The girls here very nice and they did a good job. You can give them any nail designs you find on the internet, they can still do it. It surprised me.

Very painful pedicure, my toe was cut during process. Massage chair broken. Color wheel does not match actual polishes. No oil or moisturizer used upon completion. Beware.

Nail tech would not allow my feet to soak. There is sarcasm in the way they talk to customers. I told tech I am a diabetic he was very inconsiderate and was not gentle. Next he attempted to clean my cuticles with unsterile tools that he had drawn from a dirty cup mixed with a cloudy liquid & tools. I immediately asked him to stop. Very uncomfortable experience.

This place is Coronavirus conscious. They take your temp and have shields between you and the pedicurists. Plus they do a good job. I mostly go here. I just dont like it when they only take cash on certain days...mostly Saturdays.

I will never ever go to this location again. Balehead man has dirty equipment all his equipment needs to be clean and sanitize. I am a nail Tec in which I had some where to go and I did not feel like doing my nails. The worst experience and he was nice but the uncleanliness and uneven layers of acrylic dirt in gel nail polish was not worth $55. I also told him to be careful because he was being rough with my nails and I didn’t want to get hurt. He should not be licensed because of the safety issues. I’m sorry but I’m going to have to call and file a complaint with Safety and Health Administration on this location and him. It’s very unsanitary

Pinky did my nails.. BEST JOB EVER!! Fast and efficient. I was prepared to spend at least an hour in the chair. She took my old nails off, cut down my real nails, did an overlay and gel polish in about 35 minutes. I live 40 minutes away, but I think thisll be my new permanent nail home. Oh and they do GREAT eyebrows too! Super pleased.

Ridiculous! Their services no longer include polish! They have doubled their prices and gel polish is an extra $20. So....you pay for a fill-in, full-set, or pedicure but you have to kick out $20 extra because polish is not included.

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had...the acrylic was laid lopsided and thick and they didnt have enough polish in the bottle to do my nails... sorry I wont ever return 😔

Great experience today she was detailed and cautious concerning Covid-19. I liked that they take your temperature upon entrance and there is hand sanitizer available. Gel Pedicure great job ladies and gents!

I called the nail studio to find out what precautions they have in place against Covid. After they passed me to the 4th or 5th person, she said, “why do you want to know?” I said “I would like to get my nails done and am wondering what safety measures you have in place.” She said very rudely “if you are worried about that you can go somewhere else. We don’t have any.” I said “you don’t have any?” She said “no” and put down the phone.

Worst Nail Salon ever. I went here Saturday and I have never been more disappointed in how my nails look in my life. Before I left I knew they werent perfect but by the time I got home to better lighting I noticed that they look like trash. The male nail tech (sits to the left 2nd station #5) did a half assed pedicure and worse manicure. When he filed my nails he did it so hard that my finger started to burn and I had to snatch my hand away. My nails are split and were painted over. They are filed unevenly, some arent painted to the base. Its partially my fault never go anywhere exhausted and I had my preschooler with me. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of because I wasnt giving him my undivided attention.

This was my first time going there and my last. The staff were really nice. But the quality of my nails are trash. Spent $50 for my nails last Thursday and they are a mess. I didn’t realize until I went home that they looked messy. The one thing I did realize when they were doing my nails was they didn’t do my cuticles. And on some of the nails, the sides aren’t done.

Been going there for about 3 years. Very good job. The only ones that do an excellent job are Jade,Tommy and probably Eric. Eye brows Mama.

I love going here and getting my nails done. They have great customer service and the employees are super friendly and nice. Plus its right up the street from my house so thats a plus. Would definitely recommend this nail salon.

The older guy, Mike, was extremely rough removing my acrylic from my nails. Horrible experience!! He damaged my natural nails. Ended up bleeding on a few of my nails; a lot damage. I wont return to this shop.

Stopped in for a basic manicure no color just clear polish and to also check the place out.. I figured what i needed wasnt worth their time because i was passed around like 3 times not to mention service was pretty bad, cut cuticles and nails were filed uneven. I said to myself, ooh well, 1st and last time, peace✌🏾 lol

Manicure was rushed when I didnt accept the the gel polish manicure would.be better for nails. Just wanted a plain manicure not a pressuring into other services

Some of the nail technician are better than others, and it all depends whos up next. The men dont waste your money!!!! This nail salon need a visit from the health department. The nail drying station equipment is not clean. A disinfectant solution to wipe down individual stations, and chairs. The chair used to arch eyebrows should be sanitized after each customer. Not done! More interested in the $$, and not proper caution taken considering covid.Be Beware!!!!!

Kathy is my nail technician and she is awesome!! She is gentle yet firm while giving me my massage. She is funny too! I went to another spot while she was on vacation and Ill never do that again. My nails will just have to look a mess until she gets back! Lol!

I went to get a pedicure and manicure done. However, I ended up leaving and going across the street. After sitting for 10 mins for someone to at least acknowledge me I left. I sat up front for 10 mins...there was no sign in sheet and nobody even bothered to greet me and ask what I was there for. Never again!!

Loved it! For a pedi they go above and beyond for a great price! Staff is friendly and I recommend Tommy for nail services! He did my sisters and it was Amazing 😍

Clean! Fast but, not rushed!

I go and get a Mani pedi from this shop. Danny does a wonderful job on my manicure and doesnt take long at all. My nails are done right, and are very beautiful and last a long time. Staff is very friendly and gets you in and out quickly. I would recommend anyone to go to Nail Quest.

I went here yesterday and the bald chinese man did my nails. I got a manicure and he was really rough and acted as if he had an attitude and cut my finger and made it bleed. Tommy is the best nail technician here. There is also another man that’s really good he works at the first table to the left when you come in. DONT GO TO THE BALD CHINESE MAN!!!

They will tell you the wait is one thing, just to keep you in their and have you waiting hours then when you ask them what’s going on they give you attitude when their communication is off.

Remember to have cash machines are down at least 4 times a week but fantastic service

Chick didnt speak, bumped into my chair/ didnt excuse herself and then, squirted acetone all over my clothes. I had to yell at her to get her attention. A nonchalant excuse me and then got smart and said, whatever!

THEY STOLE FROM ME! I gave someone a 2 dollar tip because i didn’t have much cash and she took my whole $10! I told her specifically $2 tip because i don’t have much cash and i still need to go to the bank to get more!

Horrible job. After telling the girl how I wanted my nails done 5 times she still did them incorrectly. It has not even been a week yet and I already lost 1 nail and now 4 more are loose. The paint chipped the 2nd day after having them done and they keep cracking at the tips. I spent all that money for such a poor job and I am NOT pleased at all. I will not be returning to them again

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager lady there is super rude. One day I went there to get my nails done in the color yellow, so the man puts on a white coating first then applied the yellow.. So after my nails are done I was rushed to go to the back so that my feet can get done so as I’m finally sitting down examining my nails they looked horrible. They were real bulky, the white was showing all around, he didn’t even paint the tips of my nails fully, and they were just flat out sloppy looking. So I told the manager that I would like a color change because of how my nails looked and she said it would be $15 .. Long story short I wasn’t paying $15 dollars because it’s not like I wanted a regular color change because I didn’t like the color, I wanted a color change because I didn’t like how he did it and I didn’t want him experimenting on me nomore. So as I’m trying to explain that to her she was being rude, not trying to listen and just being so nasty then told me I had to wait an hour if I wanted my so call color change, so I called my mom .. long story short when my mom got there she was being rude to my mother, not saying anything back to her and just ignoring her .. my mother wasn’t get smart she was being very polite .. so long story short the man did my nails over still wasn’t all that and now I’m never going back there again and that’s fine with me

I asked the tech to do repaint my nails and show her a picture of a basic french manicure with a silver line. She messes up the line, some other nails and then paints a clear coat over it. I actually had to ask her to repaint the nails she messed up. Bad experience

If I could give less than 1 star I would absolutely horrible I came in for typical polish change and they gave someone who was in training but he didn’t know how to do anything it was almost like he was scared to touch my nails but anyway his nose was running and he wiped nose with his hand I notice snot on his hand and I was like is that snot and he say sorry and wipe it on a napkin and try to proceed to touch my nails and I’m like no can u wash your snotty hands . That’s disgusting I don’t want anyone else’s germs I will never ever go back !!!!!!
