I give them a 3 star because I have a 2016 Camry and although I waited less than 20 minutes to be seen I was told that they didnt carry a filter at ANY LOCATION in Memphis for my car. So I tell all my fellow Toyota Camry owners (2016 model ) go elsewhere dont waste your time. Yall have a good day ya hear!

Closed on fourth of july Sunday. Im driving through town and I needed an oil change. Going cross country and my oil still needs to be changed. I always come to valvoline so I was dissapointed to see that it was closed. Vehicle maintence is important. There shouldnt be any days off.

Noticed my oil was low. It was leaking from the drain plug. The washer is in terrible shape and no gasket. Then I try to remove the oil filter. It wont come off. I used an oil filter wrench and it wont budge. Wont ever go to this place again

Awful experience, no idea what theyre doing. They stripped the plug so bad on my oil pan it had to be completely replaced. 500$ to replace.

Tried to upsell me a battery (just replaced it last year) and an air filter (slight coating of dust on it - Its filthy - not so). They failed to mention modified synthetic is only 3,000 miles versus full synthetic is 5,ooo miles between changes - if I would have known, I would gladly have paid the difference.

I went to Valvoline for the first time about a month ago, oil change, fuel treatment, filers and new Windshield wipers... I had a little mishap with the Windshield wipers (1), as it was raining Sunday afternoon it actually flew off... However I went back to Valvoline and told them that I was a current customer and they replaced it... Great customer service. I appreciate it greatly... Hopefully it wont do it again....

Daughter had her vehicle service she left with less than 1000 feet her car stopped to protect itself. It is a hybrid so had it towed to the mechanic he had to take about 1/4 quart of oil and the car has worked great ever since. Valvoline refuses to take responsibility so out a tow bill and a mechanic fee, be careful what you pay for.

The did not refill my fluids and my car began to overheat. Very upsetting as we were stuck on the highway 10 minutes after leaving from our service.

BAD!!! THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO RESET MY OIL GAUGE, Instrument Panel had go to another Valvoline shop on Winchester and Riverdale Street, he knew how to reset it in less than 2 minutes.

My favorite place to get my oil changed, they do a great job, they provide excellent service to each customer. After having had a bad experience with Walmart a few years back, my co-worker referred me to location in Bartlett and I have gone here and never looked back. Tristan is a excellent manager and makes you feel at ease and I get to go on my lunch break and when they are done I still have 30-40 minutes left over to grab my lunch

I usually change my own oil, but when its cold or raining and I need it done, Im always happy to pay these guys a visit. Every single employee Ive ever come into contact with has been extremely friendly. As a woman who knows cars, I always have detailed questions about the state of my vehicles. These guys never make me feel stupid and always answer accurately and most of the time are able to offer sound advice when needed. They are prompt, polite, and detail oriented. I always have a good experience and would highly recommend! Keep up the good work!!

Unprofessional! They didnt have their stuff together and the employees at like they had just rolled out of bed at 9:45am. They had us playing musical chairs with our cars so another car asked me to back up so they could leave so I did and when I tried to pull back into my spot they asked another customer to move in front of me and the customer was rude as well because I wasnt moving fast enough for him. Will not be back. I went to Jiffy Lube down the street and got excellent service.

I ended up not using them. I was given a price of $109 out the door for an oil change! Absolutely ridiculous. I can get an oil change from the chevy dealership for $69. Will not be going back.

Sat the 23rd get a full synthetic oil change and my car has a premium oil filter so thats an additional $10 so oil change is close to $98 and then a leak starts. Got around to checking it cant see a leak from anywhere but the oil pan. Take out the plug and theres no gasket on it anymore. $98 down the drain plus an additional $45 for a new gasket and new oil. Wont be back

Best customer service. Their employees are very polite, honest, and knowledgeable. They do take a little bit of time (as all car service does) but I feel confident that they are doing everything right. I have never had poor service from here.

Showed up to get a standard oil change. Everything was fine and normal, then as I go to leave my car won’t start at all and my car keys they held on to are now broken. A total of 1 hour and 15 minutes go by and they still have not figured out what has happened to my car, given that I have not had any problems with it prior to this visit. Apparently my starter “went out when they were changing the oil”. Given that everything was up to date I don’t understand. So I had to push my car out of the garage and call a tow truck. Sounds like a strange coincidence to me.

Today was my first time at Valvoline. The oil change service and car check was pretty fast but the customer service from the techs were average. I will go to Valvoline again but I may try the Lakeland location next time.

CameTo this location and the technicians were friendly and courteous. They were professional and worked in teams. The greeter got to work right away. He checked the pressure of the tires and aired them to the recommended psi, he also checked the fluids and refilled some that were needed. On this visit we purchased a Groupon and they gladly accepted and continued with their professional service. The gentleman pointed out the back taillight was out and recommended they repair it. They checked ac filter and proceeded with the ultra synthetic oil described on our value Groupon. We ended up saving about $30 worth the drive from downtown Memphis. Will return again because of the friendly service, kind gentleman and speedy service even thought they were busy when we arrived.

I went to this location to get oil change had coupon. Attendant tried to gave me a price with coupon that was more than last time. It turned out he was trying to put a different more expensive oil in. I told him I wanted same kind he then stated lower different price. He had an attitude. When they finished I asked if they could check my antifreeze, he came over and showed me to device he checked antifreeze and said my antifreeze was no good. I asked him how much to do that he said $89. I declined. I immediately drove to another business and they checked it and said it was fine. UNTRUE INFORMATION. I will not return to vavoline in the future
