Truly unprofessional at what they do at this branch.. their communication with the main office seems to be imaginary since they have no clue what going on with claims whether they are open or close wouldnt recommend this particular office to anyone

Use this Allstate branch and you can expect to get solicited repeatedly for additional services. Asking them not to stop calling you doesnt work. Im about to switch to another company, even if it costs more.
