Haircutting is OK. However, if you arrive on time for a scheduled appointment, you may observe they put people right before you at the time of your schedule. Your turn starts after they finish haircutting for that person. Thats 15-20 minutes delay. No apology!!!! Only money is everything in their eyes (vietnamese), no respect to customers. I have experienced that 3 times in a roll. Thats enough!!!!!!!!!!! BTW, I do pay decent tips.

Very nice atmosphere, very nice ladies who work there. Had a bit of a hair crisis which was very stressful but the owner, Debbie, was so kind and determined to fix it and my hair came out great in the end. I highly recommend :)
