I’m a return customer, I love the fact all I have to do is drive up and they take care of everything. I’m in and out less then 30 minutes. They even tell me about the coupons that are available. I don’t have to pay those high price dealers cost but I get the same services.

It was fine. . . No better or worse than any other place. . . Service was fine, nothing special, nothing bad. . . Bottom line is that it becomes about convenience and price. . . Their prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else, they are conveniently located for me, and the oil change was quick. . . Now, the next part here may or may not be their fault (depending on how you look at it, but still quite annoying). . . I need a tire rotation, and they couldnt because their lift is broken. . . I know thats not the fault of the employees, but it is the fault of the company. . . oil changes and tire rotations are your bread and butter, a rotation is almost 100% profit, and people usually get them done with oil changes. . . I dont know when the lift broke, or the details behind it, but a simple we cant, the lift is broken isnt a great answer. . . Whats an ETA on a fix? why isnt it already fixed. . . If it were my store I wouldve had someone out there before the place opened working on it.Secondly, I needed the cabin air filter changed too. . . They said they could have one in about 15 minutes, so I said okay. . . Then they had to come back and tell me they couldnt get ahold of one so they couldnt do anything. . . Cant clean it, cant get one, just go somewhere else. . Whatever, it happens, you cant control other peoples inventory, but make sure you can get the thing before telling me you can.

The staff was efficient and Tony was very helpful, even offering me a coupon to use. I will definitely be back to this location!

Always fast and friendly service, I rarely have to wait for any vehicles in front of me, but even then, Id rather wait here than go to any other location that will or wont be busy at the time. Unless theres a dramatic change in service, I plan on going here as long as it stays open.

This was my first visit to a Jiffy Lube and I was impressed! It was an interesting experience and I never left the car. This is definitely a COVID friendly way to get an oil change.

Quick and quality service here, had to take my girlfriends car to get serviced. All the guys working were running a tight ship and all service bays were full. Despite that they cleaned my windshield as soon as I pulled in and had time to show me how to reset the oil life indicator. Another man informed me of a small piece of metal he had found in my tire that was very hard to see, so I knew he wasnt just glancing. Good humours as well. All around a great place to get quick work done and Ill be going back in my own car.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My boyfriend and I came here to get a little truck check up before going on a trip. These guys were awesome!! They did everything we asked of them in a timely manner and even referred us to a cheap place to get something fixed that they personally don’t carry the equipment for. These guys were so funny and social through the whole thing. These awesome guys even gave us a student discount. After having my boyfriends truck checked out I decided to pull my car through there because we were so happy with them. I bought windshield wipers through them (but one get one free) and they threw them on and they were good to go. They even sprayed & cleaned my windshield with rain-x, as they were doing this, I grabbed some wipes I had in the car and started wiping my inside windows. One of these guys saw me doing this and handed me a paper towel with their product on it to finish up, which was so kind because what I keep in the car was not good stuff. I knew in the beginning how much this would cost and was so happy to receive a total at the end which was also discounted. 10/10 recommend and personally don’t think i’ll be going anywhere else for these services. Wishing I got the name of the manager here so I could also post about how funny he was, but at the same time being professional and as helpful as could be. Thanks Guys!!

Let me tell you about the amazing drive up service I just had for my oil change. Christopher and Shaquille have AMAZING customer service skills. This excellent team made sure my lights worked, fluids were good, that the tire pressure was good, etc. I definitely dreaded having to get an oil change, but these two made it feel like less of a chore.

Chris is always the best! I have stopped going to wolfchase Toyota bcuz they would take hours for an oil change and also quality was poor.Thankfully a friend recommended this place. I have been coming here for over a year now and always treated well, great quality and they always have a coupon! I have a highlander 2015.

These guys are awesome. I’ve never taken my truck to a “quick lube” type of garage and I can say they knocked it out of the park. As soon as we left we came back with our other vehicle. Prices were good, everything was finished quickly, and the guys talked us through everything as well. The manager cheated me out of my $25 discount that I showed him the codes coupon for.He listed the coupon as merchandise purchase first, then he subtracted the coupon as a discount. Thus, not giving the discount I was eligible for. REALLY?He thinks hes gotten over but theres a surprise coming his way. I wasnt born yesterday sir!
