Sweetheart is my favorite nail shop in Baton Rouge. Consistent good, clean work. I always leave here satisfied and always get compliments on my nails. Ann is my favorite nail tech and I recommend requesting her each time!

Anytime anyone asks me for a recommendation for nails i always suggest Sweetheart because of the experience they create for their customers. Always fun, clean & helpful. Ann is my favorite, she always leaves me with a smile on my face with how satisfied i am every time.

I was referred to this business, and they have been wonderful! Randy was the first person I sat with for an acrylic set (did an amazing job), but the entire staff has always been helpful, accommodating, and professional. I highly recommend this nail shop!

Visited the salon for first time for a pedicure, the experience was not good!! I paid for best pedicure they offer, to be pampered of course.The guy with the braces was rushing the techs who was servicing my friend and I to hurry up to get to the next clients. The salon should be appointment only if you can’t give the service in which clients are paying for. Sweetheart’s your customer service was very POOR!

I am very upset. I had a difficult week and all I wanted was a good pedicure. Paid for the most expensive pedicure they had. I expressed to them that I didn’t receive my hot stone massage and they literally made me feel like I was lying. Why would I lie about not receiving something. I’m never coming to this place again. Very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed!!!!

I felt rushed and did not enjoy the manicure. I requested a round shape - - which most are flat and uneven. The nail art I requested also did not come out good at all and it dried in a way that made the polish chunky.

This was my first time here and I loved both technicians. They were really sweet and did a great job. I found them reasonably priced and I will def come back.

I was looking for a new nail shop and noticed all the good reviews and five star ratings this nail shop received, so i decided to give them a try. When I arrived I seen where the five star ratings came from. They are very professional, on time, and their business is very nice and clean. So far, I’m satisfied with my visits here and I will continue to be a customer!

Came in for my birthday and to treat myself a bit. Everyone was really sweet and my nails look lovely. I also got a discount and a bottle of lotion for my birthday, which just made the day extra lovely. Ill definitely be back.

My first time there was wonderful! The staff was friendly and checked in with me along the process to make sure I liked how my nails were coming along. Prices are fair for the quality of service they provide!I would recommend setting aside a good chunk of time and making a reservation though, just because they’re popular so they stay busy!!

Staff did an amazing job, I wanted to get chrome nails for a long time. Finally found Sweetheart Nails, that provided the design and style I wanted. When I return back to Baton Rouge, I definitely will be returning there at Sweetheart Nails.

I’ve been traveling from Zachary to Baton Rouge for years to Sweetheart Nails. Both Ann and Jennifer are awesome! The salon is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Although I only visit to get acrylic nails removed, I fell in love with this place, friendly environment, cleanliness and they make you feel welcome, giving my nails a break from the acrylic for now but definitely coming back soon to get something pretty done on my nails, the best place to get pampered!

That was my first time there, and I will be returning.This was my 4th time there, and I was very happy until I noticed both of my big toenailsare splitting and it wasnt mentioned, nor was anything put on them. I am not able to bend to see these things close up, and this is why I seek professional help. I will still return because they do excellent work, but I now know to ask if there are any split nails and for repair. It is always necessary for my thumbs and I of course can see and feel that.Its been 9 visits in now. Quite satisfied with service, it was very timely this time. But my record only shows for 5 visits, and thats incorrect.My sister has been there 8 times now, and it showed only 1 credit before todays visit.Didnt complain because I dont understand most of what is being said and didnt want to cause a scene.But, work is wonderful and most workers arevery friendly and good.

I have been going to Sweetheart Nails for a while now and have never been disappointed. Ann is the absolute BEST. She is very professional, personable and does a great job on my mani, pedi, and eyebrows. You can not go wrong with any of the services Sweetheart Nails provide.

I asked for a specific nail art I saw on their Instagram and I did not get anything close to that. Two ladies did my nails, a old one and a young one. The older lady was very rude as she did not speak to me nor even look at me. She even laughed when I told her what I wanted ?!?!..... she was being so rough with my nails that the skin around my nail was hurting 4 days after I booked with them. The younger lady did my design....she had to redo it multiple times and it still wasn’t what I asked for....I am very confused as to why you can’t do your own design. I wish I could post pictures on here so I can show you the massive difference...

I have been using this location since it was under different ownership as Classy Nails. I have been very satisfied with the services and the care they take with my pedicure and manicure. I especially like now that I can make my appointments ahead of time with who I want and online. I’m a little techy and enjoy the ease of doing it this way.

The nails artists are the best! They’re warm and welcoming with fun personalities and their skills are off the charts. I starting going here a few weeks ago and they are stuck with me!
