Excellent excellent service. My first time here and I am so happy with my nails, toes and brows. Highly recommend!

I’ve patronized them for months now and the quality is unmatched but one occasion my nails weren’t lasting and I’d have to return to have it corrected. There a Latina tech, Jessica who’s superb but it’s been hard to catch her to get my nails so I’ve had on numerous occasions them turn me around to come back which is inconsistent and inconvenient. Today I go to get a simple refill and was refused service because Jessica the other tech wasn’t in yet and the other Asian felt offended I returned when my nail was lifting three days after my service to be fixed. They do really good nails but it’s always a problem with them. Won’t be back. Like EVER. It’s a shame because I really like the overall experience I’ve had but these inconsistencies and to be refused today was the last straw for me. I might not like making multiple attempts to get my nails done but to be told “well when I did your nails you said they were not good so I feel it would be better if you wait for Jessica” and I was not in a position to wait an entire HOUR for her to come. That was rude and ridiculous no matter how nicely it was said. If my mail was lifting it isn’t a personal issue I paid for service. Ivy is very accommodating but is always in a rush trying to make sure everything happens to her liking which has caused me on occasion as well to leave because I’d be called to sit in a station and she could never start on my service.

My all time favorite nail spot, I’ve been to tons of nail shops from Baton Rouge to Baker to Zachary and none are quite as efficient, kind, fast & clean as adore nails!! Candy is my FAVORITE!! She’s soo sweet, she doesn’t mind changing to my request and always works with me even tho I’m so indecisive! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Terrible experience each time I come here. It’s all smiles and great manners but the work is rushed and poor. It’s not about quality, it’s about how many customers they can take and rushing everyone out the door. It’s about money. The acrylic was applied so thin on my nails that I have 3 cracked nails. I came back for a refill and asked for white tips. Paint job was rushed and I had to tell Ivy (the owner, who did my nails originally) to fix my polish 3 times. I went back the next day and she only wanted to fix my cracked nails when ORIGINALLY my nails were not done correctly. When I go to my nail tech I NEVER have cracked nails. NEVER. I don’t lift boxes all day and I work for from home. They want to save money on saving the amount of acrylic they use on your nails, they are NOT concerned about the quality of the work. I just want someone to take their time and do my nails correctly. I will never spend my money here ever again.

Wish I could give it 6 stars! Fantastic personal service, fun place to be, affordable prices. Forgive the pun ... I *ADORE* my nails!!

Ivy and her exceptional staff are the only nail salon I will use. I have been to many others and the care and professionalism shown are always top notch! I have never left unhappy! I highly recommend this salon!

I went there for a year and the last time I went my nails were done HORRIBLY! I literally started crying because they were so bad and the manager tried to fix them but they were too bad off and I didn’t go back for 3 months. Today I decided to go back for a refill and the MANAGER completely BUTCHERED MY NAILS! Then tried to blame it on the set I already had. I will never go back to this nail shop ever again. They only care about older white women in this shop and it’s so sad!

Amazing! They always make sure I am comfortable and happy! Their not pushy and the quality of work is worth way more than they charge. I’m a single mom of 3 boys and this is my retreat!! Even though the wait time was a little long - I left VERY satisfied with my nails! I do prefer quality over quantity and thats exactly what they strive for. I will definitely be returning - maybe even add in a pedicure next time 🤗☺☺❤

At first I didn’t like my nails, the salon contacted me to come back in so they can fix my nails and when I tell you I absolutely love them! I think this will be my new nail salon. Loved the experience

I went here after we evacuated to BR because of Hurricane Laura. Wasn’t sure what to expect. These ladies were beyond amazing. Go see them! They’re friendly and did a fabulous job on the pedicure.

The best nail salon in town!! I changed to Adore after reading all the excellent reviews and after I wasnt satisfied with where I was going. I love it here!! My nails are always looking fabulous, I actually get what I ask for and my nails stay looking fantastic until the next time I go in - something Ive never had before! Ivy and her team know what they are doing!

I have been a customer for over two years and am extremely happy with my experience and service every time! Ivy is my nail technician and the shop owner. She works there seven days a week and you can tell she runs her business with great pride and efficiency. I would recommend Adore Nails to absolutely anyone I know. Great service every time.

I normally don’t brag on nail salons because I’ve never been this impressed before. Adore Nails on Siegen has officially stolen my heart. My nail tech was the sweetest, made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them and added a little extra, and she even hugged me before I left. I’m fully and 100% satisfied with this salon and it’s more than worth the extra driving distance. She told me her name but I don’t remember, but I’ll definitely be back 😊

Theyre very friendly and sanitary. Took a little too long for polish, but otherwise Excellent service

They’re very friendly and knowledgeable. However, when they start to get busy your service will be rushed. She charges a $5 “shaping” fee but the shape is never on point which is frustrating. I always ask for a ballerina/coffin or stiletto shape and end up w a thick tapered square look. Also a $5 “length” fee, even though the nails are short. Feel like a rip off, BC I would actually get a longer length if I’m going to pay the fee anyways. I’ve been coming in and off 2-3 years, only when my usual shop isn’t open or too much of an inconvenience to get to. It’s always hit or miss with service here.

Ivy is my go-to nail lady. She never stops amazing me at what she can do. Ill bring in any picture and she can bring it to life. Love it here!
