I never thought I’d be bawling my eyes out over nails but they completely botched my nails they look nothing like the picture and then they had the audacity to charge me $75 after telling me it’s gonna be $45 over the phone and never informing me prior that it would cost more. The first picture is the picture I showed them the second picture is what I got. hoco nails, ruined.

NOPE!! Never again. Ive given this place too many chances. Theyve always been just OK, but after my past two experiences there, Ill never go again. I made an appointment for 4:00. Was still sitting in the chair at 4:35 when they finally took me. The pedi was rushed and poor quality. Fast forward to next time... Geez, stop with the up-sell and trying to add services and concentrate on doing quality work! This pedi was also done poorly, cuticles were not cut properly, the polish chipped in less than a week. After one week, the pedi looked like it was 4 weeks in.Perhaps the effort in the work should be more, and the effort in the up-sell should be less.

I did not.like this place at all. Felt like I paid too much for just a regular French tip and my nails started getting bad and breaking off within the week.

So I’ve been to so many nail salons all the years I’ve been getting my nails done and getting pedis. This place I’ve gotta say, is the best!!!! The girls there do a great job. Do what you like always remember your name and have great customer service. They offer you something to drink when you’re getting you nails or feet done. They also make you laugh always have something nice or funny to say and conversate with you. I give this place a 5 star a highly recommend this place for male and female.

If you want a set of acrylic nails don’t go here. The lady literally cut me on every finger. The nails are awful. They are super bulky and badly made. They don’t pay attention to detail and she got angry every time I asked her to fix them. They had a bad attitude when I requested someone else to Finnish the job and fix my nails. I do not recommend this place.

Great place with wonderful staff, got in right away and nail tech was so diligent with her work. I got a set of gel nails nd they came out beautifully. Cant wait to go back and get try the dip

The techs at Luxury Nails are great. I have been going there for 11 years and have never had a problem. Pedicures are fantastic; they have several different types you can choose from. The shop is very clean and they practice good sanitation of the tools. I rate the shop and techs as a 5. They also offer various other services such as threading and waxing.

I love Tina ( the owner) She takes her time and always does an excellent job. Plus we have a lot of laughs. Everyone there is so sweet. ❤️❤️👍👍

Got me in right away and they were all so nice! acouple of my nails aren’t shaped the same, so thats bothering me. they aren’t as neatly done as they should be. other than that it was a great time in there!

I went for a first time with my 3.5 years old. When I called to make an appointment I told them for her, and they were ready - she got her nails done too :) while mommy was doing her nails.I do not have any complaints, three weeks later my gel manicure is still there, even my nails are grown now, but it did not peels off even while digging in the sand. Price was reasonable, they charge me $35 for me, and $6 for the little one.

My feet were done good better hate my eye brows.. definitely could of did em my self and done a better job but the lady was friendly

This place is one of the worst nail salons ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR TIME HERE!They charged me 75.00 for a gel set with a few gems. Nail tips applied were way to narrow to begin with, then she left a big gap between gel and cuticle(looked like I needed a fill!).To top it off she cut them short without even asking me what length I preferred . The few gems she put on were crooked and fell off the following day so did a nail and she filed them all different lengths.. UNBELIEVABLE !Im not one to complain or post negative reviews but hopefully someone will benefit from knowing this and spread the word about this place.

Tina and her staff are always so friendly and courteous. Walk ins welcome for a last minute indulgence. The shop is very clean and prices very reasonable. I recommend them. They do a wonderful job

I love coming here - the ladies are careful. Tell them exactly what you want and do not worry about reminding them in case you are not happy with the outcome, they are always willing to adjust accordingly. Good service and clean/friendly environment. I have been going there with my best friend for a few years now and would highly recommend it.

Tina is the absolute sweetest.All of the staff is. Tina took me last minute the day before my wedding after having a bad experience at another facility and she did a fabulous job! I’ve been a satisfied customer for the past 7 months.

Im not sure which nail salon Eva went to, but from what she wrote below DOES NOT sound like Luxury Nail Tech!!! This place is the best!!! I am a regular customer and they have always been professional and curious, even when they are busy. The owner recently updated the salon with new chairs and decor because she cares about her customers and wants to make sure your experience is first class. I always look forward to getting my nails done because of service that they offer.

Not many options are far as designs or add-ons go... I wanted two different colors for Easter, and the technician told me it was an extra cost.... After I explained thats what I wanted she rudely pulled my hand to her and said shed do it this time for free .If that means giving me attitude the whole time, burning 3 of my fingertips with the automatic nail filer and rush me off after, you can keep your free .Oh, and God forbid you dont choose the No-Chip polish they relentlessly try to harass you about getting 😒no thank you, NEXT!

This is probably the best salon I ever went to. Good ladies and great service. They do a great job on the nails and the salon is pretty. If you come here youll probably would want to come again.

NEVER GO HERE! They were closing soon so they rushed and cut me several times. Tried over charging me as well. When i went back and tried to see what they could do to fix it the owner blamed my body and said “bigger people tend to have this issue” So my full set looks like it’s been 3 weeks And they were done a week ago. Place is rude and doesn’t do anything to fix the issues they make!

I was there for the first time this past weekend. It was a busy weekend as my usual nail place told me to come back in an hour but since I did not have time I tried 2 more nail places, one was closed and the other was so busy that they just told me they were too busy didnt even offer a waiting time (rude). So, I kept driving and found Luxury Nails Tech...wow! Best pedicure I have ever had! It was a REAL pedicure, not rushed or barely touched. Still use razor if you want and massage and scrub like they mean it! My no chip fill was excellent too. They were very friendly and I will be back, might have just found a new nail salon after going to my normal one for 4 years. My daughter in law is going today. Totally recommend their pedicures. Tina the owner who attended me said all her girls do real pedicures.

Clean, friendly, lots of chairs so never (or rarely ever) a wait, reasonably priced, always do a great job! Very good neighborhood salon!

I love all the girls here, iv been going for just about 2 years now and they remeber my name every time i walk in and when i call!!! They ask about my family and make me feel so welcomed every visit. I dont think ill ever have a new mail home!

Great for PEDICURE to keep your feet healthy, men are missing out if youre afraid to go. Very relaxing and a professional staff. They use professional tools/autoclave to keep everything clean and safe.

Worst experience I have ever had! I went in to get a fill and the lady asked if I wanted them shorter and I said yes please, she never asked how short and just kept grinding them and she ended up making them shorter than my finger tips so I had to pay to get a whole new set put on. Then I asked her multiple times to file them shorter than they were that I didnt like the length of the new nails and all she kept saying is no, they are even they are good. The following day after having my nails done I noticed my real nail had separated from the tips, so I called and they told me to come in and they would fix them. When I went in to get them fixed the owner/manager kept telling me it was because my actual nails were too long and she would just add nail glue to make them stick. I told her that I wanted a new set, my nails shouldnt separate from the tips like that. After about 10 minutes of explaining this I finally told her to forget it I would just go somewhere else. She finally agreed to put a new set on. After removing the fake nails she cut my real nails extremely short and applied new tips and sent me over to another lady to have them finnished. Once they were shortened, I looked underneath and noticed yet AGAIN that my real nails were not completely glued to the tips. The manager came over and argued with me. She told me Ive been nail tech for 15 years, there is no way they are separating. They are fine. She then proceeded to tell me that my real nails were too short to put tips one, but she was the one that cut my nails! I was so disappointed I had them remove the tips and just apply no chip polish to my nails.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

I wouldnt have given this a star.I have never written a complaint before.Went in to get a fill in and pedicure. I will never go here again! She cut my nails so short after I asked her not to. She cut 3 of fingers and extremely rough. She put the wrong color on twice.She then did my pedicure was done in under 10 mins. Didnt even paint my toes!I spoke with the owner and she did absolutely nothing about it at all! She refused to talk to her in English after I clearly asked to her not to.I spent $90 and was the worst service I ever had in a salon.Not sure what made me more upset the fact that it was the horrible experience or the fact the owner did nothing about it.I had been there many times before however after this I will never go again!Do not waste your money or time!!!!!

I have been going to Luxury nails for many years I did respect the place as it was clean and they know you by name. Except for the last 6 times my no chip nail polish has always chipped in a few days, but I am busy with my own business and dont always time to run back and fix them. So I chalked it up to oh well maybe it is just me and it wont happen next time.. Until one day I sat next to another lady who mentioned the same thing keeps happening to her and Tina the owner didnt hesitate to say to the lady and myself that next time it happens come back in and she would fix it. But wouldnt give the lady a discount when asked, that she needs to come in when it hapoens. Well this time when supposedly no chip nail polish did it again for me I went in to get them fixed and a nail polish change for my toes and a fill since it had been 6 days. I also asked for a discount when I arrived and I was told.. o.k. o.k. in a quiet voice. When the time came to pay my nail tech, she already swiped my card and charged me $40.00. I explained about the discount I asked for when arriving and Tina says oh sorry next time I give $5.00 off. I was appalled at how little of a discount considering they will charge for every little service. They have no problem charging $6.00 + for each nail you want a design on. I tip very well approx. $25.00 -30 each time not including there charge, cause I know as a business owner myself and how much they depend on tips and if you havent noticed yet, its different charge each time for whatever reason they said they did for you.There was another incident but that is another story. Lets put it this way its greed just pure greed.

My friend and I went to get our nails done, no chip pedicure and she wanted to get her no chip manicure changed. The lady didnt soak off my friends gels. She started CHIPPING THEM OFF. She broke my friends nail and then started FILING THE BLOOD OFF. She then tried to say it was totally ok to paint over the sore. I got my no chip pedicure, which was supposed to be $40 I beloeve. They charged me $50. Then my nail tech made me feel super uncomfortable by basically cornering me until I gave her a tip to her satisfaction. My nails look good. Not worth it.

I love sitting for a relaxing pedicure and chair massage. Its a great half hour or so time out from the hectic week.

If there was a way not to give them a star, I would have not. I gave this place one tooo many chances!!! A couple weeks ago, I decided to allow the owner, Tina, to do my nails and maybe that would change my perception of the place...Huge mistake! She cut the side of my thumb to the point of bleeding. I was extremely frustrated!!! At the end, nothing mattered to her as long as she was filling up her place and making money. I WILL NEVER go back NOR recommend this place.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded here...I should have just saved my money and done them myself or went somewhere else. All the lady did was thread the tail ends of my eyebrows. When I asked her to thin out the entire part of each eyebrow - she just tweezed a few hairs. Literally made zero difference.In addition, I once received a manicure from here. Most of the paint was chipped off within 48 hours.Go somewhere else.
