Very good service and friendly staff. They did a great job with my pedicure. Also very careful regarding covid and everybody was required to wear a mask. Recommended.

If you want a nail place that actually cares if your nails look beautiful when they are done go here! Any picture I have showed them, they have replicated perfectly, if not better. They never fail to do a wonderful job!

Very clean, organized, and thorough nail salon. They have cute nail color books to browse during your pedicure instead of looking at a wall of polish bottles. My pedicure was very well done and relaxing! Highly recommend!!

They charged me $5 for the plastic liner and $10 for the soaking water!!!!First time visit, took my daughter and granddaughter. I asked if they had people to do 3 pedicures. Answer was yes. We sat and waited 20 minutes- then went to back We soaked for another half hour and still only one person to take care of us. He started with my granddaughter -was very nice and efficient for her, then my daughter.-we had been there an hour and a half by then. I needed to leave- so I told him- just finish her and I leftThe Kicker- they charged her $5.00 for the plastic liner I used and $$$10.00 $ for the water I soaked in! I couldn’t believe it! That is highway robbery. They guaranteed I will never go back.Their basic pedicures are overpriced and the specialty pedicures are way overpriced..

I paid $200 for a full set of nails. The art starting falling off the same day. Then 2 days later one broke so i went back. I scheduled an appt to soak off the part of the nail that was still attached. When i got there they insisted on taking it off using force which means they dont care about your nail beds just saving time. I had an attitude because well when you pay for a service u shouldnt have to debate over it. Today I decided to schedule a soak off and they did the same thing. I had my gf with me and told her what I scheduled and they took it as an attitude and told me the couldnt service me. They basically clipped all my nails as u can see in the picture and then told me to go else where. Really unprofessional, over charges and doesnt follow directions. I would not recommend them at all.

This place was by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! Everything was extremely clean and the staff was professional and so nice. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep during my pedicure, and my acrylics were filed down perfectly that they look like my real nails! Definitely will be coming to see them every two weeks! Thank you for taking care of me!

The tech was able to capture my vision & make it come true. I was a bit shocked by the price but Ill pay for quality any day! They guarantee their work, so thats a huge plus for me because life happens! They value your time. If you have an appointment, you will skip the line once you arrive for your appointment. Im new to the area & have tried a few nail salons in my short time here but this one is by far the BEST Ive experienced! I simply LOVE IT HERE!!!

I Love this nail shop I have been to many nail shops but this one is by far my favorite. Emily is my nail tech and she makes me feel comfortable and not just like a customer. The environment is amazing and so is the service from the pedicures to the nails.

The place is nice, but smells whn u walk n real bad. Nice service, but thy dont clean ur hands nor feet after thy had finished with u. Very nice ppl will go again, but need to step it up a little for there customers.

Absolutely recommend Purple Nails! Did a fabulous job on my nails and cared to make sure they look great! Have never been more happy with my nails, will for sure be coming back!

I made two appointments the day before our services at purple nails. The morning of our services we walked into the shop and a lady at the front yelled “you need a mask!” I told her no problem and tried to find one. She again yelled, “ we won’t service you if you don’t wear a mask”. Again I told her no problem and we were looking for one. A man came up to my sister and I and gave us one. Great. Problem solved right? Nope. The lady then tells me to check in and I informed her that we had an appointment. She said ok and ask me to sign in again (I was already At the computer putting my name in). I sat down and waited for her to be ready. She then for a third time yelled “you sign in!” I told her I had and then she says well what you want? Now y’all, it took me 10 minutes to pre-book. The online process was super long and complicated and made me add every detail about the service I wanted and I had to make an account. So again I informed her that we already made appointments and listed all the details. She got up, marched over with a menu and demanded us to tell her what we wanted. My sister and I had enough and at that time decided to just leave. We figured she was having a bad morning and simply wasn’t in the mood to deal with customers. I thanked her and headed to the door. I was almost to the street when she came charging after us yelling “you pay me! You have to pay!” I was so confused and asked her what I have to pay for. She told me the masks she gave us were $4. Smh. The masks SHE made us wear and the masks we thought were free since she was requiring them. But again, fine. I went back in and paid her. I hope that $4 was enough for her turning away $200 worth of services due to her unprofessional demeanor. Needless to say we won’t be back. We went right up the street and we’re treated very kindly.

I received a refill (on someone else’s work) and they did amazing at correcting the issues I had. I also received the signature pedicure which was quite relaxing but I could have used a better callus removal but overall I’ll be returning. They treated me like family didn’t rush me, which is definitely a plus

I love this place they always do what I want and the quality of my nails do not break .I will highly recommend this nail salon. Your nails will get many compliments.

Placed my name on the waiting list and left out for less than the waiting time I was given. Came back and waited for another 20 minutes before told that the waiting period would be even longer. People who came in after me was getting seated. I asked why and was told I shouldn’t have left. I told the guy that it was fine and proceeded to leave but not befor the woman who was doing someone’s nails decided to add in her input. She was very nasty and rude. I repeated myself and told her that I said it was fine but that I was still leaving. My friend wanted to scratch our numbers off the paper and they got rude and hostile with her. Never again will they see my face! Very very poor customer service. What’s the purpose of a waiting list if you’re not going to follow it!?

I was in town for work and decided to get my nails filled and it was amazing! Everyone was super nice and offered me drinks and a glass of wine while I dried up. Turned Netflix on for the kids. It was a wonderful experience not to mention I LOVE my nails!

They go above and beyond making sure your experience is not only what you expect but that you are pampered. They are kind and gentle on your nails and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

They are great ! They are willing to do you right at 7 and all the designs you’d want.

The person that did my nails got upset because I asked her if I could try 3 different colors nail polish, I was just going do 1 nail with each color just to see how it looked like, but she was almost rolling her eyes and started complaining in her language to the other coworkers .... very rude and uncomfortable to be in that situation
