I came in at about 10am and was sat immediately which has never happened to me in all my days of going to a salon. Mary did a fantastic job on my nails today! So happy! My Wedding is next Tuesday and I was wanting acrylic tips with dip powder in a color close to my Matron of Honor’s dress and she pointed out one I loved. My nails look beautiful and feel so strong! Very happy and as a first time customer I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been a regular since this place opened! I always book with Tim on my 3 week dip set maintenance on my natural nails & he always does a phenomenal job! He takes his time, he’s precise, & I have never found another nail tech that does such an amazing job!!

Ahhh I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but my last experience was not good at all. I’ve been to this salon a total of 3 times now and the first two times were amazing. I’m not sure what technician I had those first two times but she was amazing!! I would always get some sort of elaborate designs, and she even suggested a really nice one my second time. Unfortunately, the third time I went she wasn’t there and since I’m not familiar with her name I didn’t ask for her, but I figured that anyone else could do my nails just as nice. I made an appointment for 9:30 in the morning, specifically for the purpose of getting them done early since I had other things to tend to in the day. When I got there, I’d say it was a little busy, but I figured since I made an appointment I would get my nails done particularly soon. I waited an hour and maybe some change until they began my nails. Other people entered as well ( to which I’d hear them be asked if they made an appointment and they’d respond no) and somehow they left before me? They began doing my nails at around 10:40, and they glue the tips of my acrylics on then leave. The person doing my nails left once in the beginning for about 10 minutes, then twice to go finish another clients nails before he began mine. During the process of doing my nails the technician hurt my finger with the drill and was squeezing my fingers so hard. It happens I guess. I had originally talked to someone and showed a picture of what I wanted and a specific design, but that definitely didn’t happen. Sure I could have reminded them about it, but at this point it was already almost 11:50, and it was not worth the trouble anymore. I got acrylic nails with gel polish and the polish looked really opaque; there weren’t enough layers of polish. They didn’t last long, and I spent around $60+ tip. I don’t think the spa is awful in any way whatsoever, I’m just a little disappointed.

They did an excellent job!! This was my first set, and the lady was very nice and helpful. Also, she was able to do just the design I wanted!!

Im visiting from New York. First I made an appointment for 3:30pm didnt get to me until 4:12pm. The service rendered was not what I asked for, I spoke with someone who I assumed is the owner/ manager about my concerns, he proceeded to tell me it looks good. He wasnt attentive to what I liked and asked for. Instead of him rectifying my issues, he tells me that the same tech (who obviously didnt understand me the first time) will fix it. He walked away from me and Im still sitting for an hour waiting on (her) to fix my issues.Nice establishment, clean but not very attentive to their customers with issues.Sir, my appointment was for 3:30pm, your tech took 42 minutes to get to me. She didnt understand what I wanted, you came over to explain that you didnt do what I wanted, so I settled on what you could. The pictures I posted speak for themselves, she didnt spend 2hrs, she took an 1hr. I waited for you to finish your client which, (you) sir spent more than 3 hrs on from the time I walked in and after your tech finished, I waited on you to speak my concerns, you werent concerned but you told her to fix it, which took her 10 minutes and that was the end result,I walked out after 6pm. One of my nails came off, I had to have my nails redone the right way!Customer service was very good, with the exception of how you handled it, everyone was polite and professional. But I effectively wasted $55.

Been coming here since it first opened. After the Covid shutdowns, I returned and Mike has done my nails ever since. He’s friendly and very detailed orientated. My nails always come out looking great and last 3-4 weeks with no problems.

I WENT TO HARMONY ON SUNDAY 09/12/2021... CINDY WAS GREAT WITH TRYING TO HELP ME DECIDE WHAT I WANTED!!! I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE OVER PRICED BEING AS THOUGH THERE ISNT MUCH THEY KNOW HOW TO DO!!! I GOT A GEL REFILL... AND MY TOES POLISHED AND THAT COST ME $70... THE PLACE I NORMALLY GO TO I PAID $85 FOR A FULL SET, TOE POLISH, EYEBROW WAX, AND EYELASHES!!! I WANTED TO FIND A PLACE CLOSER TO HOME BECAUSE IM TIRED OF DRIVING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN!!! AFTER MY EXPERIENCE I DONT THINK I WILL BE RETURNING... BECAUSE TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE!!! WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE A 40 MINUTE WAIT... I LITERALLY WAITED FOR 3 HOURS TO GET A BASIC PLAIN POLISH... AND THE NEXT DAY TWO OF MY TOES POLISH CAME OFF AS I WAS GETTING OUT OF THE SHOWER!!! THAT IS RIDICULOUS

Tim was my nail technician and he did a phenomenal job. Will definitely start using this place as my regular nail salon.

Hands down my favorite nail salon in BR! Gel manicure is fresh and neat and lasts for 2 weeks. Salon is clean and takes appts so easy to get in and out.

I came in to get a pedicure and was seated right away. The nail attendant did a really good job at the execution and making sure I was comfortable. Overall good experience!

Anna was very sweet and did an excellent gel French manicure. Very nice, clean salon.

Beyond amazing experience! I was in and out!! I got the classic pedicure for $35. The nail tech was very professional and patient and painted my toes veryyyyy neatly. I wish I got her name! She even put my slippers on for me after painting my toes so that they wouldn’t get messed up. I recommend this salon to anyone in the city!! I will definitely be coming back, you have a new regular! ❤️

This was the third place I stopped for a mani and pedi today, they wow’d me tremendously. Pricy but worth the quality of service and attention to detail.

Had to wait to get my pedicure started while others walked in and immediately got work started on them. Asked for wine was told they were out but a white gentleman came in after and was given wine! When I asked again and pointed out that the gentleman had some was still told they were out! I don’t know if it’s a race thing or not but I won’t return!

I had a wonderful experience. I Went there for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. It was just what I needed today when I decided to pamper myself for my Birthday. I left feeling very relaxed and Beautiful from my Manicure, pedicure and eye brow waxing.

I walked in at 10, and was instructed to sign in and wait. I was the only customer waiting, the 3 workers were all finishing up other services. I ended up waiting nearly one hour before I was seated. The technician asked if I wanted my nails cut down (I had been growing them out for months to get the perfect almond shape, so they were very very long), and I said “maybe just a very tiny bit, I want them long.”. HE CUT MY NAILS DOWN TO MY SKIN. I had to ask him to stop, and tell him I did not want the manicure anymore, I would be leaving. So disappointed, I heard lots of good things about this salon and wanted to try it out. I will not be returning.

I was in the area and needed a pedicure. This was my first time here at Harmony Nails & Spa. At the receptionist desk there was handsantizer dispenser, everyone wore masks, and it was really clean. Had a nice polish decor to the salon as well. The owner kindly asked me to check in via the iPad. An older lady did my pedicure and she actually did a great job! The polish was put on evenly and not too thick so that means her brush stroke skills are more advance than the average. I am very happy with the pedicure and will be back for more regular manicures and pedicures!

I checked in as Daija. I came earlier today, my first and last time. I hate how my toes turned out and that was the highest I paid, anywhere else is better and less.

Got gel nails so that it could last.... one nail chipped very badly only two days later. While I was there I told the guy at least ten times that I just wanted a gel nail PAINT but he gave me a manicure and charged me for a manicure of course it was too late before I noticed he was giving me a full manicure. Also didn’t even paint my entire nail so it looks like it’s been at least a week since I got my nails done like it’s grown out. I’d post a pic if I knew how to add it

LOVED THIS SALON!!! I was a walk in with a friend & we both had maybe a 5 minute wait for our service (granted it was a Thursday around 1pm but there were others in at the time). The staff was so polite & made sure to take their time on each of us. The place was so clean & nice you felt like you were in a 5 star hotel spa. I will never go to another nail salon in Baton Rouge.They also gave a 10% student discount that I was unaware of before going, so that was an added bonus!

Gorgeous facility and 10/10 quality work. I got the most relaxing pedicure ever by Krystal. Her work was flawless. My feet were so soft and perfectly shaped and polished walking out. Loved my experience here

Today is sunday so i called to make sure they were open and they said that they were still taking customers. as soon as i stepped in, everyone looked at me but did not acknowledge me. i stood there for five minutes and i walked out. i called them several times when i got in the car and they didn’t pick up.

When I first walked in, I was not greeted at all. That was the first red flag, but I hoped for the best. Then I was only prompted to sign in because someone else had just signed in. This was my first time here so I wasn’t aware that we had to. I’m sitting there for a good 25 minutes and two people who came in after me were seated. One had an appointment which was understandable, but the other did not. I was not addressed again until I asked how long the wait would be. I didn’t get to fully experience their services and I already wouldn’t recommend.

This is my fav nail salon in the area! They are super friendly and do a great job. My mani + pedi took a long time (~2.5 hours), but I know it was because great detail was put into my nails. I got a gel pedi and dip + tips mani. Even though it was past close it wasn’t rushed. I recommend them to all my friends!

I came in after work and received a manicure and a pedicure. I loved the atmosphere and my tech was awesome and very through with my foot massage. I had been standing on my feet all day and it was very much needed. I will be back !
