It’s really unexpected to have such a good experience when it comes to insurance providers. The team at this office is great. They always reach out when there are better options available and they regularly check in to see how I’m doing. I would highly recommend this office for home/auto/life needs.

I partially blame myself for this fiasco because I did not adhere to my strict rule of looking for referrals and checking reviews prior to doing business with a company. But I was so appalled at how State Farm handled my claim, after being a client for 25 years, that I rushed into this All State without thoroughly checking them out. Since I knew my current policies would be expiring within a few months, I started the process of calling various carriers in May. I settled on All State primarily because of the bundle (house & car) discount. However, I soon found out that paying attention to details is difficult for this All State location. Their inspector went to the wrong house…and reported that I needed roof repairs. Once I saw the picture, I immediately informed the rep that it was not my house. Bottom line is that this error caused significant delays and then they wanted me to pay for the auto policy prior to confirming that my house passed inspection. I asked that the second inspection be escalated because of their error and I was told that it could not. Therefore, I stopped the process on two of the policies and cancelled the third. I did not appreciate the nonchalant attitude of the rep, they had literally wasted two months of my time and could care less. Lesson learned…never do business with a company without checking referrals and reviews. The one consolation here is that I could warn others not to do business with this All State location.
Truly a no hassle experience with the accident i was in. Took great care of my car as well as me first question was are you Okay is everyone involved okay.

Shanda Hayden is the best insurance agent ever, she will take the time to answer any and all of your questions whether your a new or old driver. She has understanding and patience with you as you figure ways to make your insurance and costs work.

Horrible agent that runs an incompetent office. Forgot to update the MVA to my insurance status causing me to accumulate hundreds of dollars in fines while still charging me for my auto policy for months. When I finally had enough and left for another insurer they neglected to halt the renters insurance with the auto policy even though I specifically requested to terminate ALL accounts. I never received another bill from Allstate, then 2 years later, I received a letter from a collection agency stating I owed for the renter policy. I contacted Allstate who informed me they could not adjust the balance, even though I had proof that I had a policy through another company for the time in question, because the debt was over a year old. Again, I had no idea this account even existed for that year because my bills stopped with the auto policy. I confirmed with Allstate my phone number, address, and e-mail on file were all correct, yet no attempts where ever made to contact me even though my bill was never paid. They just continued to charge me for month after month letting the bill accumulate to a balance of $80 for a $10 a month policy.I switched to Agent Dave Gillis with StateFarm after the MVA issue and couldnt be happier. Night and day comparison. If youre in the market for a new policy, or simply tired of the antics from this office, I would highly recommend getting a quote from them first and checking other options.
