Done a wonderful job on my nails but if you have very VERY little patience like me and if you dont mind waiting for them to acknowledge you or act like they want to take care of you then hey its a 5 star. But I gave a 3 because the service and how they was laughing and cutting up instead of taking care of the VERY few people in there was sorry. But huge 👍🏽 to the 1 younger guy who was doing a good job at his job and did fantastic on my nails, Thank you!!!!

They was patient and made sure my nails was very well even Made sure my fingernails was dry and they try to get to know me. All the other nail shops that I went to dont do that, the other nail shops that I went to rush, dont take they time on my nails they rush you out they chair. But queens nails they take they time make sure you satisfied. If its a lot of people their they still go do they job right doesnt matter how many people their and its worth your wait.

The toes down best pedicures in Baton Rouge. I suffer from ingrown toenails and they help me keep my toenails. Best days Mondays - Thursdays.

Worst experience of my life. The customer service here is horrid. The MOM that owns the place can not do nails! And she messed me up. Got an attitude with me and embarrassed me in front of her customers. I also saw roaches and it wasnt very clean facility.

I waited 2 hours. 3 people working and only 4 customers. Whenever one freed up she decided to play on her phone instead of doing my nails. Then when I got up to leave because I decided that was enough, she said oh no stay Ill start now. I left. People are very slow and careless I wouldnt recommend.
