Very good gel nails & pedicure top rate.

Today was the worst day. I was there 2hours and Vanessa put somebody in front of me just to make more money .dam Vanessa it was that serious just make 10 extra dollars. When I was there that long.

They used to be real good but now its long waits and my feet look like they not soft u can still see dry skin on them. I like the one off poplar by Colonial over by superlo foods

Worst nail shop I have ever been to. The man started on my nails he did 1 hand I told him that I needed to get the rest of my money out of the car real fast. ((Instead of waiting til he was done)) so it took literally 10-12 seconds cause I parked right in front of the nail shop. I came back in a lady was sitting in my seat. So I asked him are you gonna finish my nails? He said she was before me which I saw her came behind me. So unprofessional how do you start on one hand and not finish. I advise to Go take you’re money elsewhere

Best place ever!!! I love them, they all do an amazing job regardless of who does your nails. And my eyebrows are always on point when I leave.

I loved my nails. Very affordable and service was good.

Vanessa did my eyelashes she did not sanitize tweezers she uses the same pair for everyone she glued the individual lash in my eye which caused infection and two styes my nails were longer and wider on one hand than the other I will never go back.

This was my first time ever getting my nails done so I have nowhere else to compare them to. But, they were very friendly and did what looks like a great job.

Too many people in the building. Not safely spaced per guidelines. No temp checks upon entering the building.Nail salons not following guidelines for Covic 19...I love Pro Nails..but safety comes before money.

I asked for a pedicure and full set they did the pedicure but I was sitting an extra 45 minutes waiting to get my nails done so I left

Great! I like that they take serious precautions to keep employees & customers from catching covid. They have glass shields, masks, and made sure everyone was a safe distance away from each other.

Very unprofessional I walked in got seated and the lady started on my nails she didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails she just did her own thing then when I told her I didn’t like it she was saying “I file em” but that had nothing to do wit why I didn’t like my nails my nails are really big and bulky I wouldn’t recommend going to this place.❗️

Ladies was nice and accommodating, come on a weekday morning. Friday and Saturday is really busy, will be in there for hours. Pedicure exceptional, they have resonable prices versus other nail salons in town

Came in, no greeting. No one asked what I needed. I sat there and sat there. All of the customers awkwardly watched. I got up to approach the eyebrow stylist myself. She became short and her performance was tougher than usual, rushed, and sloppy. She did not follow my natural arches. I was hoping her work would have been better, since the last experience was not that great either. It’s a shame because my family has been coming here since the early 2000s. But they’ve lost my business to he eyebrow threading business for sure.

It was amazing, MS. Wendy made my experience feel like I was in a real deal massage spa. I love how she takes her time on your feet and hands. I would recommend highly going here and the customer service is excellent. Iam truly a satisfied customer that will be coming back.

My friend drives from Oxford, MS for Vanessa at Pronail to do her lashes so I decided to try her too even though I live 45 minutes away. Vanessa is top notch. She spent a good bit of time helping me to decide the length and thickness that I preferred. After she finished, she explained how I should care for my lashes so as to maximize the length of time before I would need to replace them. the dos and donts. Everyone in the shop was friendly, they made me feel welcomed, it was clean and her clients seemed happy. They offer a full range of services including brows, lashes, waxing, manicures and pedicures. I highly recommended her.

I the nail technician was nice, I love the color that’s on my nails but I saw a few flaws and a few things that she did differently from any other nail technician I have been to that would make me not come back to this nail salon. It was my first time and will most likely be my last time.

Very Unsatisfactory. I only had my nails 2 days before they popped off which left an infection. They drill to hard and over charge you for length. Very rude and dont polish good. They cake polish on half ya nail leaving none on your around nail. They talk about you for telling them the truth and most important they take more money off your credit card then they suppose to. They scam me and my cousin we both went different days and we check our card they whipped our accounts. We got a law suit out for them as we speak.

I go here all the time for my eyelashes and eyebrows wax. But me and my sister was unsatisfied with our nails. The only thing I allow them to do is polish my real nails with challant gel nail polish and thats it. Will never allow them to put fake nails on me again.

I had been a customer here for over 10 years..I always get my feet done along with my nails so my bill was always $60 and up. First it was just a nail shop now theyre doing brows, lashes and all kinda ish which was no problem until Vanessa would stop on my nails to go do a $7 brow job. Ill be damned if im gonna keep spending my hard earned money where its not appreciated and that is exactly how I feel when you stop my services to go make 1/4 of what im about to pay..gurl BYE

Ive been going here for years and the service was great, but my last few times here was awful I was disrespected talked crazy to just treated horribly. I paid almost 60 for mani and pedi I really prefer Wendy do my pedi but this other lady insist I wasnt happy because it was half did she mouthed off rough with my feet because I had some to say Vanessa end up finishing it with no apologies nothing not even a week later polish came off I went back Vanessa attitude was nasty talking bout what she aint gonna do anymore its my nails but this same person talk me into getting a mani said my polish would last longer the polish still come off but you dont wanna fix it.It aint my nails its your polish you add bs to it when it gets low trying to stretch it but yall have gotten yall last 55.00 from me Ill never come back nor refer anyone to Pro Nail again.

I went there on Dec 28 2017 for a gel ovelay. Vanessas husband did the regular powder, constantly hitting my cuticles with the drill, didnt buff them at all plus it looks like he polished sandpaper... Never again...
