Very polite and patient staff. Very relaxing environment. My first set with dip powder. It came out gorgeous.

I called ahead to see if they were busy and if I could get a pedicure. They said 10 minutes. I waited in the shop for over 40 minutes!! They put me in a chair with a broken remote, without water in the bowl and ignored me. I finally left. Very bad customer service.

The best pedicure Ive ever had. Ive been going there since they opened (at least a year) and have never been unsatisfied. Prices are reasonable and my pedicure lasts. They are also VERY friendly and always remember me. Nikki & Nick do a great job running their business!

I will no longer be spending my time or money at this facility. When I walked in they had one customer. Three customers came in after me and I could tell they started to rush on me. One of my nails is filed crooked. I asked for dip and the nail tech caught an attitude after I received my pedicure when I told her the colors on my fingers and toes would not match. I told her it was ok and I would just take the color that was already pulled. She offered everyone something to drink but me and was very rough with my hands (squeezing my knuckles). My cuticles don’t even look like I received a manicure to be honest. I drive a great distance for awesome service and I am highly disappointed.

This place is horrible. I paid 50 for a full set when it came down to my nail color she caught an attitude when I told her I wanted one dipped but the rest acrylic. Asked me why I’m doing that then filed my nail down till it was painful, when I told her how long I wanted my nails she made the comment that’s to long . The experience here was bad . Oh and my nails only lasted for 5 days they started to break when I was just washing my hands . I would not recommend anyone spending money here I know I won’t be anymore . Period!!

This is the first review I have ever written and that is because I am so frustrated with this place . I used to go to this nail salon before they changed owners and it was amazing now that they changed owners everything is messed up . I went to go to wax my mustache the other week and they had sticks on a plastic plate already USED and the lady picked one up to use one on me and I had to tell her to give me a new one . I let it slide and went back again today, again the plate was still there with nasty sticks already used and she goes to pick it up and I tell her AGAIN to please give me a clean one .. never was rude, her job was to do my upper lip and unibrow . I don’t know how you mess up on a unibrow but she had an attitude and just completely waxed some of my front right brow . This is the worst and most unclean place I have ever been too . I do not recommend and if u don’t believe me . Go in and you will see their wax station ... I live right next to the place and have been there plenty of times .

They are horrible... Tammy does what she wants on your nails! I showed her what shape and length I wanted on a picture and as she clipped them down she was telling me how long my nails were as I was telling her that was how I wanted it AND SHE STILL BEGIN TO CHIP DOWN. So as she started to file my nails she lowly says her hands were hurting . If your hands are hurting from filing you shouldnt be working in a nail shop. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
