech. We recently had a group come in for a bachelorette party and we were absolutely impressed with the service and extra attention we received. Its a challenge to do something like this during COVID but we felt safe and spoiled!

Its time to go back for a fill and Im still getting complements.Additionally, its very important to me that employees are treated well. They treat clients well, but of course that is a given. Decent pedis, sustained a cut from overzealous cuticle trimming, average pricing, not happy that the front desk attendant kept wandering around inside past all of us with no mask on, hence the low score.

My Mom and I have had the hardest time finding a good pedicure lately. This place came well recommended so I went with both my parents and we all had a great experience. The pedicure was great and my Mom and I love our dip manicures.

Hands down- the BEST nail salon in the area. The customer service is tip-top, they treat you like family, take care of you, complimentary drinks, excellent services for reasonable prices. I will never go to another salon unless I am out of town. No other nail salon COMPARES to Progress Nails and Spa. I am a regular/LOYAL customer for 2 almost 3 years now. I highly recommend dip nails because my nails have grown and are healthy since I have been with Progress Nails. I need a FILL every 1 month which is perfect. Other nail salons I need a fill every 2 WEEKS. Young and Michael are my favorite and they are great at their job ensuring Progress Nails is comfortable and welcoming to their guests.

I stopped in without an appointment for a 25.00 pedicure. I had little expectations, but was wowed by their immediate service. When you walk through the door,, you are greeted with smiles and quick sign in. The Salon is clean and beautiful. After you choose your polish, and are seated, you are offered something to drink. You do not need to bring your own nail kit, as they provide a sealed package at no extra cost. Best pedicure in our area!

Called ahead and scheduled for my parents. The lady gave me the price was $25 (regular pedicure) + $5 (callus removal) per person. My parents came out with the bill of $60+$45. I am not sure what they just sold my non English speaking parents. I think this company took advantage and tried to up-sell services that customer don’t need. I gave this place a try because of all the good reviews. It was a let down.

Always amazing service and hospitality. CeCe is gentle and considerate. The owner is beautiful, friendly and always remembers your name and preferences. The entire staff is incredible.

Staff seemed nice, okay job on the nails but the manager/owner is so rude! If you’re trying to grow your business you should really start by being more polite to your customers. It’s not just about getting your nails done, it’s also the experience.

Really nice salon, well staffed with great technicians. Was my first time there and will go back regularly now. Good prices, friendly staff, huge variety of colors for all products.

Very nice with customer service, however they do not do a great job on gel manicures. The gel I feel will be lifting in a day or two and I still have alot of dead skin around my nails. The entire process took only 30 minutes. She did not put that many gel layers on either.

So far very impressed with this place! Saw CeCe today for a gel manicure. She was fantastic!! She was friendly and knew what she was talking about!! Her quality of work is some of the best I’ve ever had!! Definitely going back!!

They were so wonderful and work so hard to get me the color that I wanted. I can be kind of high maintenance and They were so patient with me. Ill never go anywhere else.

I went in today to have my shellac nails removed that Ive had on for 2-3 months and were done elsewhere. The guy spent about 45 minutes soaking, filing, and cutting. He was gentle and nice, but kept commenting about how annoyed he was and sucking his teeth. I realize this is not an ideal service, but they could have just turned me away. He kept making the comment about how he can make $50 in that amount of time versus $10, so I gave him $20. I appreciate him helping me but I will never return.

I come here quite often and every time I do, I am treated extremely kindly. I often get the OPI deluxe mani/pedi and the lady who does it is very good and very nice. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and work. :)

I loved coming here when this place first opened, but as time has gone on I have been more and more dissatisfied with the quality of work done on my nails as well as customer service. To keep things short, I paid $35 dollars to get my nails mirrored only for them to start pealing that vary night. Not to mention I had been growing out my nails for weeks only to be filed down very short and extremely crooked. This was even after communicating to the technician that I wanted to keep the length. I dont know if I will be returning after last few experiences.
