I had a good experience there 🤗 This was definitely not my first time visiting. They have great customer service, they remember me and what I like and whats amaizing is Im not someone thats considered a regular because my visits are few and very far in between. So the fact that they remember me out of the many customers that come through on a regular basis and this is what set them apart from others. I always feel welcome and they always take their time. Im looking forward to my next visit 🤩

Great service, and the workers are very professional. They do not do designs or other add on accessories. But they are fast and nice.

Zen nails was AMAZING... Excellent customer service, and skill. Im an OTR Truck driver and finding a good nail tech in random cities is often a challenge, but Zen Nails & Spa definitely rose to the occasion. I received a gel mani/ Pedi. The pedicure was everything, Thank you so much. 5 stars😁

As someone who has gotten infinite pedicures from many places, this is my new favorite place. It is absolutely amazing. The lady massages me forever and painted my nails so fast but they were still perfect. Literally never going anywhere else ever again. I promise you’ll love it if you go here. Thanks so much zen.Update: just went again today. Helen took out my ingrown flawlessly. And I got another 10 minute massage per leg. They take care of me here

I had a really horrible experience here. The guy who did my nails was rushing and rude. He cut my finger the nail scissors. Then he tore my skin after getting the acrylic glue stuck to my fingers. I winced from the pain at least 4 or 5 times. The job he did was sloppy, and I regret spending my money on it, especially considering how uncomfortable it was. However, My friend went with me and had a wonderful experience because she had a different girl. So maybe its just the man that works there. Be careful.

Omg!! I highly recommend this salon to everyone . The pedicure was amazing. Everyone here were so nice, professional and sure take their time to take care of me.

It hasn’t even been 3 days since I got my nails and feet done here and they are already peeling mind you it’s the gel on my real nails and my first time ever trying gel .. what a bad experience .. not to mention that false advertising of the 10-2 happy hour discounts .. they still charged me FULL PRICE smh. Oh & my eyebrows look horrible .. this is the only nail salon that I know to actually use an archer to shape the brows.. my brows are thin, but when I go elsewhere they wax and tweeze within seconds and it looks awesome ! Never again 🙄 I could’ve saved my money and did my own nails,toes, and eyebrows. Next time I’ll just wait at another nail shop than go here again.

My normal salon was closed and a broke a nail on a sunday so i looked up nail salons that were open and this one had the most positive ratings i have no idea why. i waited at least an hour and a half before i was even seen at that time the woman made me remove all of my nails and get a new set. the new set cost 50$ which is more than i am used to paying however these nails have been on for 10 days and half of them are coming up and need to be replaced. for spending 20% more for the service i expected the quality to be ATLEAST equal to the quality i receive at my other much cheaper salon. will never return. i have never had so many problems with my nails before

I made the HUGE mistake of getting my eyebrows done here. First off, they had me sit in a swivel computer chair, which isn’t very ideal for getting an eyebrow waxing. The woman first used scissors, then wax, then and eyebrow archer, then a razor blade, and then tweezers. My eyebrows looked AWFUL! They were super thin, uneven, and not clean. I will never ever return here for any kind of services.

Similar to most nail shops near campus, they do a horrible job on your nails. I got shellac on Friday, by Sunday three of my nails were chipping. I will not be back here. Extremely disappointed with this nail shop.

HORRIBLE. me and my friend both went and they were rushing and messed up my acrylics they look so bad she put on the wrong size nails and the acrylic itself is lumping looking. my friend got a gel manicure and pedicure and they didnt file her nails and painted all over the skin. i am so disappointed i spent money here. im going to another place tomorrow to have my nails fixed because i for them done for a wedding and they look awful. we both had different people too.

Me and my husband got a pedicure and it was horrible they didnt even scrub our feet and they took the skin off the side of my big toe.
