I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the guys to do your acrylic nails! Shaping was ugh and polishing was worst the guy barely wanted to clean the polish around my nails. The ladies however always do an excellent job with shaping and polishing.

Very disappointed 62$ for a kindergarten paint job especially on the toes .. Gel* Plus I also paid for a brush burn from the pumice the young lady used on my feet.. Where she should have used the pumice she didnt. I am very disappointed. My first time I was satisfied my second time is an will be my last time. I didnt even bother getting my card stamped .. Im done with nails service is just not the same.. If I could rate them with no stars I would.

I came in to the shop in a Monday and by Wednesday my gel polish was chipping away. I went in and told them about the horrible job and the owner said she would fix one nail. I asked how long should gel polish last she said two weeks herself and the polish only lasted two days. Horrible and they wouldn’t fix. See pictures. I would never return here they are not consistent with their work and always rushed which means terrible results. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless you want to gamble in your results.

Great work, extremely reasonable price

The polish they use is very thin. You have to use several coats to get a solid color. Their solution was as trying another polish color over the coats they already put on. Terrible!!! Maybe try the dip powder if you go, but I would recommend trying another shop

Went for a dip mani and a pedi. The dip powder on 4 of my nails chipped within a week. Pedi smeared and I had to go back to have it fixed. Not worth the time or money

Over cut cuticles till I bled and paint chipped off nails 3 days after getting them done after paying $30 for the shellac manicure.

Fast and patient

After leaving the spa and showering, I started to notice the lumps in my nails. The next day was Sunday, then Monday ( yesterday )I went back for them to fix it. I asked that they soak them off. The owner said that she would repair 1 nail. I then asked for a refund. She told me to speak with the manager who said the owner would only repair one nail and that all sales were final. The costumer service sucks! I will NOT return

Magic Nails is by far one of the best places in Baton Rouge to get a pedicure. Not also the price is very reasonable, the staff takes their time in making sure that you get everything done appropriately without feeling pressure to work faster when other people are waiting. They were even help me to get rid of a very nasty ingrown toenail, which hurt a lot during the procedure, however the end result felt amazing.@TheJDSReview

I absolutely love this shop. I have been coming here for years and the staff has greatly improved. The service is much faster and the new staff has gotten nicer.

They literally cut my finger enough to make it bleed then had an attitude with me because I let them know and overcharged me by $7. So visit at your own risk.

After having a terrible experience at a different nail salon my friend recommended I try this place, I am so happy I took her advice. The customer service was amazing, they took their time to do exactly what I wanted, they were nice and the prices were so affordable. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been here the last few times, and each time Tai did my nails,, he’s such a perfectionist and I love it cause my nails look so great each time. This will be my new nail shop! ❤️❤️❤️

A long wait

Their full sets start at $17 right? So I got short and I didn’t get them shaped and with regular polish... this lady still told me it’s $27...how. I’m NEVER going back there again. I feel like I get cheated out of money every time I go there. The work isn’t even all that

They take their time and lots of gel polish to choose from. Best of all they have the matching for your toes :)

DONT GO HERE!!!!!! Rude staff, long wait and an almost guaranteed awful experience.Very unprofessional business. A young woman doing a pedicure for me practically verbally abused me the entire visit. She called my feet ugly and complained about doing my pedicure. She also told me she didnt work for free, insinuating to tip her. (Which I found rude and unprofessional). Then after I told her what color polish I wanted she said No thats ratchet. When come to find out a coworker said she didnt like doing that color because it required extra coats because it was a thinner polish. Finally, Im walking out of the salon and a woman came out and asked how much I tipped??!! I tipped 5 dollars but for someone to chase you out and ask you what you tipped is ABSOLOUTELY ABSURD. Wont be back.

Before leaving my polish had bubbles in it I asked for it to be done several times still wasn’t right after leaving bubbles came in my polish on my feet my polish started coming off the same day in chucks after spending $90 I called they said all sales are final I usually never have problems but this was just ridiculous

Customer Service sucked. The girl Mai who did my nails did them poorly on purpose because I checked her about changing the price on something. Most of them had attitudes. So not worth it .Will never recommend or spend any money in this horrible place .
