The decor is nice, customer service was fine. The work left much to be desired. I had a gel manicure yesterday. The polish job wasnt the best, considering their prices. I feel like the workers were being rushed to keep up with the demand and to prevent customers from leaving if the wait was too long.

I enjoyed my experience at Kenny’s! The staff were so sweet and it only took an hour for the entire service. I got acrylics with an almond shape and colored French tips. I will definitely come back:)

On yesterday, I had one of the worst nail experiences of my life! First of all, I waited an hour, in the chair before anyone started on my nails. Secondly, the guy who started on my nails, looked at my hand and said, your nails too long. He proceeded to cut them down, to mid- length, after I told him to only cut the tips; I was furious! He offered no apologies, and appeared to get irritated, because of my attitude! Thirdly, my original nails were square-round, so I asked him to shape them the same way. He said ok, but he squared them. My nails are short, and they look like a box! A student could have done this work! 😠 Lastly, they didnt offer any discounts,due to my dissatisfaction. This is the most beautiful, unprofessional salon in Memphis!

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. I waited almost two hours before they started working on my pedicure. I understand everyone is under staffed right now due to the pandemic but dontlet someone schedule an appointment if youre too busy and cant honor it. My toenail polish was sloppy. My gel polish on my nails looked pretty good but I came out with a completely different nail shaped than I came in with. It was way over priced. I even brought my own polish and gel . No discount was given.

Lam makes my feet and legs happy! Essential oil and paraffin wax pedis are awesome and the glass of wine makes it even better.

My 1st visit & I got a $60 pedicure & the Male attendant dress like a lady, never rubbed the bottom of my foot, and didnt use hot rocks on my foot either. He took the rocks that was left over from my fiance s pedicure. He only threw (1) warm fragrant towel across both of my legs??? Huh? I have 2 legs!!!! Worse expensive pedicure ever!!!!

From the sweet girl at check in to my nail tech this place was amazing. The absolute only thing I would change is I wish the polish was a little better organized but it was probably because they were busy.

Got a basic gel set with clear polish and a basic pedicure.. was charged $94..?!?! It qas my first time there and if i hadnt had a giftcard to pay for most of it i wouldve been even more irritated.. 3 days later and 2 of the nails had already broken off and none of them were even. The pedicure was great! I go back to have them re-done and they tried to charge me all over again! Very rushed and inattentive to customers and extremely over priced. I will never go back.

My friend and I have been to this place twice and both times we have had a bad experience. The service was rushed and after 1-3 days our nails were already ruined. The nail tech did not even completely file and clip my nails, she slapped some nail polish on them and told me to dry them without even saying goodbye or thank you for coming in. My friend had bubbles under her dip nail polish and it looked horrible. The only friendly, inviting staff member there was the receptionist. I will not be going back.

Everyone is so sweet and professional. I would honestly recommend any of their techs. They are all amazing. The place is very clean. You can definitely see they take pride in what they do.

First and last time visiting this nail salon. The decor was beautiful, the customers very friendly, and the receptionist was on point but the quality of my service was not very good. Gel polish all over my nail beds and hands, tech did not even let the drying cycle complete before she was pulling my hands out. I cleaned my nails up as much as I could upon returning home.

This was the worst nail experience that my two daughters and I have ever experienced. Our nails are all unsatisfactory, however the real issue we had was that two of the nail techs hurt us. My 14-year-old daughter had her finger filed to the point where she had blood dripping down her hand, where her fingerprint is!! Accidents happen around the cuticle but this was unacceptable! I made the mistake of paying before the services were completed, after receiving such terrible treatment and my daughter literally sobbing in her chair and in the car after leaving they still would not issue a refund. Even though my own nails and my other daughters nails dont look great, I would have accepted a partial refund for my oldests nails, not only do they look like eggs, she was literally traumatized by this tech. Never ever go here!! We are filing complaints with the state board as well!!

Very best pedi I have had in a long time. Not at all rushed. My feet were trashed and in need ofsome TLC and Lam brought her A game to the table. Place was clean very busy but the worked us right in. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend this one.

I give it 2 stars. The decor and services offered would be worthy of 5 stars. However, customer service is poor and unapologetic. I will not be returning for a number of reasons. The owner is not familiar with federal nor state laws regarding trained service dogs. Although I presented a copy of the law, he was indignate. The TN Board of insurance was consulted. They also follow the same laws. The prices for services listed on the cards at the desk are much lower than the prices listed on the booklet that you receive once youre in the massage chair. The manager, Julie will pretend that she is not the manager. Covid is the excuse or justification for anything awry. I was placed in the last chair for approximately 30 min and wasnt offered anything to drink which appeared to be customary for all clients.

I’ve always had an okay experience. My first time getting my nails done was pitiful. It really ain’t a better way to say it. But pedicure seemed cool. Inviting my mom & sister tomorrow. They real boujie so I hope these people don’t disappoint my folks. Yal better earn them 5 stars!

I enjoyed my time there and I love my nails. The only complaint I have is that I got the Kenny super deluxe pedicure and it stated that it was a 55 minute treatment. The tech only spent 30 minutes on me.

Rushed yet expensive service.Waited 30 minutes for service. Which was expressed upon entry and understood. First service (basic gel pedicure) it was okay. Second service (basic gel manicure) it was rushed with a tacky end result. Total cost $97 not including $10 tip and VALUABLE TIME wasted. Service and cost is NOT WORTH the upscale image that’s trying to be portrayed at this establishment.From requesting the most expensive service to the least ( I’ve tried them all), getting the FULL relaxed experience without having to supervise and direct the tech is “hit or miss” . Customers pay to relax, unwind and be pampered. Not to donate to the business and leave stressed.

I wanted cow print on white nails. No hard at all, the girl couldn’t do it so i was left with white nails after she attempted and they looked awful. My nails have little hairs on them under the top coat and just look ghetto. Wouldn’t recommend honestly. Especially for the price.

$107 for what??? They cant do nails good at all then they charge me $7.00 for the shape of my nails then $25.00 for the polish all for my nails to fall off in 4 days... he rushed the job when he got done drilling my nails he didnt tell me to wash my hands he just applied the nail polish on it and I was out the door... never again will I go back there.

My daughter got a acrylic fill in. The polish job was horrible. They were very rude and didn’t apologize. And tried to paint over the mistakes. She will NEVER go to this nail shop again.

I love this place not as good as the others I’ve been to but it’s still great. You might a little bit of a long wait but it’s worth it and it’s better to walk in and wait to walk out with great nails. It was a very nice visit. My mom comes here all the time. We both got mani pedis. The atmosphere is nice and we were well spaced out. They check your temperature at the door and you fill out a form confirming if you have had symptoms of covid or contact with someone with covid. They also serve complimentary drinks i.e. Mimosas, wine, water, sodas.

I arrived at 9:30 on Saturday September 14. I was not even started on until 10:30 and then left at 1. Ridiculous. Not to mention Kenny would not take my bill down a single penny for the inconvenience. $62 for a less than comfortable experience. I used to always be pleased with how I was treated. If it wasnt for Judy I would never return there. Horrible.

Im so dissatisfied. Every time you go, one of your nails pop off prior to your next visit. Happens every time. I get my nails done every 2 weeks. Im very glad Ive found a new salon. This is a way to charge more at your next visit. Shame!

They are sure to see you in a timely manner. Recently, Ive tried the dip powder for the first time... Never going back to regular polish on my nails.This place is clean, affordable, dependable and I am officially a very happy, devoted customer 💅👌👱‍♀️

Heavy on the drill and rushed through pedicure

I usually like them but their customer service has went down the drain. I got a manicure and pedicure which was nice. However I didnt like the color I chose for my toes so I wanted to get another one. They wanted to charge me an extra $12 for a polish change. Ive never been charged for changing the color before. It was the biggest waste of money ever. I still had air bubbles on my nails when I left.

This used to be the only place I came to get my nails done. Not anymore, Took them an hour and 15 minutes to take off acrylic nails!? The staff is very friendly but they are hyper focused solely on money and unfortunately how many customers they can fit in at once, instead of focusing on the customer experience. They finished up two woman who came in after me with a pedicure and began their manicures when I had to speak up and ask for a tech to finish taking off my dripping off dissolved glue, burning from acetone skin, nails first. Wonder how long I would have sat there if I didn’t speak up..

I waited at a manicure table for 20 minutes. They offered no we will be right with you, or just a few minutes and your manicurist will get to you. So I got up and walked out. The young woman working closest to the door came outside after me calling to me. She asked if I had paid. I responded why would I pay you anything if no one did anything. Oh, she said, well come back in. I just shook my head, saying why would I do that, I sat there for 20 minutes already. I hope a manager rolls back the security video to early afternoon on 10/9 to witness this poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Explained and showed exactly what I wanted and got something completely different. I have never had a good experience here and will never return after this last time. They are rude and unprofessional. Also will nickle and dime you. Definitely not worth $100....

Your nails and feet are given the best care.Would like to see the eye lashes look a bit more natural not vey thick. All eye brows look great too.The staff is great and the atmosphere and the shop is clean and inviting!!! Great place to relax.

One of my nails broke within a week, went to get it fixed and was charged. Going into week 2 I lost 3 nails. This is week 4 and I have 3 nails left.

I’ve been to Kenny’s for about 2 years and never have I had a problem with the employees. As soon as I sat in the chair the nail tech Vivi had an attitude for no reason when I tried to show her how I wanted my nails to look. Instead of telling me at that moment she could not do my nails the way I wanted them to look, she proceeds to do my nails then put a clear coat over them. When I asked her about the design she has an attitude again and decides to laugh at it and comments under her breath about it. Not only that, but my nails have air bubbles in them. A bad attitude and a bad nail tech does not add up! As much as I love this place, she will NEVER do my nails again!

Went in to get a polish change. Tina took the polish off and told me to wash my hands. She decided that my real nails under the acrylic werent white enough and preceded to drill over half of my real nails away. And then her and lady in charge argued with me saying that it needed cleaning and that she didnt mess them up. I didnt ask for it and surely will never return. They are so not worth the hype.

We were left sitting for 20 minutes with an appointment while walkins were served first. We could have been soaking in the meantime but that didnt happen. I requested an powder gel hombre manicure but Tyler suggested a gel that he showed me a picture of what he had done before and he obviously stole it from someone elses page. It looks like a student did my nails. They are thick, misshapen and messy. I was visiting from out of state so I am unable to get them redone and Im sure a refund is out of the question.

The place is clean and inviting, but each time I come I end up getting hurt or bleeding in some way. Techs are in a hurry and tend to talk more than they focus on the customer. That being said, I went there 5 weeks ago and my pedicure hasnt even started chipping yet.

My nails were not painted completely and she nipped me on my thumb. I should not see my nail as soon as I get my nails polished. My pedicure polish was horrific. Ive never gone back for someone to fix it but you could clearly see different heights in the polish so I had to. For $50 my polish should look like a magazine. I had a schedule that was messed up because she had to redo the polish. The shop looks nice and the massage chairs were great. The nail tech was friendly and professional but the work is not good. I would not return or recommend.

Horrible pedicure!! Nice facility.I went a few weeks ago for the first time. I didnt realize how bad my pedicure was until I was in the sunlight walking to my car. I would have demanded a re-do at that time but I was in a hurry. Its was a guy that did my pedicure. The trim job was AWFUL and uneven. The polish was applied tacky. He really didnt massage my legs or feet. I get my feet done all the time and keep them well maintained so he really didnt have to do more than a get shape up and polish.

Always go here to get my nails done and they take walk-ins. The only reason Im not giving 5 starts is because they tend to be very slow (lots of waiting around) but once they are working on your nails everything is perfect.

Love the dip nails!!! They do a great job and the only salon I know of that offers this in memphis. However, i hate the wait. No option to schedule appts.. walk-ins only. Might not be a deal breaker for others but I can’t spend 2-4 hours getting nails done with most of the time spent waiting to even get started. I had a shellac manicure and before the end if the same day 8 of my nails were chipping and pealing on the edges.I left for a long weekend and could not be there to get it fix. when I call to let them know and told them I could send pictures, they told me too bad we can do anything for you if you dint come today. So pretty much they stole my $40 dollars.Terrible customer service.

First two times I went the service was good, but today it was god awful!!!! Ryan did my nails. He was VERY RUDE!!! I got a fill in and a polish change on my toes. He rushed through my fill-in and my polish was lumpy looking not a smooth finish, then I told him I also was getting the polish changed on my toes he waived his hands and was basically like so!!!! I had to tell the lady in charge with with braces that I wanted the polish change on my toes. She told him and he did it but then when he was finished he shooed me off to go sit back in my seat.

I drive from Arlington to Kennys since the opening. If Kenny himself doesnt provide the service I DO NOT WANT IT. The last 3 times has been HORRIBLE! I asked for medium length nails the first technician gave me short. I asked for Judy instead, waited for her, told her I wanted the same length, shape and color I get EVERYTIME. Rough, nails uneven and no care at all. I simply paid and left without polish. Kenny arrived walked past me and spoke to several other customers and did not ask what was the problem. Most likely wont go back.

My fiancé took me and my maid of honor and bridesmaids to get our nails done . It was a horrible experience, the ladies at the front were very nice and helpful but the nail technicians were rude and were so rough on our hands it made them bleed and just a overal horrible experience.

Everything was great at first, however after a few more times I was sadly disappointed with the work that was done on my nails.I also referred several people here as well and unfortunately they were not happy with how their nails were shaped/shellac peelings and/or easily broken nails came within the 1st 3 days.I had left a great review but now I had to edit this rating with up to date information to warn others not to waste their hard earned money here.They also charged me for gel nails when I got acrylic nails several times. Becareful of what you pay if you do decide to go.The prices they charge would be ok if only the quality of the work was on point but its not.

2 different people worked on my manicure, they put my acrylic tip on crooked and said it was straight, didn’t put the acrylic to the base of my nail, told me one of the tips was bent when it was clearly broken and painted onto skin. I will never be coming back here
