This agent and his staff could not be any better. We have been with State Farm for many years and the customer service at Vinces office has always been exceptional. Whenever I call Vinces office, an actual human being answers the phone - something that seems to be increasingly rare these days! Vinces office is also easily reachable by email and there are very friendly folks who answer the phone after hours as well. This is a family business that has been around for many, many years and it shows. I cannot recommend this business enough.
