Excellent service!I had a flat when I got out of work this weekend and was driving on a donut. I called a couple places Monday but no one could get me in same day and I had to work today.John was very up front when I called and let me know they were short staffed but that he could get me in. We scheduled a time and I was in and out in an hour. I had my kids with me and appreciated that there was a TV with child friendly movies in the waiting area.Absolutely would return. Great place! I called them around 8:30 A.M. this morning & they got me right in @ 10:30A.M. for an alignment that I needed after having the tie rod end replaced on the driver side tire. I didnt have to wait very long at all (which I LOVE!) They took my car back within 10 min of me checking in & only took 30 min maybe & I was all set to go! Now my car drives beautifully 😍 😌 😊 ☺ THANK YALL @ TIRE WAREHOUSE!! Appreciate it a lot.

I Went in for tire repair and 2 new tires. I got in the truck to pick it up at tire warehouse and the low tire pressure light is still on. Next morning tire is flat! I Took off plastic caps and it was obvious tire hasnt been removed. I located the hole again and no patch. I looked at my bill and was charged for the patch. Took it in and was second in line and took over an hour. The Tire techs were more interested in talking to the tire delivery guy then working. You would think they would have offered to remove the patch from Bill or something to make up for their poor service. Nope. Used to be a great place to go, too many options to get tires to have poor service. Zero quality control obviously.

Today I needed 4 new tires and alignment all within a 60 minute period, and Paul the employee on Hammond st had me out and safe to drive down the road in less than 45 minutes! He is super nice and fast! I will definitely be going back there and asking for Paul on all my future tire needs.

My husband and I were in there today to have 2 new tires put on and rotate the other 2. Paul Perez told us it could take longer to do since there big compressor was down and they were working under some difficult working conditions. We were in there about an hour,which didn’t seem that long. Paul apologized several times for our wait time. He was very nice, courteous and professional. He had us both laughing several times. The other employees were nice and you could tell they were trying real hard to get the job done! I would highly recommend tire warehouse in Bangor,Maine. We have dealt with John and Paul for years and they all are a good group of employees.

In 09/2020 went to tire warehouse due to low pressure in tires. Tire warehouse found no issues and filled with air $30.00 later. Today drop back in to have them checked and $60.00 later. Upon leaving my air gauge on my truck indicated low pressure in a tire. Requested the tire to be checked and was hassled. Low and behold said tire was low. My biggest issue is that the manager never apologized even after I request one. Never again folks!

Stranded with a blown tire on a busy interstate highway is never fun. Especially when its at the end of a busy holiday weekend and its replacement is a not so easy to find special rated tire for an RV. However, John Willams, the manager of Tire Warehouse #0979 at 1108, Hammond Street Bangor, ME handled the situation expertly. I was provided a ride to Hammond Street Tire Warehouse by a most kind Maine State Trooper, who offered to give me a ride back to my stranded RV if it would only be minutes getting a new replacement tire. Tire Warehouse Manager, John Williams, was a perfect match for the challenge.Within 15 minutes he had identified a proper replacement, had it delivered to his store, mounted & balanced, and we were back in the Cruiser and on our way. Incredible service like this is not possible to beat! Thanks John!

Had a tire with two nails and a bad valve core, despite being short staffed and swamped with customers the staff still managed to get me back on the road in less than a hour.

I understand that not every one believes in the need to wear masks, but its nice seeing that businesses care about their customers and at least put on masks when a customer enters. I wore my mask the entire time I was in the store. It was nice that they set my tires aside for me, from my call the day before.

Regardless of them being swamped, and the two patch requests before mine, I was able to drop off my tire and have it patched and mounted within the time frame I was given (1.5hr). The employee at the front desk, his name was Paul I believe, was very kind and had all the answers to my questions. The whole thing was about an hour and I was on my way. Definitely returning here in the future for my tire needs.

At the busiest time of the season they worked us in and stayed late. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and had great attitudes. Great service. With only an hour to go in the day at 5pm when other shops refused to help. They were only supposed to have time to balance one tire but managed to do both front tires.. huge help and very grateful as I had lost a wheel weight at the spray bays!

I went to tire warehouse to have my girlfriends tires swapped over, I spoke to Courtney on the phone and she got me right in. When I got there I asked her if they could help with a radio issue as well since my girlfriends battery died we had to enter a code and I had researched it for days and tried everything they tell you to online, Courtney said they dont normally fix radios but she found the code entered it 3 times and she got it working and made sure I knew where to find the code and how to enter it if it should happen again. not only was I super impressed but I have a happy girlfriend who can now listen to all her radio stations again. Bert and Rolando got my tires done in record time and they all treated me like family there. I havent been this impressed with customer service in a really long time!

I got absolutely outstanding service at this tire warehouse location.I needed 4 new all weather tires for my Fusion. James and John were both extremely helpful and suggested exactly what I needed. Not only did they give me excellent service but I observe them giving excellent service to another customer who needed a lot of help. I price checked a number of places before I used this company. They were by far the best price. My father-in-law had suggested them and my father-in-law was absolutely right. They will be getting my business from now on.

Original service was great and I had been a lifetime customer until now. I do not write less than perfect reviews often because of its adverse affects. That being said, I have to say the post service for warranty issues at the Hammond Street, Bangor, Tire Warehouse is sub-par and the manager is very condescending. I took a set of high end tires in because they wore out way before their rated time (19,000 miles on 65,000 tires). Before they checked the tires, the first question they asked was when did you have your last alignment? They were ready for the take down, this was a preemptive move to dishonor the warranty from the start. I told them when I bought the car when it had 79,000 miles on it and when I put the tires on it only had @ 82,000. They put my car on their Alignment machine (no bias here...) and showed me where it was out of alignment. I took my car to another dealer where they put it on their alignment machine and the numbers were not even close to the ones Tire Warehouse produced. I wrote to the tire manufacture and they told me to take the tires back to where I bought them (goose chase) and I even emailed TW corporate (Monroe inc.) with an informative (not angry) letter with absolutely no response back. So, dishonesty, poor customer service and lack of helping a lifelong customer as well as being extremely arrogant, they lost yet another.Will never recommend to anyone...ever.P.S. Please dont respond to this with your automated Sorry to hear about your bad experience, Its so demeaning.

Anyhow, my father offered to take my car in and have my tires changed over when the store manager inquired an appointment was neccesary ... although business was jamming and we had no appointment he went above and beyond to get my dad in for the tire change. I was driving at night down these horrible Maine roads when a giant crater appeared in the middle of the street but before i could swerve around it my passenger side tire was swallowed into it. I stopped and proceeded to place a “donut” on it. I did some searching for a place to get a new tire and came across this wonderful place. The employees were great specially the manager John he took his time and took care of all of my automotive needs.

Ive been doing business with tire warehouse for about a 12 years or so. This last alignment on Wednesday October 16, 2019 was hurried and my steering wheel wasnt locked in place as it needed to be. So I have to give a lower rating on that particular visit.

This location has always felt like it had staffing issues to me. I always associate it with having to wait, or make multiple returns. They encourage walk-ins, as well as appointments, but even with an appointment, Ive had to wait quite a long time and Ive been turned away a couple times when I needed immediate assistance. Nevertheless, this is always the first place I turn and have purchased from them for about a half a dozen times now. The staff are always friendly and the prices and availability are mostly sufficient for my needs. Of course, doing your homework and comparing prices is very important and highly recommended here as well.

We had problems with the front end of our Saab destroying our tires. Since the tires were only 18 months old, even though it wasnt the tires fault, John put us in a new set of snow tires at a discounted price to help us with the situation. He also helped us accurately select upsized rims and tires for our F250. The service techs did a super job and the truck looks great. Nice work guys!

Friendly staff with great attitudes and experience! These guys work fast but are on point! They will match or beat anyones prices around town. This is the only tire shop I bring my Subaru wrx or Toyota truck too. They torque your lug nuts to spec which is important to me. I dont know about you but I dont want to have to changing my wheels studs out yearly because of shops over tighting. They have a excellent full alignment machine. Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service! Stood in line for 20 minutes and not one person said How can I help you or well be right with you. Next, a flat bed arrives with a new customer who was broke down and needed to be towed in, he walked in and immediately received service. I was so infuriated, I left and I will not go back! The sad part is that Ive been a loyal customer from the age of 17.
