I rarely get my nails done, so when I walked in I was pretty unsure of what I wanted. The ladies were so patient and friendly when helping me out! I ended up doing the dipping powder with tips in a coffin shape, and they turned out so cute! The woman who did my nails was great. Highly recommend!!

Theyre great with nails! I LOVE the nails Ive gotten done by them. They take walk ins or appointments. Their nail art is ON POINT! Theyre friendly too! I really have no complaints about them.

They do good work, they take appointments and walk ins but I was sitting in the chair for my 5pm appointment and this white lady walked in with no appointment and they put her before me. At 7pm I was walking out only getting the Pedicure. Remind you I called Tuesday for a mani padi 5pm Thursday and this wasnt the first time it has happened.. but hell my money spends just like the white lady...

I go for pedicures. I’ve been to about four places, trying to find the place I like best. I’ve been to Lavish Nails twice, and although it’s busy, it’s worth the wait. The first time I went, I got the most expensive pedicure ($55). It includes a paraffin wax treatment. When my tech was done, my feet were softer than they’ve ever been. The second time, they were super busy, so I opted for the basic pedicure. I loved how it turned out. The polish job was flawless.

Slow & bad service. Coffin nails all different shapes, gel polish all across fingers. Cut 2 sides of my fingers. Would never recommend nor return.

Rude. I Walked in and they immediately rushed me to sit down and assumed I knew what color I wanted. Then she aggressively grabbed my hands to compare the lengths of both hands, and ended up making one hand too short even after measuring. Had to redo a whole hand. NEVER asked me what shape I wanted and assumed I wanted square, which I did not. She look surprised that I (THE CUSTOMER) was asking for what I wanted. Two people ended up working on me at once and it still turned out bad. They also offer 10% off if you use cash if it’s over $30 but he “forgot” to offer it to me and I had to bring it up. Rushing money hogs. Go to the Venetian in Perkins Rowe. It’s slightly more expensive but they take their time and actually care about how it looks. Never coming here again.

Except that i had to wait a little longer even after taking an appointment to get started everything else was amazing... the wait was longer because i went closer to their closing time and there were already lot of customers.. They were very professional with their work.. they didnt rush to complete my nails even it was past their closing time.. i am very satisfied with the results..

Horrible experience! The staff was screaming over each other in their language, barely paying attention to what I was requesting. I pointed out a broken nail and a request not to bend it. Nail tech came over and bent it ANYWAY then laughed nervously after I said ouch. Then when getting the pedicure, the tech carelessly pulled my pinkie toe nearly ripping the tender skin underneath. When I said ouch the shop manager came over asking what the problem was...causing a scene as if I were the problem! When I told her the issue, she kept saying that I should come back when I felt better. They were rude and very unprofessional. I requested a towel, dried my feet and walked out before they could do anymore damage. My first and ABSOLUTE LAST TIME. They did save me the $75 bucks I wouldve gladly spent. Their loss!

They take their time with pedicures and do very well. The acrylic is alright.

This nail shop used to be good but since they have gotten busy they are not doing good as they use to..Every time I go I use to request Nancy but lately every time I go she either busy or tell me she can’t do my toes so I will not be back😡😡😡😡
