My 2002 Sienna was sputtering and misfiring with check engine light on, so had to get somewhere quick. J took a scanner to it, had 4 faulty ignition coils. He gave me a fair price and completed the work the next day, and so far no issues.

I wish I could give zero, I took my car to check for overheating, JD(Jagdish) told, it will be $400 to replace radiator, I didnt have budget for $400 so I told him not do anything, and I picked up my car, week after I took to local guy and found out one radiator fan was missing and other one he didnt even plug it in caused my Head gasket blew off, please save your money and go somewhere else

Extremely honest and good people at this place. I brought my car in for what I suspected to be a brake fluid flush (I thought I had vapor lock) and oil change, but it ended up being a seized caliper that was the culprit.When Mike called to tell me what the problem was, I asked if I should still do the fluid flush and would need a new rotor and he said no, just a caliper. He could have said yes and sold me a bunch more stuff as I seriously thought the time the brakes seized up it damaged the pads and rotor as well. They even went through the other calipers and cleaned/lubricated everything.Ill always bring my vehicles to these guys from this point forward. They understand that honesty, integrity and doing a great job leads to long term value for both the customer and the business.

The best place for quick repair! I just replaced the brakes in two cars. They cut rotors, replaced the brake pads and put on new steering wheel tires. All in an hour! The best team Ive ever seen. And now the best ... price! It is really acceptable. Thank you J and Robert !!! That is why I support local businesses.

Horrible experience! They tried to rip me off! Brought my car in for a coolant leak at the water pump, probably figured I needed a new one, and an oil change. Walked in the door and waited for about 10 min before someone showed up at the main desk (back from a smoke break). They wrote down what I needed done on a notepad and told me they would call. Fine. About an hour later, the guy working the desk (not a mechanic, never got to speak to one) told me I needed a new condenser and radiator. His exact words for pricing: Oh, well, that will start at oh about $1150. I told them to just do the oil change and picked up my car about 30 min later. It took 15 min for them to print out the bill. While I was waiting and talking to the guy he was explaining how their online appointment system always fails. Good to know! Got my car out of there and kept it at 30 mph and took to my guy in Arlington Hts. He looked at it and said nothing was wrong with radiator and condenser. All I needed was that new water pump (which I already anticipated). Never again will I go there! I wont even drive by the place when I go to Home Depot next door. Ill use the other entrance!

These guys are always helpful and honest. I have been taking my cars here since the new management took over. Whats great is that they service the classic cars as well. I have taken my 61 BelAir and my 75 Mini Cooper there as I can trust they wont overcharge or make a mess of things.

I had never been to a Meinecke for a oil change. They did a great job, they checked out my car explained to me that since my car has so many miles on it I should check the oil more. They didnt try up sales me, so many places will try to tell something is wrong with your vehicle and its not. I was allowed to use my T-Mobile coupon and the service people there were great to work with friendly service.
