Finally came here for a pedicure after my mom had been bragging about this place for years. DEFINITELY should have came sooner! Best pedicure I’ve gotten in a very long time! Especially since Covid it seems so many places have cut corners, but not here. This is now my go to nail place!

I went in just a couple weeks ago and the way I felt there still has not left my mind. I went in to get an acrylic fill in done. I ran late but I called and asked if it was okay to still come in and I was told yes. When I was picking out my colors, I was told next time I come in..to come in early if I want to pick out a color because they are busy. When the owner said that, I looked around and saw only one other client in the entire salon and 4 other workers there sitting and doing nothing. I really wanted to say something but I kept my mouth shut. On top of that, I was charged 5$ extra to take off no chip nail polish but I did not see anything done differently then just removing regular nail polish.

The staff at Anns nails are always perfossinal and nice. Ann is always making sure the customer is happy and Is satisfied.

They are super friendly and professional. They do not disappoint. Just tell them what you want and its done. You wont regret it. Highly recommend calling to reserve ahead of time.I was so happy with my nails. Im coming back again for sure!

Love this place! I didnt know if theyd have any availability for a no chip manicure, but called and was able to come in right away. The space at Anns Nails is clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Definitely impressed with the quality of the manicure itself, and I cant say enough good things about who made my nails look so great. Ill happily be returning in the future. Service and staff were top notch.

Everyone is so sweet at Ann!. Very meticulous and exactly what I wanted and it lasted for a very long time! I do wish they had more gel chrome options, but what they have is still good. Highly recommended! Super cute spot and Im really impressed with what theyve done with such limited space. They managed to make it feel airy and spacious. A+

Came with a group of friends and visited Anns Nails in Bartlett and had the best experience ever at a nail salon. They cater to your needs. Very sociable and professional at the same time. Pedicure and manicures were flawless. The owner was very nice and made sure our reservation was available for us at the time we arrived. Nothing but positive feedback from my crew. I will defiantly go again.

This is a family owned establishment. The staff is incredibly courteous and attentive to detail. They offer free beverages. I received a manicure and Exclusive pedicure that was well worth the price. The staff takes their time to carefully remove any dry skin or calluses. Anytime I have ever brought any concerns to their attention they have been more than happy to correct them. I have been a long time customer and will continue to do so.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone getting their nails done for the first time.

Looked up best nail salon and found ANNS NAILS. Great work, clean professional salon. Also feel really relaxed. Great first stop when flying in from out of town.Owners and staff were great to talk with for a little while.💗

This is my new nail spot. It is exactly what Ive been searching for! I was tired of going where they didnt understand what I was trying to get. The place is very clean, has a great color selection and is very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly! The manicure and pedicure I got lasted a very long time. AND as an added bonus you get a shoulder massage included! So happy to have found this place!

This was the best pedicure of my life!!! I pass this place everyday on my way home from work and never thought to stop in. The salon is beautiful and very clean! The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back soon!

This place is clean and the equipment/massage chairs are all very new. They always offer water, which is nice because ya girl gets thirsty from sitting so long. The staff are all very friendly and any one of them do a good job. I went to get a gel manicure with shattered glass designs and its beautiful! I cant stop looking at them.

This place is Phenomenal! Ask for Nghia she did an incredible job on my coffin nails! Not only was she super friendly and we had great conversations but also she helped me decide on what I wantedThe front desk girl was also incredible and super patient and fun!This place is super busy Id recommend calling and set up the appointment.Plus they serve bomb drinks what more can you really ask for!@@

The 3 star rating is partly my fault. Received a gift certificate as a birthday gift. Went to use it before it expired and was greeted with rudeness because he was booked and I didnt have an appointment. Flash forward 3 and years later, going through things I found the gift certificate thought I would use it. Forgot it had an expiration date... $28 down the drain because they wouldnt honor it. Same owners, same name. They could have offered 50% off but nothing just a too bad so sad moment. Was not my first time there but was my last.

Its always hard to find a good nail salon that does acrylic fills. Most techs offer to remove mine and do gels. Technician did a phenomenal job on my pink and white fill! They look fantastic - just like gels.

This is my favorite nail salon by far! Best quality and service in Barttett. Booking my appointment was very fast, simple and easy through Google. When I walked in I really enjoyed seeing how beautiful and great atmosphere!!

This is hands down my favorite nail salon in Bartlett! Ive been coming here for 2 years, and any time I stray and try somewhere else Im completely disappointed. All of the nail technicians are awesome, Ive never had one that didnt do a great job and make me feel welcome. I always get SNS and it will last for 3-4 weeks without chipping. Sometimes theres a little bit of a wait but it moves quickly, and they take appointments. Their prices are fair. Overall I love this place and highly recommend it!

My nails always look great. The salon is clean and does smell like nail chemicals. The environment is peaceful and all of the techs seem to do a great job! Their no-chip is the way to go!

This review is from a male perspective. Ive been to this place 5 times now. I find the location very convenient, with lots of parking and very clean.The times Ive been here, the place is always busy but I have not had to wait. They always have enough employees to do my pedicure.My only Con is that you need cash to leave a tip and cannot leave a tip with a Credit card.

My friend and I got gel pedicures today. Clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing salon. They were wonderful. We both got the glitter fade style and each technicians were meticulous in their art. Make sure you make a reservation.

First time trying this place out, walked over from my apartment on a Sunday afternoon. No wait and beautifully decorated place. Got the express shellac mani and super happy! She really took her time and did a great job, which is not always the case at other places.

This is great local shop! I have been coming for no chip pedicures and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and meticulous about detail. They take the time & do not rush, just to make sure everything looks on point. Definitely on my list of go to shops for pedis & pampering!

I decided to try a new nail salon today to switch things up. I called and asked if they had any openings around 2:30 pm, and they did have an opening! I arrived early and my tech took me in quick. I told her that I wanted acrylic refill and gel change, I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she took care of the rest! She is simply amazing! She made me feel welcomed wanted, and comfortable. We had great conversations and the best thing is that she takes her time and makes sure that everything is going okay. I think that I have found my salon home for a while, the customer service and workers are too great to pass up!

The owner is awesome. She did the pink chrome for me! I have to admit that up close it isnt perfect, minor flaws but I still love how they came out. Love this set!

I just left Ann’s Nails extremely DISAPPOINTED. I was charged $60 dollars plus a $6 tip, which would not have been a problem except for the fact that my nails did NOT MATCH. My nails were done by Ann THE OWNER. The nails on my left hand were significantly longer than the nails on my right. I had to return to Ann’s to ask her to fix my nails, which she did after having me wait for 20 minutes. My nails are not great now, but they are somewhat better. Ann would not give me any form of a refund or an apology, which proves further that she does not care about your nails only about money. I do not recommend going to Ann’s nails. She charges too much for the bad services that she supplies. Instead try Pink Hair in Bloomingdale and ask for Lucy. Lucy charges $30 for nails and will give you any design that you want for no extra charge. She is a fun and bubbly person to talk to while you get your nails done and you will always leave smiling.

The shop is clean and comfortable with the same pro staff. Professional, perfectionist, and quick!I will definitely be back!

They remember me by name and just cater to their customers. they did a fantastic job and I just love them.Other noteworthy things I forgot to mention in previous review- extremely clean. You wont find nail dust all over the place and they use liners for ther pedi basins.Their peeps give THE best massages! Most places do too hard and I end up with bruises... I swear, its so soothing that I almost fall asleep! Theyre fantastic!I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone getting their nails done for the first time.

Im super picky when it comes to my nails and happy to say Ive found a place I will keep going back to. Very clean, friendly staff and they did exactly what I asked for.

Very disappointed. Got a dip manicure done and two days later one of the nails chipped. Not a problem I went in and they fixed the nail. 4 days later (within a week of originally getting them done) 5 additional nails had chipped. Feeling frustrated I went back and told them just to take off the dip and do a regular manicure instead. They charged me For new manicure (which I assumed) but also charged me an additional $10 to take the dip manicure off. Ridiculous that it only lasted me a week and they charged me to take off their mistake. Too much competition with nail salons to ever go back!

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had, even rating one star is too much for them. It was unbelievable how much attitude everyone had, I will never go back there and I don’t know how they’re still open. Go see for yourself if you want to take the risk of your time and money being wasted, it’s just horrible how this place is run. Unbelievable.

Went in for a dip powder manicure. Never did my cuticle. Rushed the entire time. Still had powder on my skin even after I washed my hands twice. Had the nail polish which is like glue all under my nails. Probably the worst nail place Ive been to around here. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares for your nails.

Do not waste your money here!!!!! I asked for no chip and coffin shape on my nails and my nails are no where near coffin shape and my “no chip” has already chipped on 3 of my nails. Highly disappointed with the money that I spent.
