Salesperson Oliver and the Sales Manager went on a test drive with me where I told them about the clunking noise that happens when I turn the wheel and guaranteed that I could bring my car back the following week to get it fixed. I bring it to the Service department and the man I spoke to said they were doing me a favor by taking my car in and fixing it. They held my car for a week and a day just for me to get it back and realize nothing had been fixed. Very disappointed in Wolfchase Nissan and their Service department. My heart hurts because I went through so much stress by not having my car then got it back with nothing fixed.

Wish wait was shorter but they give you snacks and wifi so you can work. Great service!

I had an app. Today to have my convertible top looked at it wont close. I was told they had a stack of tickets and Id have to reschedule. I told them this is a problem because its about to rain. I was sent away and rain poured into my car Im extremely upset. I cannot get a response from the service manager.

I always receive great customer service from this location.
