Bought pedi for daughter and bf. We are not strangers to pedicures; place “looks” great from outside so we chose it. When asked how it was received got a reply of “underwhelming “. Wow! Never had those words uttered before. Both felt this way. No lotion after spa pedicure, paint job could’ve been much better. Basically just got a nail clip. Totally disappointed that my gift was poorly received.

I truly hate leaving this review! This was my go to spot from the moment they opened. I LOVED Ivy and she was the absolute BEST! After she left, I stopped getting consistent results. The process is rushed now. I do understand they have been short staffed for a bit, but if I am a paying customer.. I deserve attention to detail. No soaking, no cuticle trim, no lotion.. nothing!

Had Cathy as a nail tech and she was great. My daughter and I went on a Sunday, it was relaxing and great quality.

Kathy was my nail technician and she was awesome! I absolutely loved my nails and I really enjoyed talking with her. I will definitely be a customer every 2 weeks requesting Kathy every single time. The other employees were friendly as well and greeted me with a smile. I had a wonderful experience.

Gel nails started chipping after one day and almost all polish is gone after just one week!

My very first time going to this nail salon and I love the customer service. I tried dip powder for the first time and it came out neat and seems to still be very well kept even 2 weeks later. The staff here are very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I found my new nail place.

I really don’t like leaving businesses negative reviews, but I was not impressed at all. The facility is gorgeous, and is clean. But $35 for a nail polish change is freaking ridiculous… No manicure no massage no nothing… I also did not like the way that they peeled off my dip nails instead of soaking them in acetone… I understand the language barrier, but I did not feel welcomed at all, and there was no attempt to make conversation or build rapport… They also picked a different color than what I picked out for my nails. It’s a gorgeous facility, and it’s clean, but it’s way over priced for a basic service that made me feel just like a number instead of a person in my opinion

My experience was horrible. I will never go back to this nail bar. I chose this establishment because of the reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The nail tech was unprofessional and laughing about the condition of my nails. When I requested a manicure and tips she immediately started putting on the tips. I mentioned the maintenance of my cuticles and she stated that it would be done at the end. It wasnt done. She also talked to her coworkers in her language about me. They were laughing and looking at my hands and feet while she worked. They were very unprofessional. When I mentioned the spaces that werent filled, she told me that they looked better than they did when I came in.

I had Laurie do my mani-pedi. Very friendly and professional. Did a beautiful job! Highly recommend.

Spa pedicure was great. The salon is clean, relaxing and refreshing. Staff is friendly. Prices are competitive/same as other nail salons in town. They were able to seat me for a pedicure at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon without an appt, for which I was very grateful because I was leaving for a beach trip that evening. I hope they get more colors of nail polish to choose from. They had lots of pretty colors, but I’m on this blue polish kick lately because I find it goes with lots of outfits— kind of like blue jeans. There wasn’t a “sophisticated summer blue” polish that I really loved. There was a sophisticated winter blue though. Lol. But I’m picky, so that’s no biggie. Everything was really great, and I will definitely return as well as recommend Ocean Nails to friends.

The salon is great in appearances. I went to get a manicure and nail dip, but the mani part was skipped and only got the dip. As another reviewer has mentioned, my cuticles were never addressed nor was even lotion put on my hands. Just strictly nails - though they do look decent (minus my cuticles..) Overall, I felt rushed to get out of there. I was waiting for my toes to dry and they basically made me feel like I had to leave by telling me to just be careful and they should be dry. Mind you, I had already tried to leave after 20 mins waiting for toes to dry and in doing so, messed up my polish on 2 toes. They fixed the issue but then hurriedly tried to get me out after - as if I couldn’t stay any longer for them to fully dry. Could be one bad experience but not sure if I’ll be going back.

Beautiful dip manicure by Ivy! Staff was attentive and friendly. They have so many color options, seemed like they get busy so I would recommend making an appointment beforehand as that is what I did.

Nguyen and Ivy are both excellent at at doing dip manicures they take care of my mom and I every time we come. The whole staff is nice, honestly the nicest I’ve ever met at any nail salon.

My two daughters and myself got pedicures here. The staff were very friendly and professional! They made us feel welcome and didn’t try to rush us out. It’s always hit or miss taking children to a nail salon but Ocean Nails were excellent with them and made them feel included!!

I made an appointment but even without one I think I would have been seen in a timely manner. My nails look really good, but I wish the price was a somewhere people could see, or if they had a website to post them on. But I will be back there when I need my nails done again!
