I am very very disappointed with my nails set i dont like them they came out like if my 4yr old did them i am soooo angry I paid $50. For this set now I am going to have to pay for someone to take them off 😡😡😡😡😡 you was the right salon i went to the gentleman who did my nails was the only gentleman there the other rest was ladies he kept talking about High Blood Pressure That he Has so Yes This Is The Right Place Please Dont make it that this is the wrong place

I usually come for acrylic nails and get designs. But today I went in just for pedicure.65$ pedicure and polish...with a very nice guy starting my pedicure, but a lady finishing the acrylic and polish. The massage was good, but my toe nails are uneven...some with round, some with square, and some with both shapes. My gel polish is uneven and inconsistent. And my refill on my acrylics is not fixed and filed properly at the nail bed. The girl doing it seemed to be bothered by me pointing out the the thing that needed correction...so I left unhappy and disappointed that I sat in my car upset with myself for allowing this.

The ONLY place I will ever get my mani and pedi! I absolutely adore Kelly and Danny and they always go above and beyond to give you the best experience. The salon is gorgeous, very clean, and cozy! I love that they have huge flat screen TVs so you can watch your favorite show while being pampered! Kelly is amazing at nail art and always blows me away. Love LOVE LOVE Chic Nails!

This is the nicest, cleanest salon in Baton Rouge. Been going since they opened. So glad that they were able to reopen. They also take appointments. The lady with the one star review showed up an hour and a half late for her appointment and had the nerve to complain that they took another customer? Be kind people we need to support local business. I went through 12 na salons before I found this one.

Oh my gosh. This place is LITERALLY the best I’ve ever been to! I came in late in dire need of a manicure (I had a date in the morning) and they not only took me, but gave me the best manicure! They didn’t rush, we’re EXTREMELY kind and polite, and did an AMAZING job! Thank you so much again for your service and I will definitely be back with everyone I know!

Very nice place and staff. They just re opened up so the wait may be a little longer than usual but that’s ok for the service they provide.

I paid 70 dollars for these horribly shaped nails. One nail popped off the day after I got them done and when I called up there he said they wouldn’t fix it for me because “that never happens.” Then a few days later another nail broke. I had to wait about two hours for them to even start on my nails because only two people work there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless your are just getting your real nails or feet done.
