I enjoyed my first visit. Definitely coming back!!

What an awful experience here. My photos are self explanatory. There is no way that these nail techs are licensed. I waited an hour to be seen after setting up an appt ahead of time. The nail tech saw that her previous client was going into my time and didnt think to notify me before I arrived. I Paid $90 for a pink and white ombre set with sculptured gel and gel polish. It looked NOTHING like the example I provided the nail tech . I spent 5 hours at the salon, from 2pm-7pm for a subpar nail set. The pink gel polish was layered on so much that it was lumpy and uneven. The nail shape was off, nails were slightly crooked. No skill was used to ombre my nail color. She used a tiny nail brush and just swirled the nail brush around to mix the colors. After seeing these flaws after leaving the salon, I asked the nail tech politely to change the gel polish and showed her the exact photos I posted below. She told me there was an additional fee for a polish change..... To fix her shoddy work! She had nothing to say about the gel under my nails. There was two employees who works there. The one who handles social media regarded me on yelp as a disgruntled client who didnt want to pay for a polish change. Of course I wont! Why should I pay more than I already have? I was upset I spent $90 and 5 hours for this nail set! I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem BEFORE leaving a bad review and they basically said not without money. So Im voicing my concerns here. Plus she didnt even acknowledge any other concerns I mentioned on yelp including over drilling my nails that was painful. That goes to show, theyre unprofessional and I guarantee that they will not be in business for long giving out these bad services. Avoid this place. They do not deserve your hard earned money.

My favorite nail tech just moved over here a couple weeks ago, and Ill gladly drive all the way from the New Roads area to get him to do my nails! Diante is awesome, he always makes sure youre happy with his work, and he does some of the best work Ive ever had done to my nails! The place is brand new, and Diante often runs deals, so keep an eye on the salons Facebook page!

Diante always puts his all into every set. He always takes his time, and everything will be done right the first time .
