Okay job, nails font last as long as normal, older lady does a great pedicure. Also the customer service is pretty good.

Very nice ladies working there. I only had a pedicure done and she was very thorough, which I like. The price was good at $27.00. Only four stars because the shop and chairs could use some updating. They should also think about doing a more expensive pedicure with more extras. I would have paid the money for deluxe or whatever but nothing like that was offered to me. Hot stones, parrafin wax, etc.

I miss being able to go to see them!! Still as awesome as ever!!Got a full set reverse french tip!!I feel pretty now!

I was at this place 2 days ago... had a 5:30 appointment & didn’t leave until 8pm. I was the last person in the business. I called yesterday morning telling them that the polish was obviously too thick because it was PEELING OFF THE NEXT MORNING. So they made me an appointment at 9:30 (appt only)this morning to have them fixed. When I got there they told me it would be $25 to fix my polish. I just paid $100. WTH. I called not even 24hrs after being serviced. These people don’t speak a lick of English, wayyy too pricey, cheap products, & Unsanitary. They did my eyebrows in the same room they cook & eat in.

Love it!! Employees are very polite and respectful. Get you in and out in a timely manner, and manicure/pedicures are always beautiful. I would highly recommend..❤️❤️🔥🔥

I walked in and asked how long the wait would be for a pedicure. I could see they were busy and I did not have an appointment, I just wanted an honest answer about their wait time. The man at the desk said there was no wait and they could start right away. I have now been sitting in the chair for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to come over. Once again, I understand you are busy, but DO NOT LIE to your customers. Regardless of how the rest of my visit goes, I will not be returning.

Giving them two stars only because they are friendly and polite. however I will not ever visit them again. I have worn overlays for years and never had a problem until I used them. I ended up with fungus on my finger nails and toe nails. They dont listen (or maybe dont understand ) to the client needs and tend to do what they want although you are paying for a service. Not the cleanest place but its not the worst either. If you plan to utilize their service, proceed with caution. Enter at your own risk.

This place is all about money. HIGH PRICES, POOR QUALITY. Poor customer service, not clean, they were waxing brows in their break room. Unsanitary..... STAY AWAY.

Its a bit pricey but I figured Id give it a try & honestly I wont ever go back. They didnt do my nails the way I asked for them to, they barely speak English to even understand what Im saying & my nails turned out terrible! Worst experience EVER!! I dont recommend this place to anyone! I am not happy that I wasted money here!

Moved in Sept 2018 to Horn Lake, MS from Bartlett, TN. I still make the drive back to Bartlett to get my nails done at Paris Nails. Ive tried other Nail Salons, but no one else compares. Ill continue to make the drive. Love Paris Nails!!!

My first time going. I was hesitant because I have a favorite place so I thought. They were great and very friendly! My daughter first experience getting nails and they were gentle and went above my expectations. We will return. We may have found a new home ❤

I have been going to Paris Nail for over 10 years. All the people that work there are professional, kind, and friendly. If there is ever a problem, (which is extremely rare), I just talk to them and they fix it right away. They genuinely want their customers to be satisfied and return. I cannot imagine going to another nail place.

Everytime I go here my nails never last o longer than 3 days. I went Friday (7-12-19) the young lady did my nails like a little child did them. Never again will they get 42.00 out of me.

I just got my nails done this pass Saturday may 26,2018.My nails started to come off may 31st,2018.The big guy does an amazing job on my nails every time.But lately the young lady whos been working on my nails does such a sloppy job.Ill be finding a new salon soon.But they will fix my nails properly first.Not to mention she left acrylic bumps on the inside of my nails. Ugh! Horrible. If it wasnt for the big guy, Id give one star.

They were clean and friendly. I had my daughter with me to get her toes done also. I was happy with the service. I took a star off because they were super weird about my daughter handling the nail polish. Like she wasnt allowed to touch it even though she was getting a service. Theres signs posted about breaking bottles and how much theyll charge you. Ive been to plenty of places and that was a first.

Staff very friendly and accommodating but the quality of service has declined..Seven out of ten nails fell off in 3 days. I constantly give new chances but I see more and more ill practices . I witnessed them adding polish remover to their high dollar polish which causes every manicure or full set I get to chip up in 2-3 days....Paid $25 for gel polish..guaranteed me 2 weeks.. whole gel nail surface fell off in less than 4 days! STOP DILUTING YOUR PRODUCTS!
