Best insurance agent in Baltimore! I moved from another State Farm agent to Franks office after having an issue with my previous agent. Frank is not only professional, but he truly does care about his clients and makes suggestions so you will save money. If youre looking for insurance and someone to treat you like a person instead of a dollar sign, Frank Insley agency is the way to go!
