Ive gotten my hair cut here 4 times. First time hair too short. Each time I tried asking a different way, hair still cut too short. Ive given up. Barbers either cant understand or wont follow simple directions.

I have seriously no idea how this barbershop is rated so high. I probably sat down in the chair for maybe 5 min if I’m being generous, and I had asked for a little trim (half an inch specifically) the lady then chopped off what was about 1.5-2 inches. Then, when she was “finished” after literally 3 min, my hair on one side was completely uneven. Maybe my experience was an outlier but later I called and asked to speak to a manager about a refund and this was the response I got verbatim “she’ll be in sometime”. I asked when? “Sometime”. Does she have an email I can contact her with? “No”. This place is trash.

A straightforward no frills hair cutting shop. Typically very fast. You can get in and get out. Very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly. I get a buzz cut so I cannot comment on how they do for longer hair.

First time here and will not come back. I asked is she can give me a fade on the sides and to cut 1-2 inches off from the top she said yes, and did the completely oppeset. She didnt give me a fade she left it uneven. and I would say I had 7 inches of hair on the top she completely cut off 4 inches of hair. Bad hair cuts would not recommend it here.

I have been going to this barber for years.Whether I try a new barber or not, I always end up coming back. They do consistently good work, their pricing is far below normal, and theyre always so friendly.Ive had my hair cut by each of the staff, but eventually you will find your favorites and stick with them. Ive only had to come back a few times for small corrections but its never a problem and I cant complain about that. Just know what you want and dont be afraid to tell them or ask if you have any questions.They recently raised their price by a dollar and Im glad that they did. Theyre worth it.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I cant believe this place is rated 4 stars. Getting a haircut from this place was seriously a nightmare come to life. do NOT I repeat do NOT come here unless you want the worst hair cut experience of your life

Great place. Ive been going there for 7 years now; first because I lived a half mile down the road...now, even after moving to West Linn, I still drive out there every 2 weeks. Not too busy, always friendly, very fair price, and most importantly, I always get a good cut. I tried Sport Clips in West Linn, on a Tuesday at lunchtime, and waited 27 mins before it was my turn, and then paid more than double what Sunset charges for roughly the same quality cut.

Will never visit again. When I went in there werent any customers and the two employees while I was standing talking to each other for some time to make a decision on who wants work on my hair. Then one lady swiftly cut my hair, took about 5 mins. When she is done, my hair was not even and made very short. Awful service.

Lile I rated the place, it is an Okay barber, I tried three barbers in my past 6 years,they are all good except when something personal on their mind. At the end they are human being, they have bills to pay and family to feed. For all the whiners and complainers it is a barbershop not a SPA!

The stylist I had completely ignored what I asked for, and cut way more hair off than I had requested. I have an uneven cut, and have to go pay someone else to fix it because the manager refused to give me a refund when I called. They literally hung up on me when I asked to be refunded. Dont go here!

Its okay for a clipper cut. They do not blend very well, definitely untrained. Am going to need to get a touch up, once my hair grows out enough to get one.

The hairdresser is Chinese. I pretend that I cant understand Chinese. I used to communicate in Chinese for a long time when I first went there a few months ago. I am embarrassed to express it in English. Let the Americans laugh! Does speaking Chinese make you very embarrassed? Haircut levels are similar to other US stores. Good price but poor service. Poker face the whole time. Charged my husband $1 more with no reason, but the price was still not too bad. we pretended not know to be over charged and still tipped 20% just because we didnt want To waste more time there. Will never be there again. Not recommend.
