This place is amazing. The staff feels like family. Anytime I need someone I get greeted by friendly tones and outstanding, professional guidance. If you are looking to switch to state farm...this office in particular is a gem!!!!!

I always have such a great experience when I call. I usually talk to Tom Hamper and he’s so knowledgeable and kind. He asks all the important questions to get me the best rate. I’ve been with this State Farm for 2 years and I don’t ever plan on leaving. Thank you guys for the best service!

We have been associated with Eve Hamper and Statefarm for the past 40 years and have been treated with the utmost respect, great customer service, quick responses to any issues or claims we have experienced. To be honest, we shopped around other insurance companies for rate comparisons, but they could not match or beat the service and professionalism that we get from Eve Hamper. There has never been any issue that she could not resolve for us. We are customers for life!!! We highly recommend her office for all your insurance needs and we trust her implicitly with all of our insurance needs....
Terrible - do not use this agent or State Farm. I have a life insurance policy that they refuse to cancel. Ive submitted everything they asked for and am still getting billed and they refuse to refund my premiums. There is no way to cancel this policy online and there is always something wrong with my cancelation, which Ive been trying to do for 4 months now. Each time there is some minor issue and they never reached out to me to resolve it, they just ignore it and keep billing me until I reach out to them again. I have now filed a complaint with the state of Maryland and have to dispute my payments through with my credit card company.

I’m reviewing both the agent and the insurance.As a customer, I’ve never been able to speak to Eve. Her staff has only been slightly better. I think out of 100 calls maybe 5 got through to someone actually in the office, rather than the automated system. I think maybe they’ve called back 5 times out of maybe 20 times I’ve left a message. This woman gets a percentage of your insurance money to provide what is almost no customer service.I also have a qualm with State Farm auto insurance. They never replace like for like. They always find the lowest quality replacement for a part. Need a new windshield? Expect to get one that scratches with every speck of sand and fleck of dirt that hits it.Bend over ladies and gentlemen. If you paid for this service in order to be screwed regularly, only then have you gotten your money’s worth!
I would never think about going to any other agency. This place is top notch and i cant find lower rates or better service. Any negative reviewers are entitled to their opinion but i have only had the best experience with eve and staff.

Ive been with Eve (and Tom) for years! I like having the opportunity to sit down with my agent and discuss my options when my coverage needs to change.
Not very good with communication and things that they think are outside their scope of practice, but if you can go in person they are helpful in getting reasonable rates and asking questions.
When my car broke down and I called for a tow, State Farm lost my car for four days. They refused to compensate me in anyway despite the fact that I lost large amounts of money as a result of their negligence. I have never been treated worse by a company then eve hamper did. Go literally anywhere else.
Consistently terrible service. Canceled my policy by accident. Road side service not provided. I will never use them again.
The worst office that we have ever dealt with. Constantly mishandled communication, paperwork sent in, billing, etc. Asked to transfer to a different agent within StateFarm but was never done. Weve cancelled all policies with StateFarm because of this office.

Call never get an answer. Failed communication, refuse to return customers call, send out notification of cancellation because no one took time out to verify documentation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Ha Ha! I was just thinking how awful this office is and I was curious to check reviews (after I been using for nearly 2 years) and the other reviews prove me right. Im not the only one. I had to call twice now and left VMs with no reply - what Insurance Agency does that???
