I had my oil changed. When i picked up my car i noticed oil on both front fenders by the hood. oil on the drivers door, outside and inside the door. Very unprofessional. I get the feeling they do not like their jobs here. This will be my last time going to this place.

Got in quickly and they have a reasonable oil change price. They did forget to set my oil sensor, but I figured out how to do it, (thank you Google!)

Went in for an oil changed asked the front desk to check the tires if there were any nails. They performed a tire patch without consent and end up charging 40 dollars. When I asked why they did the work without the consent he was like we just do it without asking. I told them they should have asked before doing it. They removed the charge. Once I paid and left the front desk guy gave me the middle finger and said I am no longer welcome we get a lot of business without you. Would not recommend. Rude and not trustworthy. Be careful .

Brought my car in to get checked out and to get the oil changed. Was given a very honest assessment of the problems in my car and which ones were more important. Work was done relatively quickly and at a fair cost. Nice waiting area too if you end up stuck having to wait there for the repairs. First time coming but will definitely come back again.

Dropped my cargo van off on a Sunday night, thinking it needed a new muffler. They called me early Monday morning to say that it wasnt the muffler, but a simplier less costly repair. It was ready around noon and everything was fixed. An honest repair shop. Matt was great to work with. Professional with a sense of humor. I recently took my vehicle to Bartlett Tire & Auto Service. They were great. They got my car done quickly, and the price was great. Hopefully I will not need their services, but if I do, Ill definitely come back.

The team at Bartlett Tire is awesome. I took my car there for a headlight change only to find out I had several oil leaks. Jim took the time to show me exactly where my car was leaking. He could have just topped off the oil and charged me per quart, but it was more cost effective to do a whole oil change and he presented that option to me. I will definitely be going there in the future. They are honest, and stand behind their work.

We brought my Chevy Equinox in because my right rear tire was slowly leaking air. The Chevy dealership said everything was fine at my last oil change. Matt from Bunges said it was because of a cracked wheel well. My husband confirmed because he was right there. Matt didn’t even try to sell us a brand new part but a used one which will work just as well. I think for both our cars now we will be going to Bunges to get all work done and not the dealerships. Very professional. Matt even called us at home to tell us the part was in. Wonderful service that you just don’t get anymore, anywhere.

Great mechanics & a good shop but first you need to get past the manager who needs to learn some people skills, like respect!

Buy/bring your own parts! Its almost 100% mark up price on parts. $230 autozone vs $380 on them.

Have had great experiences with Jim and the team. Previous management was not the case but glad I gave the new management a chance. Will definitely continue going there.

Called on my way home from work after my low tire pressure warning light came in. Jim fixed the rim causing my leak and did my overdue oil change so I wouldnt need to come back the next day. All of this at 5:30 on a Friday. Great customer service and a very reasonable price. Weve been coming here for years, but today Jim went above and beyond!

They are good ....but they charge a lot

I tried to fix the heat shield that had fallen off my daughters car. It just needed a few washers but I couldnt get the nuts off. Had her take it in figuring they would want to replace the whole thing, $$. After they finished they charged her $0.00. Thats right, nothing. They squeezed her in to a busy day and made the repair as I attempted to. We were so grateful. Now thats treating people right!

Gret to meet the manager Jim. Called ahead on my way home, and he said he can fit me in right away. I stopped by and was in and out. Very fast affordable service. Thanks guys!

I have always had great service at the Bartlett Tire & Auto Service. I would recommend them.

Horrible, such a rip off, Bob gives you a pissy ass attitude. Went there for a complete inspection and told them to fix everything wrong and they completely half assed it. A week later my break light and check engine light came on and I had to go to another shop and get everything refixed. Including refilling all my fluids because they didnt bother to check any of them.

I trust them with repairs on my car. The oil change was very responsible in price.

After going to Bobs tire for over 20 years we tried Bunges tire and they sold my son a new tire on Friday 2/08 and then on Monday 2/11 the tire was already going flat. So he went back only 3 days later and they charged him for a another tire and said they could not replace the tire because he drove on it? If they would have fixed in the first place he wouldnt have had to go back...... We will NEVER go back to a place with such sub-standard work.....
