Shame on you! My daughter is in tears because of her nails and you refused to file her nails down more?! You are supposed to provide good service. If she doesnt like what you done and requests you to file them down more, you should do it. Its her choice. She will not be returning and will find another salon that will be willing to provide good customer service.

I liked how relaxing and nice they were, but my acrylics lasted 24 hours before I chipped one in the shower. The shape was also not straight on one of my nails. For such good reviews, I was very disappointed.

This place is great! So kind and professional. They took their time and this is honestly the most satisfied I’ve been with a nail salon in years. I’m a pretty hard nail critic and they did not disappoint!

Love this nail salon!!! I go every 2-3 weeks for a dip manicure and I have never had a problem with breaking or edges lifting. Fast quick service. Great color selection. All around awesome, you can’t go wrong !!

Nice friendly and clean environment! Service is always excellent and my nails always come out beautifully EVERYTIME! They are even open on Sunday which is a huge convenience for me! My usual services are eyebrows, pedicure and gel set! Tim who is my normal nail tech is always providing the BEST customer service and making sure I am always satisfied :)

Went here for a pedicure with my mother-in-law at 9am on a Wednesday. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. We didnt have to wait at all. They have a wide variety of services and several nail polish colors to choose from. The signature pedicure was very nice and worth the $30 price tag. Id definitely come back here.

Walked in on Sunday around 1:20. They were very rude. Ask for a pedicure and refill. He was so rude he told me he could not give me a refill today. And it would be 25 minutes until I could get a pedicure. Really...... Hardly anyone in there. You will never be that rude and get my money......

It takes a lot for me to right a review but this nail shop has gotten on my last nerve. This is utterly rediculous. I have been to this shop a few times and every time its something new. You need an appointment. The person that does ombré is not there. The persons that is there cant to acrylic or the person there cant do dip. Its always something. Then when the stars a-line and they can do what you want. They are rude as can be and has to say that cost extra with everything. I get my nails done EVERY 2 week like clock work. I know what is extra. If dont ask thats because I am not new to this honey. I know! I will say they do a good job and the nails last, thats why I have tried to go when I can get to that side of town. However this will be my last try and no more referrals from me. I am done with waisting my time and my gas!

I love La Rouge Nails & Tim ! Have been coming for a year & he does my nails better than anyone else ever has ! He likes to make sure they are perfect ! I get an Acrylic French Manicure & Come every few weeks for a refill ! They last a long time & always get compliments even if it has been 3 weeks since I have been! Family owned and very professional and sweet ! Nice and quiet atmosphere ! Never going anywhere else!

I had been going to this nail salon for at least eight years; however, it seems like a certain group people get better treatment than others. My last experience was a timely one because my technician left me in the middle of services to work on a lady of a different race. This was not the first time that this happened to me or another customer. I have brought many relatives to this salon and always leave a gracious tip but I am tired of being bounced around and not treated with the same respect! Bye 👋🏼

The service is good. I have not had any problem(s) so far with anyone. I just wish their prices were a little low like other shops.

If you cant service everyone in the same manner you should close. The owner is always very rude. All white clients that entered the nail salon were greeted and given water. The black women were treated as if we werent important enough. My nails also look horrible . He will never get another dime out of me. I just wanted to share my bad experience so someone else doesnt have to go through what I did.

My nails are uneven my and they are cricket they serve are very low class.

The environment in the salon is very welcoming and I enjoyed the technician who did my nails. However, only after 3 days my newly manicured gel nails started chipping. It may be the polish I chose (not OPI). Other than that, the salon is reasonably priced and friendly.

My experience at this place was just amazing my nail and beautiful. they last for a long time . I will definitely by referring others!!!!

One Saturday, I looked for a salon close to my home, and found several, one being La Rouge. I called them, and they said, yes they do accept walk-ins, and yes, they accept male clients. Having been told they were not really busy that day, I decided to go get a pedicure. When I arrived, before I could even take a seat in the waiting area, I was taken to a chair to get started. My technician was named Xuan, (pronounced Soon), and she was quite pleasant to talk to, and really knew her techniques. She did a very good job on my nails, and only took about 45 minutes to do it. The price was competitive, I would actually say quite reasonable, and I would highly recommend La Rouge to anyone needing their services. Im sure all the staff will do a good job, but I also recommend Xuan from my experience with her.

Look on the internet and leave this place with good revies but first I did not send the cuticle back well and I gel manicure and already today. I do not have to fall to 2 days

I only give 2 stars for Annie, who was incredibly sweet and understanding. The first time I went in, I paid $32 for shellac and asked that they not cut my cuticle, for it will peel back and bleed for ALL of my nails. She cut my cuticle while I was watching tv. 9 out of 10 of my nails peeled back and bled over the course of a week. I went back, Kelly tried to explain why this was happening. I understood. For some reason, rather than give me a gift cert for $32, she gave me a $25 g.c and said I could pay the difference. I went back today, Kelly said she never told me the g.c was for $25, she wrote it for $15. Annie, offered to pay her own money to cover the difference to which I declined but she still did for me. So I tipped her $15. I went back between these two visits at 9am… no one ever showed up to open. At least not until after I left at 9:15…. I wont go back here again. I paid $22 today for a re-do of a horrible gel manicure I got 6 weeks ago thinking I would be paying $7 for the difference with extra for a tip.
