Pure Nails is a quality and professional nail and pedicure salon. The staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable. They do excellent work every single time and are attentive to the needs of the customer. I have been a customer for about three years and would never go anywhere else. I love the owner and all of the employees. I even get my eyebrows waxed there. You will be very pleased because I am picky and I love this place!

I always go and have a good experience BUT today was horrible. I was the first person in and others that came in after me was waited on first like I wasnt even there. Then when I was finally waited on to get a pedi I was not asked which pedi I was getting. The owner just sat down and started I was ready for the relaxation instead I was ready to walk out.

Nice on inside. However, I got pedicure last week and she cut my toe because she wasnt focus on doing my pedicure. She busy talking to the other nail tech. Poor quality.

The name on my receipt was Tina… the nails was rushed and not professional I request for her to do over that still didn’t look right. Her and the pedicure lady talked the whole time. The pedicure lady talked so much she forgot to clean my left feet cuticles.Will NEVER return.

Please do not get your brows waxed by Pure Nails. I was explaining to the owner about history of my brows before she waxed them. She was texting on her phone the entire time I talking to her. She wasnt paying me any attention. When she started waxing my brows, I knew they were going to be messed up because she wasnt even paying attention to the shape she did on the first brow. One brow shape was extremely larger than the other. And she she said One is thin because it needs to grow out more I asked to her to Please make both brows the same. Needless to say she messed them up even more and said there was nothing she could do. This was WROST ($12) I ever spent in my entire life! She had no remorse and did not care to make my brows even. And was mad at me acting like it was my fault she messed MY brows up. Very unprofessional. Do not go to his nail shop.

I’ve been to numerous nails salons in Indiana, Tennessee and Louisiana and this one is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! The pedicure was so relaxing and they did so many different things! Hot rocks, exfoliating, moisturizing, soaking, hot towels and even a hot wax for your feet!!! They took their time on my nails and came out better than perfect and ended the experience with and eyebrow wax where they waxed, shaped and trimmed. 15/10 recommend. I live an hour away from the salon and will absolutely make the drive just for this place.

I LOVE Pure Nails!!! I feel safe that everything is clean and cared for. It is a peaceful environment with live plants, peaceful music, and a water feature. The massage with the deluxe pedicure is absolutely worth it if you are tired and under stress. I highly recommend!!

I never have an issue with my nails as they take pride in their work. I would recommend going to see them. I’ve messed up a nail or two a few times after leaving and they fixed them without hesitation. You’ll be a repeat customer after the first visit.

This is the best salon Ive ever been to and its way different but in an amazing way. The treatment is worth the price. My toes still look like they were just done and its been over a week. I recommend this place 100%!

Love this place! I come 2x a month and they are consistent. They help me choose what best for my nails... since I’m a “picker”! So happy I was referred here last year!

I had been going for several months. But after my visit yesterday I will not be going back! I miss the owner not there! I specially tell them that I want my nails cut down and they don’t do it! They don’t even compare fingers to fingers for the shape! I am tired of feeling like they are talking about me! They speak their Vietnamese with each other and don’t know what they are saying! Very rude!! Now after spending time and $ I will not go back to have them correct my nails. 🥵😡

The pedicure was great I loved it but when it came to my nails they messed it up. She filled my nails so hard it cut my pinky. They jacked up my thumb. My nail sizes are uneven. They’re lumpy. I actually give a 1.5 but won’t let me. Lol.

What a great nail salon! My husband & I get couples manis & pedis there every 2 weeks! The staff are excellent, very friendly, caring + do a great job! They are especially helpful to older clients, always giving them assistance getting in and out of chairs! They have great massage chairs for pedicures and offer and wide variety of services for both pedis and manis. Prices are very reasonable! Bottom line they are simply THE BEST! #purenailscentral

A great experience. The 2 ladies Ive had the pleasure of working with are great. They diligently work and there has never been a wait time longer than 5 minutes of me entering the building. They have a great nail color selection and the work is nicely done.

I have been doing my nails ever two weeks for the last 10 years and this was the worst experience ever. I had a gift certificate and was not treated the same as other paying customers. The nail tech repeatedly left her seat to help someone else like I was of no importance. She cut my nails with a pair of hair trimming scissors. They were all different shapes and length. It was not good customer service. And I would never return there ever. I had to come home soak them off and three days later my fingers are soar and red

First time here. Won’t return. Paid $100 for a refill ombré and a manicure for a friend. My nails were rushed. They aren’t shaped correctly but I was charged an extra $5 for it so a total $55. Wow. The ombré is messed up on 3 of 10 nails. Just not pleased at all especially for the price. On a positive note, my friend’s manicure was nice but it was a whopping $35 something for just a manicure!!

Staff was friendly but for a simple gel manicure with no hand massage $35 was really pricey! I could of gotten a full set with gel for that price! Will not go back.
