She couldnt do what I asked for. And what she did do turned out terrible. My 11-year-old niece wouldve done a better job. Total waste of money!!

I have gone to Anns for over a year. Although the location is convenient, that is not of grave importance. If his salon was not clean, did not provide excellence and live up to their promise, I would have taken my business else where a long time ago.

I love the fact that they are practicing social distancing: NO MASK, NO SERVICE!!! PLUS, only 4 people allowed to enter at a time! They sanitize after each customer & prepare the station for the next customer.

Got my toes painted here, looked like my 3 year old painted them, horrible . I just got my nails done 6 days ago, paid over $40 for the gel nail polish and already a nail has fallen off. Cheap quality for high prices im not going back. Do not waste your time here.

Those bad comments are unnecessary because EVERY time I have gone there my services was awesome. Mrs. Ann and her husband are very nice, sweet, hardworking individuals. I have been going here for over 7-8 years and when I recently got severely burned and felt horrible about the burns on my hand she made me feel comforted and lie family. They always check on me and my son and always makes sure that I am ok after my surgeries. So, with that being said, I have absolutely NO complaints and I refer any and everyone I can to them. I’m actually headed there today. 💜💜💜 💅 💅💅

I don’t understand why they have all these bad comments about Ann’s Nails! Every single time I went there I got exactly what I wanted! She was very sweet and her husband is well mannered! I get my lashes done here as well!

I rarely ever post ratings but this is literally the worst nail store I’ve ever been to. I blame myself bc I saw the terrible reviews but this is the closest to my house and I didn’t have time to drive further. TERRIBLE is an understatement to how my nails and feet came out. Save your money and mental health.

I wish I could add a picture of my nails! I should have read the reviews before going here, but I was in a rush. This was my first and last time wasting money there. I had my nails done a week ago today, and I need a refill already. The gel has started chipping off. The guy only applies acrylic to the top of it nail so my nails are an awful shape, not natural at all. After leaving i even had to file my nails on the sides because he did not. Whoever is reading this, please take heed to the comments. This place is trash! Wasted my $30!

BAD SERVICE👎🏻 The worst place. Never do your eyelashes or eyebrows there, you tell them to do it as you want and do the opposite, I am very sad because I got my eyebrows done in there and told them that I wanted them thick and the lady really made them very thin on one side of the eyebrow and the other side thick they look ugly and now I have to wear makeup to fix them, it costs too much money for nothing... WORST AND HORRIBLE PLACE also they dont serve you well

Had a pedicure and a manicure here. The lady exfoliated my feet so much that I was limping when I left. My right heel had a very thin layer of skin left and was blood red. I had to tell her to stop because it was hurting. I had no idea how bad it was until I got home. They made 2 of my fingers bleed. Ive never had either of these issues at any nail salon ever.

This is by far the worst place Ive been to in Baton Rouge. Do not waste your time or money. No one can speak English. I only got a polish change aND he managed to have polish everywhere. I asked if it could be cleaned up, and he barely did anything, I was pissed. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT when I realized their polish selection was old and outdated. Never will I ever go go back. I will also intentionally discourage any person I know to give them anybusiness. THEY SUCK! !!

Wow, I just got thrown out as a new customer. Guy didn’t want my business basically. I asked for a color, I found it, sat down, asked how much for a pedicure and then got told to leave . I asked two questions. I am in shock. Crazy, don’t go there

HORRIBLE SERVICE doesnt even begin to describe my experience at Anns Nails. My co-workers and I decided to spend our hour lunch break getting our nails, our first mistake was going to such a low-rate, less than qualified, business. My friend and I decided to go with a shellac polish. Clearly the employees had no idea how to apply gel polish and their polish was defected. The first coat of polish should have been my warning sign, it began bubbling and smearing. After the technician finished my nails, they looked even worse. He was going to let me walk out of their with them looking like a 5 year old just smudged their fingers into my wet nails, on top of all the polish on my skin that he left. He proceeded to take off the polish using a scapula, with NO acetone! After he finished jamming his tool into my cuticles he finally decided to soak them in nail polish remover. Needless to say, my fingers are aching and my nails are torn to pieces. They look worse than when I stepped foot into that salon. As my co-workers and I were leaving, the lady told me I owed $5. $5 TO HAVE THEM RUIN MY NAILS? I DONT THINK SO! They also over charged both my co-workers. I get paying $40 for a pedicure and polish change at a high end salon, but this salon is anything BUT high end and has no right charging those outrageous prices when they cant even get a manicure right! It would do Anns Nails some good to IMMEDIATELY shut down their business!

WORST SALON EVER! Called ahead to make an appmt for my friend and I at 4pm. Once there we waited and waited and waited with our feet soaking until 4:50 until ONE person finally starting one of our pedicures. All the while fitting in other people who walked in after us..... This is completely unacceptable. And no one was gonna do my friends feet, or could communicate with us. I think the lady was gonna do mine then move onto my friends. Ridiculous!! Will never go back.

Staff was not very sociable and didnt speak clear enough for me to understand . my nails were alright. eyebrows are very nice. I would keep looking for the right nail Salon.

You have to get to know the crew there to learn their personalities, but my nails ALWAYS turn out great and the price is so much better than other places in town.

Omg please dont waste your money going here. They messed my nails up so bad. I told the lady I didnt like my nails she got mad and started talking mess. You can see the drilling dents in my nail through the polish. I paid thirty dollars and wasnt happy at all.

My time here was the worst . The older lady was very very rude and did my nails thin and very fast.They do not look good at all . Ive been there more then once and every time I return its the same . I will not be coming back .

Had 3 works do my full set. I spoke to them several of times and one acted like she knew no English but could tell me to sit up in my chair and speak perfect english on the phone. It took no time to do my nails. The shape and size was perfect but the polish never dried. O left had to come back 5 mins later to get repainted. By the end of my evening it was all smeared. As i was sitting next to another lady she said they rushed threw her pedicure and she will never come back. Me neither horrible experience nail polish is so old.

Very rude people and i dont believe they know what their doing. A lady shaved my regular nails down so much they hurted for a month its not the same anymore, i believe someone else took over.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The man who was working on my nails actually got up and moved to new customer and let me sit! Finally came back, then another tech took over. She talked on her cell the entire time, was very rude when I asked for touch ups. Nails are a disaster and will have to have redone at my usual place. Waste of time and money

It was pleasant 4 people working I went in to get a broken nail repaired waited for 15 minutes and the acrylic was so uneven and she still polished it like that what happened to making it even
