I went here today and was very disappointed. i got a full set and they are so sloppy and rushed.there is pain on all of my cuticles. i’m not going back.

There must be new owners because I was there about a year and a half ago and it was great. This time it was horrible. The pedicure was okay but the nail dip was just awful. I have pictures below for you to see. It looks as if my 5 year old niece did them.

I came here for dip nails a week ago. I had my credit card charge to prove it. Within 3 days they were chipping. Today 5 nails are chipped and another is cracked. They refused to fix it. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! TRUST THE REVIEWS! Someone said ownership changed and boy does it show!

The man in this nail salon doesnt know how to properly do the dip. I will not recommend nor will I go back.

My 2nd time at this location tonight is my last time here. My nail tech was rushing as she saw people coming in. I asked her if they had glitter in shellac her response was if you dont see it we dont have it. They only have have two techs. They tools are rusty. The nail clipper was soo rusty looked like it was from the 80s. Its just dad the tale our money but they dont want to take there time on our hands and feet. Not again on hwy 70 I was patient with her didnt rush her at all.

I had heard so many horror stories about nail salons before visiting Elegant Nails and with it being my first time I was skeptical of what the experience would be like. The techs were very nice and took their time. It took no time and my nails look gorgeous!

Best service ever. It was quick fast and friendly. Everyone was welcoming. Great pricing. And excellent staff. A++++ I will come back.

The atmosphere is is relaxing. The service was great. No waiting, that was the most wonderful part. The nail colors were great, so many choices. They offer pedicures, manicures, and waxing. I love my nails. I always get compliments everytime I have them done.

This is my go to place in Bartlett. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They do a great job on my nails.

Pedicure was ok. HORRIBLE gel manicure. Woman was in hurry. Looked sloppy. Before I even left they were at checkout cleaning polish off my hand. Once I got home noticed one hand’s polish had not set. It’s cracked and looks dull.

Terrible customer service!!! I had been waiting 15 minutes to get my nails done and another lady walked in. The nail tech began to serve her and over looked me. I reminded her I was there first. She tried to play it off and said she did not speak English. I will never return. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Was not impressed at all. The cutting and shaping of nails was horrible, never use any cuticle oil on my feet or nails, beside getting the edges of my big toe didn’t clean under nails, my nails/ hands was just as dry leaving.... I was quickly massage with minimal lotion.... it felt like I was getting my hands massage without any lotion. ( went home to lotion) More than one employee seemed to disagree with customers and almost with a tone. Most likely will not be back.

This place sucks. I went and got a full set and the next day one of my nail cracked. Then two days later one of them broke off. There nails are cheap and they dont stay on long at all. I really liked the place the first time I went, but this last time they sucked. I will never go back. When I get a full set of nails on and pay $25 for a set I expect them to stay on for a while. They didnt even make it two weeks for me to go back and have a fill in. I will never go back and I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

I gota mani pedi two days ago and my nail polish has already chipped and my calluses on my feet were not even touched which was the whole reason i got the pedicure in the first place. Also the person who did my nails spoke only a couple words of english and was rude when handling with my hands and feet.

Laura did my nails, and they look great. The shop is very clean, and everyones friendly.

Loved the atmosphere and Mina did a GREAT job with my medi/pedi. Will definitely be going back! UPDATE... I guess the third time is not the charm... was not happy with my manicure and will be going back there today for them to fix it... You can clearly see the 2nd coat isnt covering the 1st coat...plus polish is already chipping. Today is Tuesday and my nails were done on Saturday. This was done by a different nail tech.

My nails are a mess.The lady didnt do my acrylic right nor the nail polish or shape them right. Some areas of the nail are misshaped. Total mess. Place smells like a fish market
